Excellent value for money. Plenty amenities in area.

Beds are rock hard pillows suck, breakfast was a joke had to go next door to mc Donald's just not convenient at all.

As a clean extremist, I found the Super 8 to be a 5 STAR! The lobby, the elevator, the hall and the room were top notch. Super comfortable king bed. Nice breakfast. And very friendly staff. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

Location was very good. Close to the mall. Rooms were clean and offered maid service every day. Service was very good.

Right of the interstate. Clean and accomodating. Have three kids under 4 and no one complained (this happens all the time as my kids scream all the time) so rooms have solid walls. Breakfast is a little lacking but had yogurt, cereal, waffles, and toast. Under construction but didn't notice and harm to our stay due to it. Will return if we pass through again.

Pros: comfortable bed, room was clean, nice hot water with good water pressure. Parking lot was recently redone and we were able to fit our minivan with a trailer easily. Cons: very old, dated building and the entire building smells like cigarette smoke, INTENSELY SO in our room. Service and “continental breakfast” were lackluster. No healthy food options in walking distance (although there is a McDonald’s, Little Caesars, Denny’s). Overall it was a cheap experience and we got what we paid for.

Rooms were clean and customer service was top notch for this older property, however there was construction going on in front of the property. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a joke! Thunderous booms of construction beginning at 7am promptly for a wake up call. Sidewalk was reduced to gravel making it difficult to bring in bowling ball bag. Was there for a tournament.

Where to start.? The bed had little black curly hairs in the white sheets, supposedly clean towel with a brown stain on it. General smell is musty and old. Breakfast offered was very minimal and disappointing… would not recommend. Way too many issues.

The breakfast absolutely sucked. But the rooms were nice. Clean. Bug free. Comfortable and a wonderful stay. Would stay there again.

Great affordable place to stay. Nothing fancy, but clean and in good condition. I would definitely stay again. For the price you can't beat it. The building is dated, but very well maintained.

Good location just off the highway coming south into Syracuse. Clean and relatively comfortable but engender this us not high end accommodation. It works when making a stopover or when attending Orange basketball.

I registered online so check in was easy. Room was clean. Large flat screen TV, microwave and mini-fridge. Less than 1/4 mile to I81 and the NY Thruway (I90) is only a. 1 mile north on I81. Less than 5 miles to downtown Syracuse and 1 mile to Destiny mall. Inexpensive rates. Fast food and restaurants within walking distance.

A great place to park and ride to the airport or train station. Shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. Room noise is a issue if you're trying to get some sleep. Lots of nearby places to eat.

Check In was quick and easy. The room was clean updated and comfortable. They had a nice selection of Continental Breakfast Choices. It's not a 5 star, with all amentaties Included but for the budget conscience it would be a good choice.

Located near several points of interest such as Destiny USA and State Fair grounds. Room was clean with comfortable bed but fairly small.

I stay here often and I have ALWAYS been treated very well and gotten taken care of in a professional manner. The stàff is extremely friendly and very accomodating. They do all they can to make sure you have a good stay. My only disappointment is that a couple times a year I fly in from the west coast on the 11:30 pm flight and there are no longer shuttles. When you add the cost of a taxi in to the cost of the motel it's still worth it to stay here.

Got a double twin room on the second floor. Room was clean and service was fine. The breakfast is simple.

Stayed at this hotel for one night while attending a concert at the Westcott Theater. The rooms had recently been renevated. They were clean and well appointed. The bed was not the most comfortable I've ever slept on, but it was more than adequate for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is probably the best one in the area for the price. Rooms are clean, pillows and sheets are soft. Staff is always wonderful.

All we could hope for, clean, comfortable, modern, and quiet! We will​ stop here anytime our senior travels bring us this way! Very relaxing overnight stay! Breakfast bar was well maintained and adaquate! Thank you Wyndham!

Ive been staying here for a few years now and usually it's pretty good. This time it seemed like the employees were more interested in their cell phones. Also, the faucet in the bathtub functioned, but was not connected to the wall. Both not huge deals as it's pretty quiet here but I thought it was worth mentioning as this isn't the norm.

Lobby doesn't give the impression of a decent hotel and the toilet whistles, but the accommodations are decent, clean, and everything is in working order. The pillows (one thing I always notice personally) was fluffy and the mattress was comfortable.

Nice place. Rooms are clean, service is not intrusive. However it is quite crowded during breakfast in the reception.

2 fire alarms went off when we were there and you know a place is bad when no one actually takes it seriously and the staff is just trying to figure out how to turn them off. Everything was dirty. Our toilet rocked from one side to the other. This hotel made me decide that it's worth the few extra bucks to step up in quality. This place was awful.

The location is a short drive away from niagara falls as well as thousand islands. The service is okay. The room itself is a little better than you would expect from a budget hotel. If you arrive looking for a budget hotel, you'll like it.

Held late reservation, great personnel, rooms are very nice, knowledgeable staff. A very positive experience.

First of all, the bed in our room was Brocken so every time somebody went on it would slant way over to the side. Second of all, the breakfast was till 9:00 o'clock. Are you kidding me?!? Breakfast till 9:00. Unfortunately My family seeped in that day so we ended up missing breakfast. I guess for the price it's okay, but if you want quality, go with something else.

The hotel was OK to stay over, but if it weren't a pit stop on a 2-day trip I would have stayed some place a bit nicer. Still, clean beds, clean-ish shower and fairly nice staff.

Overall a very nice place, had everything to accommodate me, only prob was toilet overflowed and created a mess. I would recommend to anyone in future though, nice and affordable.

Basic motel with great spacious rooms and comfy beds. I spent a week there and it was pleasant. They also have the morning breakfast with some great items.

When I arrived on the night of June 13th 2015 the motel had an inner city type publicly intoxicated sitting outside the lobby drinking from open container. When I mentioned this to the receptionist her response is "oh he's a long term guest he's nothing to worry about" Is this place some sort of section 8 housing? Problem is he seemed to admire my motorcycle and was hanging around it to where I finally had to go outside and shoo him away while him drunk was trying to strike up conversation about it. I should have left and went elsewhere. They also don't protect the Wi-Fi password so you have all kinds of bottom dwellers outside the lobby mooching off it. Beside the fact that you and your vehicle might not feel safe here the motel was fine.

Great place. Friendly staff. Very clean. No complaints. Only suggestion there should be a spa and pool at this location.

We had a noon smoking king size bed room. The room was big and clean, just a little noisy. The reception area was a little dirty, but the Wi-Fi was amazing fast for an inclusive offer. So I'm very satisfied compared to the low prise they charged for a night.
