As soon as you walk in, you know what kind of place this is. It's a typical motel. Definitely not a bad place to stay, but not upscale or classy. Very simple, understated rooms. Everything is very average and nothing exceeds expectations. Very clean though, with helpful service and employees. Decent sized rooms and decent sized bathrooms. The bathrooms have good toilets and sink/shower water is hot and clear. Provides the option for room service, but breakfast is similarly underwhelming. Does give you cheap commodities if you forgot them. Has great A/C heat which is adjustible in the room. The mattress is pretty uncomfortable but has sheets, quilt, and pillows. Good sized windows with no view and thick insulating privacy curtains. The TV has a limited selection of channels, but does have some basic popular ones. Adequate bright and low lighting in the room. Has a key card and deadbolt on door. Has tables for putting luggage on. The parking lot is tiny, though, so you're definitely going to need to find a spot on the street. If you're on a budget, this is probably the kind of thing you'll be staying at. Not bad, just what I was expecting.

Had a king size bed with the jacuzzi and a smoking room. Very relaxing. Room had a nice smell to it. No odor of smoke. Bed very comfy. Room just enough space for the two of us. This is my second time getting this room. First time I had a non smoking room so had to keep going outside to smoke. This time I made sure I had a smoking room. Best choice!

The room was nice. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. I asked him to bring me a bagel back. I stayed one night and family in NY drove us around.

I loved to visit the ramada Bronx location. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I've visited this location several times and will continue to do so.

For first time in New York this place was nice clean smell comfortable beds slept awesome besides u not being able to smoke loved it. Better actually not having to. With smoke in the air while sleeping…

This is by far my favorite hotel in the bronx. Always clean and the staff is amazing. It's around $200 a night and we'll worth it.

Room was nice. After walking pass what I think was the staff area. Wished there was a/c in the room. Was a little taking back with the blue light but it was cute.

The hotel was right near the highway, with plenty of things to do within a short drive, and had good parking for the location. The room was clean and tidy, the beds seemed a bit stiffer than a usual hotel bed but it's nothing to cry over. The front desk was very helpful and room service checked on with me soon after settling in to see if I needed anything. Would stay again for sure 4/5

Jocelyn went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The room was clean and well maintained. The Whirlpool was great but confusing at the same time, never the less it worked. I will return in the near future.

One of the Nicest hotels uptown Bronx New York area. Unless you go to the Marriott. It's Clean and Moderately priced for those looking for a really good place to rest off the I-95 that's within the Co-op City shopping area. They offer breakfast as well.

Ugggg! Is the first thing that comes to mind. I was traveling through the Bronx Christmas weekend. And stop here to get some rest before heading back on the road. Pro’s-large bed & big screen TV. Con’s-parking lot has on entrance/exit, I had to back out into traffic to leave in the morning. And no sign that tells u that. Only excepts cash. Rooms in the basement. Loud guest yelling, fighting and banging on doors through the night and morning. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Waste of $170. Based on that we all know what kind of place this is. Stay clear.

Nice room everything nice and clean and in working condition Continental breakfast a big plus.

Never been there for a NoMa party, but the staff is great and the rooms are reliably comfortable.

I give the ramada 5 stars because its a beautiful place for overnight stays. Very clean, safe and quiet. My front desk lady was jocelyn, who was very helpful in trying to locate my charger, unfortunately, the cleaning staff never turned it into the lost and found. Big thumbs down for the cleaning staff.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. The rooms are updated but the area and the element of patrons are questionable. Some people looked like they were on the homeless side. The parking sucks — if you get there late in the evening. No room service or snack machine. The front desk didn’t want to honor the employee rate. Bullet proof glass separately the customers and the employees at the check in desk. The bed was comfortable, though.

You have to get room 114 the hot tub is grate the bathroom is beautiful the bed load you can have like 4 people on the bed with u it's a must go the price is a little high but it's good has parking to.

You know something this tall looking black mr cosby in the head *** ***** all I did was ask a question hes answers it like really low to the point where you cant hear anything and then when you ask him to repeat it he wants to yell and cause a scene in front of everybody for what? Also I guess if you cant get water from the vending machine you have to drink water out of those nasty bathrooms like whyshould we have to drink water from the bathroom shouldn't their be a public area where you can get free water without having to go inside a bathroom he gonna raise his voice to the wrong person one day no wander they got bullet proof windows at the front.

