I just can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had a block of rooms last night for guests that attended my son’s wedding. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us with early check-in and the late night front desk staff tracked down some much needed wine for me! The hotel is clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, and every single employee we encountered was so friendly, which is rare these days. Several of our guests made sure to mention to me how happy they were with the hotel, especially the friend who was able to bring her dog! Thank you all for adding more happiness to our day.

Its a very nice place and glad it was pet friendly that was the best part.

I can't even describe how much Homewood suites helped my family during our time of tragedy… thank you so much for housing my family due to our house fire for the next 7 days. For ever grateful.

Amazing staff, with clean and spacious banquet room — hosted a small baby shower. Easy to work with, Nicole and her staff were very pleasant.

We came to this hotel to have a family night away from home. The front desk staff was rude, inconsiderate & unable to accommodate our concerns. When we asked for a refund in the middle of the night because of the terrible service we got, they refused to give us a refund. The amount of attitude we received was unfair. We tried so hard to work out the issues & they just did not care. We are still working on getting our refund. I would never return & dont recommend this place for families. They basically told us that our children were a disturbance. On the other side of this terrible staff experience, the breakfast was very good and fresh!

We had a wedding in Utica this weekend and instead of staying at the hotel next to the reception, we decided to stay at this hotel based on the reviews — we were so glad we did. This is an amazingly clean and new hotel that was very impressive. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Hilton’s across the country and this was in the top 10 for many marks! The staff wasn’t that responsive and at times they weren’t present at the front desk — but the nice letter in the room from the GM that had a letter of thanks and a list of restaurants nearby impressed me. Check this place out! 13

Five adults in the suite fit surprisingly well, if you don't mind sharing beds. It had both a kitchenette and small "living room" with a pull-out couch. The concierge was very friendly and helpful as well when we requested extra towels and toiletries. There is a bar in the lobby, and socials are apparently held most nights — although not the night we were there. It's in the middle of no-where, but very new and clean.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in in quite a while. They do a complimentary social happy hour at 5:30 with food and drinks. The bartender and the staff are extremely nice and go the extra mile. The bartender Colleen is very friendly and does a great job attending to everyone. She is the reason I keep going back.

Our whole family came out for Colgate’s graduation and stayed at the Homewood. 5 Star property and staff. This is the nicest Homewood you’ll ever visit! A special thanks to Nicole for all of her help for our visit to the property and the adjoining Hampton Inn!

Hotel is AMAZING! Staff is the best, rooms are spacious, well designed, and clean. Offer hot breakfast daily and complimentary dinner Mon-Thurs, with coupons for adult beverages (wine or beer) and rooms have electric stove top and full size fridge, great for extended stay for those who travel for work like myself. Located near all shopping. I'm a Holiday Inn fan, but this is the best hotel I have ever stayed period! I travel 85% of the year for work, constantly staying at hotel all over the U. S. I will be up here working for a couple of months, so glad my company found this place! Oh, very nice amenities like a decent gym, basketball court, and pool. Love this place!
