I was not pleased with my stay at this property and I’ve never negatively reviewed a hotel before. To start with, both women at the front desk were incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. We spent just about $2, 000 for three nights at this property, which I know was because it was graduation weekend and stayed for three nights. The woman with the short, dark hair at the front desk was often just sitting outside on a bench, looking at her phone. The woman with the long blonde hair, also was just sitting in the lobby, like she was a guest. Never said hello, never smiled either one of them. We had two different issues with the toilet. At one point it wasn’t flushing, but someone came in and reconnected something. Then another time, it clogged and we were expected to go to the front desk, retrieve a plunger and plunge it ourselves. I have never had that happen in any hotel I’ve ever been in. We received an email that said housekeeping would not come into our room until the third day. Then they came in without us knowing they were coming after the first night, but didn’t come in after the second night. We needed to go find tissues because there were none in our room when we came in. I also had to track down toilet paper, a shower cap and Q-tips. We could’ve used another bar of soap, but there was none to be found. In addition, the room could’ve been cleaner. There was garbage to the right of the piece of furniture across from the bathroom and layers of dust. I would not recommend and I would only stay here again if it was the only option I had. Finally, they advertise free high speed Wi-Fi. It didn’t work at all. When I asked about it, I was given an unsecure Radisson website to use in conjunction with their Wi-Fi. That gave you Wi-Fi for about 30 seconds at a time, if you were lucky. I did like that I had two separate rooms as part of my suite and no complaints about the included breakfast.
