Very nice, clean room, good breakfast bar and friendly staff.

The entire staff was TOTALLY AWESOME! From the General manager Robert Ward to the Front end clerk Rae to housekeeping. Absolutely enjoyed my stay and looking forward to my return. Robert Joseph room.

Great rooms at a great price!

The staff is extremely unprofessional. Dude man bro honey are not names to be used when booking a hotel room. I was double charged and was never refunded despite multiple attempts of talking to a manager none was reached. There is construction going on in the hotel and in the morning there is loud noises saws drills etc.

Priced was decent with breakfast. Room was just average. The exercise equipment was packed into what used to be a room. It was cramped and not a good and useful experience. But the breakfast was a redeeming quality, as it had a full breakfast.

Stayed the weekend and it was a good experience. Checked in Friday night with no reservation without a problem, clerk was helpful and friendly. Room wasn't bad, obvioulsy older, but seemed clean. Housekeeping was good Saturday, returned to a clean room. Clerk Saturday morning was great, showed me on maps where to park for the SU game. Same guy served a busy breakfast Sunday, very friendly. Just as good as hotels that charge twice as much.

The rooms are very clean and quiet. Well-maintained and managed.

Easily one of the worst places to spend a night… We stayed only because it was one night, and they refused to cancel our reservation. Located at the stoplight of a major road and ramp to the interstate. You will hear every semi-truck, heavy motorcycle, burn-out, drag-race, and emergency vehicle. There is no sound buffer. Walls are paper thin. You will hear every rowdy neighbor, moan, groan, door slam, and TV set from rooms around you. Sound in the room was limited to small fridge cycling on/off… They don't let you unplug this. TV was pointless… remote did not work, and couldn't find anyone to swap the remote. Hallways smell of old beer, smoke, garbage. You have to hold your breath waiting for the elevator. And that elevator… straight out of a Disney ride. Hop in, doors close, and it drops two inches when it starts… followed by banging, metal squeaking, and a 45 second trip to go one floor. There is no ADA/Handicap accessible entrance. Just two doors that swing open to/from the outside. And if you have a walker or wheelchair… it won't fit in that elevator (lucky you! ). Smokers greet you at the entrance, where they sit on a bench with their ashbin. Room decor is non-existant. No pads of paper, or pencils. No convenience power outlets. Only one outlet next to the bed. Very hard to charge a smartphone. No USB ports. Room layout has the bathroom sink immediately next to the room entrance. If someone is using the hairdryer, it is difficult to enter/exit.

Bruh. The beds were rock solid the rooms reeked of hookers, depression and urine. The elevator was rattling and creaking. The staff is friendly when they are their at the front desk which it isn’t often. There was a big ass spider in my room and I’m pretty sure it stole my wallet. Watch the conjuring 2, I would rather sleep in that house.

I went to visit and old friend that was staying there. The room was nice and it was very clean.

If you're looking for a simple hotel where people work their best to help you, this is the place to go. Brad and the rest of the staff is really nice! Don't expect THE WORLD — — it is what it is!

Location is good. Staff are polite and professional. Pricing is affordable.

Very poor experience. Do not waste your money in this place. Staff walks around talking and eating food out of the breakfast area. No room service 2 out of the first three days. Noisy A/C unit. Complained about tub not draining for three straight days before fixed. I could go on and on and on!

If you ask me there is nothing quality about this in. First off when we got into our room it smelled horrible like perfume and it was all over the floor and I slid across as soon as we walked in and almost fell. Next we looked at the floor and it clearly had not been vacuumed there was dirt, crums, and bag ties all over the floor. We checked the bed and did not see anything then we both took showers and noticed there was mold at the bottom of the shower curtain and that is when we said that's it we're getting a different room, the smell itself immediately gave us a headache and we knew we could not spend a whole weekend there. We went down to the front desk and the man was very nice and immediately got us a new room. Our new room was cleaner but it was still dirty. I cleaned the bathroom since whoever is on staff does not do so. Unfortunately our friends got our old room and pretty much all they did was make the bed and put new towels in. The smell was still there and they said it was still very potaint. I could not sleep the whole weekend and laid in bed with socks, pants, and a sweatshirt with the hood up each night because I was that grossed out. The only thing I wish was that there was a zero star rating I could give this place. Needless to say we will never EVER be going back to any Quality Inn, and I will be sure to tell everyone about our experience.