It doesn't smell good, gives me a headache. Very far from tourist spots and not in a good neighborgood (dirty and unsafe looking). Parking spot is limited and hard to navigate. We got the once with jacuzzi, we didn't use it because it looks dirty. The room is well kept but doean't smell and look clean so we left early and move to different hotel.

Thin walls! I spent three nights here and all three nights I had to deal with neighbors having LOUD intimate relations. It wasn't the same people because the first ones checked out after the first night. It made me wonder if I was next to a honeymoon suite or if this place is being used for prostitution or something. Very uncomfortable. I'm so glad my kids weren't here with me on trip!

Place very clean, excellent breakfast, nice staff and close to bus stops and trains.

Was not satisfactory, due to faulty communication with David I asked him how much was room double bed and I repeat back to him $154 he said yes he was smilingAfter I saw on paper $254 I told him it was too much I asked him to refund my money back. His face completely change he got serious saying he cannot refund my money. When I try to communicate to David to give me my receipt back he ignored and continue taking care other customers I was 1 ½ waiting for my refund I called customer service when he saw I was on the phone with them I told him they wanted to talk to him to get my reservation # so they could cancel it but David was angry he did not want to refund my money back I did not stayed I left. I believe he is a thief!

This hotel has roaches. They changed our room 3 times and we were still unhappy. The first room had a roach running across the counter when we first walked into the room. We informed the man at the front desk of the problem and he seemed surprised. He stated "this is his first time ever hearing of such a thing. " He changed our room to another room. This room had make-up all over the pillows. We complained about this and they changed the linen. The bedspread also had cigarettes burns in the comforter. I made by this time because we had a long day. We checked in our hotel around midnight and was looking forward to resting our body. I requested for our money back but the man at the front desk said he could not give us our money back he can only accommodate us with another room. He could of at least offered us a discount. Providing us with a different room was not good enough if we were not comfortable with the cleanliness of this hotel. The room that they changed us to did not have a working TV in it. It took 2 employees to try to fix it and then the manager came to help out. We expressed our concerns with the manager about the problems we had in — not even 24 hours. He offered to upgrade our room to a room with a Jacuzzi. He stated he was going to personally checked the room out and make sure everything was working and everything was all good when we went to this room. According to him we were going to "love this room. " We received a called stating that the room was ready.

The entry way to this hotel is confusing. It was in what you would typically call the rear, (not visible from the street at all). They are undergoing renovation somewhere on the 1st floor, so there was a HUGE dumpster to pass by upon turning into the hotel from the street. The workers left some of their supplies in an area near the entrance; so the 1st impression was Horrible. However, get past that, and the bed was the most comfortable I have been in, for awhile. Room clean, staff friendly and helpful, food average.

The staff there is great from the manager to the the little peoples. The woman staff and their hospitality is like 5 star. Keep up the good work girls.

The best hotel located in a quiet area. Very clean and smelled so good. Nice room and jacuzzi. ❤

I had a great stay. Though I did not realize before booking the room that it was two twin size beds instead of two queen size beds. The staff was helpful and friendly. Free Wi-Fi, Continental Breakfast, Free parking (very limited and small, I have a full size pickup with 4 doors). A bit overpriced for the size but it's in NY so that's expected.

The beds were comfortable but there was a lot of noise.

Booked a King Jacuzzi suite for a romantic anniversary weekend we loved it. Hotel was clean, smelled great, and our room was spotless. Movies, restaurants, and shopping area all close by Loved it loved it loved we'd do it again.

My wife, child and I went to the ramada hotel for Christmas and had a great time. Customer service is out of this world. Had a small issue with the jacuzzi, they sent a maintenance guy to look at it. They had it fix within mins.

I love it and it's quite and clean and simple.

The prices may not be the greatest here, but it's a great hideaway if you are trying to be incognito. It's off the i-95 in which is a good time if traveling south on that highway. I had 3 separate occasions here in which one involves the hot tub room, it was well kept and exciting. It's a decent place to catch some shut eye, peaceful even though near by a highway. $$$ Eat. Shop. Play. Live Life Unscripted.
