Me and my family had a great weekend stay. I would definitely be staying again.

I booked a room here last weekend and found a bed bug and brought it to the front desk attention. The man that was at the front desk by the name Alex said he would speak with a manager by the name Andy and he would contact me. Not to my surprise they said they dont have bugs and I took it as a insult I know what I saw and I have pictures. I would not be going back to this place anymore.

Room 204. We stayed one night. The front desk was very kind, accommodating and the room was nice and clean. The only trip was that the hallway stank like cigarettes and urine but once you get into your room everything is fine. The bathroom is nice, everything was working well for the most part. The morning of checkout there was once roach that popped up but I'm not too sensitive about those things. I was bummed that the hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work. 7 parking spots max in front of the hotel and it's first come first serve. Thankfully the front desk helped us out and prepared the Car omce parking was available! The breakfast was great, I love your selection of coffee, tea and juice. A more premium experience stay at this "Inn".

I have been to this hotel 2x in a month. Both stays were great. Friendly staff and rooms are very very clean. I live 20 minutes away and im from the bronx. Will be going back. If you need a good clean hotel this is the place! :)

The hotel is adequate. Front desk never seemed to answer their telephone and the rooms are small. But it served it's purpose.

I couldn't believe the idiots I was dealing with at the front desk. Remember this is the "hospitality" business. Rarely do they pick up the phone, secondly when I asked them to make sure a patron received a message they said, "If I see him, if not he won't get it"? You're not the Hilton on 56th street you have a very limited number of rooms? Try to give the customer his message. Then the manager started to get angry with me and I reminded him he was in the Hotel business I was just trying to get a message out then he hung up on me. I've NEVER had a hotel or even Motel hang up on me. This is a negative 3 star joke stay AWAY! and they charge like Manhattan … they're on Webster Avenue IN THE BRONX!?! >!?!?!?!?!?!

The location was actually really good also the room was laid out very well and the service was in the middle.

It was clean and a fine place to bring somebody at the end of the night. Unless you want to impress them.

Small place but newly renovated. Great room. Great place.

Comfy for the price breakfast was alright the cook was a Lil rude the check in clerk was awesome.

Is a really nice place to stay, the beds are really confty, and a lot of space in the room. Wifi is included too. Breakfast was quite good. Only complain I have if the cigarrette smell. Everywhere, room, elevator, the aisle. They would have to take some control, maybe some scented or something. Everything else good, very flexible with check in time. Not with check out.

Enjoyed the stay here, while the rooms are kind of on the small side the beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast and awesome staff. The lack of parking is a problem but hey it's New York and parking is limited everywhere!

If you dont smoke this place not for you. Even the non smoking rooms stink of cigarette smoke. Guy at the front was friendly and I was allowed to cancel my other night without any issues.

Enjoyed my stay. I just think this hotel has some things that needs to be worked on. They def need a ATM.

Very limited parking. Staff friendly. Small rooms and to many people living there with kids.

Friendly staff. Any issues they will take care of it quickly. Nice and clean rooms. Solid spot for an overnight stay.

Very good experience the bad thing is that no one at reception speaks Spanish nor try to understand you, the rooms if you do not look at them bn leave them dirty and breakfast the same every day.

The place is clean, comfortable and accommodating. This was a last minute booking and could not be happier with the choice and outcome. The staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here more often when I visit family in NY. I have stayed at way more expensive places and have walked into rooms where I couldn’t believe it’s what I had just payed for. Totally worth the money.

It was a good stay and only a few minutes away from where I had to go would definitely stay there again if need to.

Don't do it. It smells weird and it was next to a construction site when I was there. Worst time ever. Rooms are small and cramp. I had things left from previous people next to my bed. While in there my mother got bites. This place was a total let down. Don't think it's good because the pretty pictures. It's a trap.

Clean, no bed bugs! No roaches. Staff was nice. Room was nice clean and neat. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Inexpensive price. Good condition. Smelly rooms and hallways (smoke and weed! ) Not a delightful breakfast.

