Great place, my granddaughters love the pool. Only thing was housekeeping knocked on my door in morning and woke us up she said she thought we checked out! Other than that I love the hotel I stay there often and Grappa has awesome breakfast and cocktails! — с Diana Rivera.

Love this hotel located in newly developed College Town. Lots of eateries. The hotel bar has a beet salad to live for and their cocktails are great I fell in deep like with the southern comfort or something like that blood orange pulp and tequila.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic spot. Tons of food and shopping in the area. Staff is very friendly. Pool is a bit small but it was nice. Room was perfect.

Nice hotel, nice accommodation, nice room, clean, spacious and modern. Excellent TV flat screen. I loved the shower in the bathroom. My only regret: there is no breakfast area, you need to go to the nearby restaurant, which depending upon your hotel reservation, may charge breakfast $11 (or not). Which was my case. Now, for a toast and a cup of coffee this seems a bit extreme. Beside that, a lovely stay.

Perfect hotel if your visiting a university of Rochester student or have business at one of the medical facilities. Located right in College Town behind the campus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Many dining options close by.

Had dinner with family staying at the hotel. The food was delicious. We also went swimming, the pool area was clean and safe.

Love, love, love this chic and modern hotel. It had great amenities, including an amazing dining experience at Grappa. The rooms were clean and spacious and the kids loved the swimming pool. We will definitely stay here again when we're back in Rochester.

We are from Canada and stay for one night. We booked 3 rooms all very clean and using quality products. Furnatures are in good condition. Front desk very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel for all types of people like family or single.

So I stayed here recently and I got to say this place is semi brand-new I think it's less than 3 years old it's built in college town area of what they say is Rochester New York and by postal code yes but it's really in Henrietta… the proximity to the U of R and strong is very key… The staff here was extremely friendly really nice the rooms were immaculately clean and everything worked perfectly as it should. Remember to always keep your room key on you because you'll get locked out of everything if you don't and there Wi-Fi speed was garbage and for being so close to our it they need to fix that.

The atmosphere at Grappa was great. We went for a social event after work and sat out on the patio. The bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable. Comfortable seating and the location was very convenient.

The room was very clean, the hospitality was good, the free Wi-Fi was good. The only issue I had was the pool, the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in a week and there was stuff floating in it, also was to shallow only 4 1/2 feet deep. I didn’t go to the bar or eat there food. For the money we spent it would’ve been nice to have some sort of complementary breakfast not just coffee.

This hotel is right across the street from the UR medical center. Very convenient if you need to visit the school or hospital.

Rooms were clean, the bed was wonderful but no coffee and no option of breakfast. We were staying there for our tournament and unfortunately had to leave by 645 am. All other hotels have coffee in the lobby so you can take a cup to. Now having to drive somewhere for a quick breakfast was extra difficult.

We had such exceptional service at both the hotel and Grappa. We are looking forward to staying with you again (we also love those breakfast cookies)!

I had breakfast there Saturday morning and it was fantastic my server was wonderful and was very professional. He was completely by himself and was able to handle my tale on top of four others. I will indeed come back here again, I have yet to stay in the hotel but I am considering it the front desk staff were very polite and friendly.

Exactly what would be expected from a Hilton. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant, I would have given it five stars but nothing was unexpectedly exceptional.

Food was disappointing but the hotel was very nice and felt like it was brand new.

I visited the hotel to visit a friend who was attending an event in Rochester. For what I could tell the atmosphere was pleasant, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the had awesome huge arm chairs.

Location is right next to University of Rochester, great for a collge visit. Room was clean and spacious, great for an overnight stay. Service was pleasant and helpful.

Attempted to make a stay for 3 nights and instead of telling us they only had rooms for two nights, they just booked us for two nights without making us aware. In addition, the blankets in our room had stains and housekeeping woke us up at 8 am knocking on the door. We had attempted to stay here to make it easier for my hospital treatments but it only made it more stressful. Do not recommend.

Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. The front desk staff were very friendly. Shuttle to and from the UoR every thirty minutes.

Wi-Fi caused errors on multiple mobile devices and was unusually difficult to connect to. Rooms clean and nice and Grappa was genuinely good.

I stayed one night while in town on business. The hotel was very clean and my room extremely comfortable.

Rooms are quiet and spacious. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The location is great as the hotel is within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. It was also only a short drive from the airport.

We stayed here when the floors in our house were being done. The hotel is awesome. Everything is new and clean. The layout of the room is great as well. We had our 15 month old with us and they were very accomodating by providing a crib. Which fit well in the room without feeling crowded at all. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel. Great location. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. Great book stores around close. Right in the middle of everything with the University. Good breakfast and good dinner restaurant on site.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. We found it to be a very nice hotel but I was very disappointed that the walls were paper thin and both nights we were kept awake by people in the adjoining room talking on their phone. It literally sounded like they were in our room. You could even hear the other person on the phone. The second night I called the front desk and they were very cordial and politely moved us to a different room. The receptionist at the front desk said that they had received complaints about this just last week. The service was great and the hotel met all other expectations but there needs to be something done about the sound proofing.

I was here for a conference. It was catered. The facility is very clean. Parking is good considering the location. The food was very good (and the wait staff were excellent). The seating was poorly arranged for the conference, with round tables so some of the chairs had their backs toward the presenter. Overall very good.

One of the best hotels in area, staff Is great, accommodating and friendly. Can't wait to stay there again.

I stayed here last night and I just have to say: this property is great! It is affordable, new, and all of the staff I encountered was polite, warm, and welcoming. The hotel is very tastefully decorated, from the entrance to the rooms. I was very pleased with the room. It was clean, had great light, a great view (Mt. Hope Cemetary), and the bed was quite comfortable — more firm than I usually experience in a hotel.
The location of this hotel is ideal for those who want to be in walking distance to everything you need. Being that I live in Rochester, it was great watching this hotel and the whole College Town area being built. This area is a treasure for Rochester. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I'm certain I will stay here again.