We recently drove cross country and stayed exclusively in Inns under the Choice Hotels Umbrella. For that reason we booked a room at the Quality Inn in Syracuse. What you are about to read should disuade you from ever staying there. We arrived during a difficult snow storm last Thursday night Dec. 15th at 6 p. M. The parking lot had not been plowed (6" snow) and the entrance to the hotel had not been shoveled. (I did that after I arrived since my wife is handicapped) The counter attendant was pleasant enough, but was totally engrossed in his computer screen. I did not want to ask why since there were no customers involved in checking in. When we got into our room everything seemed ok on first blush… but then we noticed that the wallpaper was in such bad shape that it was falling off the walls and had actually been stapled along the seams and in the corners to keep it attached. The bed however was fine and comfortable. Our toilet was plugged and I had to ask the desk clerk for a plunger in order to unplug it. This was not a situation I created, but when I asked the desk clerk about it he just told me where the plunger was. I assume that this was because he could not leave the desk so I did not mind not breaking him from his concentration on his computer game? Anyway, the next morning when I got up and showered I noticed there were 3 significant cracks in the tub. Not minor but big enough to allow water to drip through below.

Great location in relation to the city of Syracuse. Rooms are fine, the staff is accommodating to problems that arise, and the price is good for what you get.

I arrived early (2 hours before check in time) because of snowy weather and I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. The gentleman behind the counter checked to see if my room was ready and then asked the housekeeping manager to get my room cleaned so I could check in. I told him that I didn't mind waiting as the sofa in the lobby was comfortable. He said it wasn't a problem and shortly I was in my room. Every member of the team here is friendly and asks how my visit is and if I need anything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Absolutely disgusting room. Three customers ahead of us all had issues we were put in a smoking room by Expedia and wee unable to be moved. We could not cancel do we went in the room. The pillows had hair all over them and stains it was absolutely disgusting the ceilings and toilet were falling apart. We left and went to another hotel now we have to fight to get our money back. Quality inn is a horrible place to stay. We want to be refunded.

Stayed one night, got charged for 3. Manager Pamela Smith, was extremely rude and unhelpful they had no problem taking my money, it was "inconvenient" for them to refund the money back. While waiting at the front desk for a refund to get underway I heard every guest complain about something as they checked out. I recommend you keep driving, there are nicer hotels at cheaper rates in the same area with service people who know how to do their customer service jobs.

Super 8 nearby screwed everything up for us and we were left without a place to stay for 2 days. Quality in manager helped us out massively and gave us a room.

Free breakfast from 6-9 Am and great customer service. They got me checked in, in a timely manner and were very kind as to switch my room with no hassles.

Not bad for a low-cost, last-minute room. My worst fear with hotel rooms is their odor … this one was pleasant (no odor), clean, and the staff was very courteous and accommodating. Recommended.

I'd give them a zero. They had bedbugs and spiders, smells bad and room was not clean. Dont stay here unless you dont mind that type of stuff.

Met a few friends out for drinks at the hotel bar. Drinks were made well and prices weren't bad.

I am a Greyhound Driver. When I come in town the Manager Pamela and her staff are the best when it comes to service and welcoming you. When I stay there it feels like home.

Comfortable stay. We were satisfied with with cleanliness of the hotel and the room. The service was great.

This place has infrastructure issues. A fellow guest had a non-working AC and mine had a non-working shower and spotty Wi-Fi. The rooms were also small. The only reason I did not give it the lowest rating was because of the helpful staff.

After a 15 month deployment in Iraq I tried to get a room for my wife and 9 month old daughter and I at the Clarion Inn but was denied because I am not 21. It my be hotel policy but if we are able to go overseas for more than a year away from family and friends we should be able to get a hotel room. Right?