My overall experience here was great. The staff are super helpful and willing to assist with anything. The bathrooms are clean and smells nice. I will come back next time I'll be around.

Not bad for a short stay. Friendly staff, room was clean. Walking distance to the zoo and conservatory.

Clean, comfy beds (no bedbugs! ) with turndown service. Everything was clean with new toiletries when we got in our room. The safe's battery was low though so we were unable to use the safe which was disappointing. The breakfast was great! A great variety of items (you MUST try the scones! ) but I would steer clear of the scrambled eggs. They tasted so fishy that I couldn't eat them. But they provide such a variety of foods for the breakfast it is easy to just choose something else. Everything was clean and neat throughout the hotel and was surprisingly quiet. I couldn't hear any noise from other rooms except the occasional person passing through the hall. I couldn't even hear the traffic which surprised me! I would definitely stay again!

Let's be Frank This is the roach motel they show in movies aside from that is the neighborhood hotel for allot of up in coming couple's I have allot of good memories here.

HORRIBLE! Bathroom seat broken, sink broken, sheets dirty & stained, furniture in my room was old and falling apart. The 5th floor which I stayed in smelled like WEED! NO PARKING. I was told to go across the street to the gas station and pay $15. The gas station charged me $20. NEVER AGAIN! If I wasn't so tired I would had demanded my money back and slept in my truck! STAY AWAY!

Wonderful place to stay, I spend 3 nights there for my 1 year anniversary. Room clean and the service was great, price was also reasonable.

Poorly presented hotel with smelly rooms and hallways. Breakfast is in a small room with not enough seats and if food runs out, it did not get replaced. We were told it's run out! Housekeeping was vacuuming at 10.30pm on both evenings that we stayed at this hotel. Close to Bronx zoo and NY botanical gardens but otherwise I would recommend another facility.

Good service and clean rooms. Only half a mile away from the E train. My only complaint was it was near a construction site during my stay, so noise was a minor issue. Would recommend.

The front desk staff are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. I will not recommend a dog to stay here as long as they work here. For 200.00 plus a night a NO PARKING you would expect at least the staff to be more accomidating and not have to speak through a glass. I guess they feel the protection allows them to be dismissive to the customers. I asked about using my choice card at this choice hotel with the excuse of only using it when booking online which is LIE because I've used it all other places. Then after asking for a late checkout which was noon we get a call at 11:58 reminding us check out is as noon. So we were running late to come down to another rude person to say after 12 "we charge 15.00 late fee unless you are paying another night. " No signs posted about this which he didn't charge by the way. So I asked for his FULL NAME he only gave me the name Mahed (no name tag) So if you like dirty shower curtains and carpet and rude front desk personnel go stay here… CHOICE HOTELS PLEASE CHECK IN ON YOUR FRANCHISES.

We stayed at the Rodeway in while my father was at Montefiore Hospital. It was great. Everyone was so nice, there was free parking (though it was a bit crazy), and the breakfast was the best. The hotel is about a mile from the hospital. It got noise on the weekend, but was peaceful during the week. I would highly recommend the hotel.

My nieces treated the family for their mothers birthday in July of 2014. Beautiful and upscale with food to die for. If you want to go for a special treat and enjoy wonderful and service this is the place. Italian dishes that will transport you to Italy. Love this place.

Where do I start. ZERO stars would be a better rate. The carpets are stained with what looks like bleach so you see this nasty white mark on a dark carpet the second you walk in and to top it off the soap in the bathroom was used! The staff is despicable! And refused to give a military discount. The hallways smell like pure weed and the only reason why we had to stay the night wAs because we found absolutely no other hotel with a room available and we drove from NC-too tired to argue. Stay away from this place!

