These five stars are for Trevor in the paint department. I wanted to stain a used fish tank cabinet. I didn't have any experience doing this but I had an idea of what I wanted the finished look to be. One employee tried to be helpful by explaining what the different paints do but upon explaining that I wanted to keep the wood patterns visible he told me I was the first person ever to say that and kinda laughed. It made me discouraged and doubtful as to what I thought I wanted. Would it look right? Would I be wasting my money? I was almost in tears. My husband saw how disappointed I looked and asked if there was someone else that could assist us. Trevor was the guy we should ask for the employee said and walked away. Well Trevor was amazing! He heard what I wanted to accomplish, explained the processes of each type of paint or stain and after showing him my cabinet project he suggested which product would give me the desired look and options for if I wasn't happy with the outcome. I was elated! I felt sure about my choice and confident in my outcome. By listening to my needs and offering his expertise and advise my cabinet came out so beautiful. Thank you!
Do not go to Rosanne for any returns. She hates her job, didnt want to help. Kept demanding that it was necessary for the card holders Drivers licence, then when we asked her manager, the manager herself corrected her. Someone needed to show id. It was annoying having to go through this situation. I was on the clock just trying to pick up other things I needed to finish project, and this misunderstanding took a toll on time. Home depot needs employees that actually like people, that want to help people find what they are looking for, to cut time short.
Staff was very nice. I was there looking for flooring. The staff found the flooring, got it off the top shelf with fork lift and loaded on cart in under 15 minutes. I was impressed with how friendly and efficiently they worked. The staff even checked me out in the flooring department so I did not have to go await in line in the front of the store. Great experance today at this home depot. The parking lot id large. The store is a little tricky to get to but it gets easier to find each time.
One of my favorite places to shop. Am I saying that because of the staff and their excellent customer service? No way they're mostly mediocre. But the stuff, yeah I want it all. If you're in the trades then you'll have no problems finding what you need.
Better to buy only the prices with taxes super high compare to other places however for a fast shopping is fine and you can find labor there

Workers shy away from helping customers. In PA workers are on the floor and willing to help at a times. BIG difference. NY should learn from them.

Loving the remodeling from the store area to the inside of the ladies restroom helps make shopping comfortable but I mostly get there via MTA bus so I'm coming on foot it would be very nice if there were step's placed to the closest area of the store to enter and exit.
I would say We always running to this home depot for every project, for work or for home, and every time Joseph from plumbing is so helpful and he provide all the information required. We could always go to home depot worry free because he always understand our vision. Jay should be the employee of the year. His customers service is amazing.
Home Depot is great if you know what you need and where it is but at times asking people who work there some dont seem to want to help you, they seem to look for other people they can pawn you off to or some give you answers that make no sense or send you to the wrong isle instead of saying they don't know. Today was a great day because the woman hubby asked about where something was that we needed actually took us to where it was and stayed going over different types. We only realized that she worked in the gardening dept and was going on a break when we asked her the question. What an angel and a great worker she was. We thanked her because we have had some who will say that they're on a break they can't help us. People like her, for a minute, restore your faith in humanity, then you run into so many of the others and you're back to wondering why managers allow the others to represent their franchise/business.
It's a Home Depot. Lots of selection. Friendly people, very helpful. Ravi in customer service is the man.

I've come to have known of the expertise of the Home Depot employees as a consumer, but one I'm a while, you'll find the contrary. Nevertheless, I appreciate how all of them, regardless of expertise is always will I g to help.

I boughr thos item today and had to return it right away. It was obviously purshased and returned with missing screws and parts. Had to get a refund. I'm so annoyed.

Got what I wanted, had a hard time waiting for assistance in the hardware section. Was kind of empty and employees looked tired. Good hard working people though.
This Home Depot is always packed. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable various products and locations thru out the store. It would be nice if there where more registers opened. Overall, shopping experience was above average.
I live and work close to this location so I am there alot. It is one of the better Home Depots. Staff is helpful and usually can help… The place is organized and stocked better then all the other locations in this area.
Good store but some items get moved to wrong display areas by other customers and you can't find what you're looking for at times. But overall pretty much your run of the mill HD store. The only Bronx store with tool rental that has free parking.
I'm disabled at this time and was able to go to Home Depot and pick up a small shovel the staff help me out and I wasn't there no longer than 10 minutes thank you so much.

It's a Chinese take out, good food compared to other Chinese take outs in the area but it's not a restaurant
Ordered a small chicken with broccoli but instead of brown sauce I ordered with sesame chicken sauce. The flavor was right on and the food was fresh. Hats off to the cook. I will definitely go back for the same thing

I used to live on Taylor, so I would order on the spot and they would make my food in a timely manner. I moved about 10 mins away and I ordered for delivery. They waited over an hour to bring my food. I was about to tell them not to bring it. The food was good, but I will order from the one near my house.
Good delivery, really good prices and the quality of the food is excellent compare to the other chinese restaurants close to them. Really clean and neat.
Good service. Food good too. However, beware of the delivery driver who may sometimes come out as rude. But in my opinion, I dont care just as long as my food is good.
I like their service. They answer properly unlike other chinese restaurants. For the price, I enjoy their chicken wings and vegetable fried rice. I order for my workers at grocery store — will hear from us again.

I just ordered from grubhub while at work this is the worst Chinese food I ever had the shrimp fried rice was hard the shrimp was pale and small and did not taste fresh the beef and broccoli was ok but not the best I had. And who putts celery in there beef and broccoli? Nasty and then I ordered 2 fan tail shrimp what I got was to blocks of breading and oil it did not look good or smell good I will never order food from here again

I volunteered there back in 2008. I don't know if things have changed but the elderly there always told me stories about there items being stolen and the nurses there are pretty mean to them. I know the elderly can be stubborn but they are ignored and and sometimes talked down.
