Do not stay here. We came home with a bed bug in my suitcase. Immediately called the hotel to open a case and was told they didn’t care and to call their home office. Gave them 9 days to respond, which in retrospect was far too generous. Still have not ever heard back from the hotel itself. Headquarters has no ability to issue a refund for the $330 I paid for ONE NIGHT. The bed bug was the worst case I could possibly imagine and then to have horrific customer service is an embarrassment. We had an exterminator come to the house to confirm there were no prior bed bugs in our home and that it would’ve come from the hotel. They confirmed this and that the bug had fed. The fact that we can’t even get a return call or refund is absurd. And what a joke to offer a free nights stay at a hotel I will never consider staying at again.