It was awesome! to stay at this Motel. Very nice staff. The Motel is extremely clean. I would recommend anytime. Get free breakfast, newspaper, use of exercise machines, elevator works perfect. Place is brand new and very well maintained. Use of microwave, Toaster at anytime of day or night. There is a small fridge in room, coffee maker, Blow Dryer in bathroom, Iron and Ironing Board, a safe for jewlery, etc… They give supplies no problem. The neighborhood has all foods and scenaries and popular sites. The transportation is very accessible. My Husband and I can't wait to go back again.

Room was clean, bed was amazing, breakfast was adequate, Wi-Fi was usefully, but why have smoking and non smoking rooms on the same floor? Hallway smelled like a smoking floor.

Small and close to no parking. However the room was very clean and the bed was fairly comfortable.

It was suprisingly nice in my opinion considering the area, quick convinient elevator, comfy beds, spacious rooms and a nice view.

It's was a great place to visit I went and took my kids they enjoyed and we had a great time.

Rooms and breakfast are nice but the location isn't the best. Everything was clean and the employees are nice. The parking lot only has 3 spots so don't count on parking right there.

I booked this hotel online through Hotwire. I got the idea that hotels are checked out personally by representatives of these booking websites. (you can't go by the number of stars on this one). This hotel in my opinion should have not been open for business in the state it was in when I stayed in 2015. The carpeting in the hallways were fitly. I thought it was only the main floor carpeting, but I purposely went a floor up and found the same stains. Hugh visible stains all over the carpeting. When I got into my room, I immediately noticed that all of the furniture looked like it should be replaced. The biggest problem I had with this hotel is that it was absolutely nasty and dirty. There was hair on the cups, ketchup spattered on the walls, hand stains on the head board (perfect hand prints) as if someone was bracing themselves for who know what and an over all feeling that I had to get out of there before I came in contact with some germs. I booked the hotel for 4 days and left after 1 day. I complained to Hotwire and they cancel my reservation.

Disgusting! Attitudes are horrible, smells of cigarettes everywhere, the staff doesn't offer to help you with bags or tell you any information about their hotel. Dirty place. Good for drug addicts.

The most amazing hotel to stay at in the entire Bronx NY. Free breakfast and amazing customer service! Great staff and just an overall Great feeling environment. Come spend a day or two or just book a weekend getaway to see why My wife and our kids are always staying here…

Small rooms for the price. I've stayed at the Ramada on Bartow (bigger rooms for cheaper). Nice front desk personnel. However what killed me was the fact that there is a slaughterhouse across the street. As a Vegetarian — no thanks.

Didn't even get to check in! Our reservation was messed up (they had us checking in 7 hours before we even attempted a reservation) and when we called to fix it, we had no answer for almost a half hour. Then, an answer machine picked up (which said the mailbox was full and sounded more like somebodies cell phone) another attempt somebody picked up and said NOTHING! When I finally spoke with somebody, I had no clue what they said or where I was calling so I asked "Can you repeat that? " to which a male on the other end responded "huh" I then replied "Where am I calling" to which the reply was "You don't know? " lol I had to laugh at this point. I was then transferred to change my reservation and hung up on before I spoke to anybody… Good Luck to anybody staying here I had to put in a claim with my bank to get my money back for a reservation we were never able to make!

My "non-smoking" room smelled like hardcore cigarettes and when I asked the employee at front desk he would not do anything about it. After I explained everything to him he only kept saying "ok but I cant do anything for you" and wouldn't really listen to what I was trying to explain to him. Overall rude and unprofessional. It takes a really bad experience for me to give a place a bad rating, as I'm easily pleased anywhere I go. I will not be coming here again. They don't even offer "do not disturb" signs! and dont even get me started on the "free Wi-Fi. ".

Lovely view of the park… popo. And school next to motel… inside is very nice. Staff lovely people.

It's very small and cozy. Very clean and breakfast is available in the morning. They also have smoking and non-smoking rooms that you can choose from. I like the place and would go back in a heartbeat.

Very good hotel. More than my expectation. Excellent service, excellent staff, they provide breakfast which is very good. New hotel with new interiors and decors and worth paying for.
