I would not book a room here again. After confirming our reservation with Expedia, the hotel reassigned us the next afternoon (our arrival date) to the Econo Lodge. I called Expedia, which verified that the hotel had confirmed our reservation with them. Expedia cancelled the Econo Lodge reservation, found us another hotel & gave us a $25 coupon toward our next stay for the inconvenience. THAT is fine customer service.

The room is always clean and comfortable. The entire staff is gracious and thoughtful.

Very nice hotel in Ithaca but awesome breakfast, clean and huge rooms and no free swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Don't expect much views from the hotel.

Nice hotel. Didn't stay there long but from what I could tell, the hotel is really nice. Forgot toothpaste and a toothbrush. Went to the front desk and they provided one. There is free breakfast which is really nice. There is also a pool and hot tub. Would recommend.

Love this hotel! Rooms are comfortable. Love the suites. It has a nice free breakfast. Also, it's in a quiet area that is not too far from shopping areas. I also noticed that because the Wi-Fi is open, you will not be able to get on certain sites like Facebook, messenger, your email. You will have to use your device's data. This is not the hotel's fault. It is because of new privacy settings by the individual sites. Make sure you use the code they give you.

We love it! This is our home away from home. We spend a lot of time here for work. Everything is clean and welcoming. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and pretty awesome. Breakfast is great. Sure does make it easier to be away from home. Thank you all for being wonderful!

Clean hotel with a nice warm pool. Only negative thing is they say pet friendly but on the website when we made our reservations it did not mention anything about a 50$ security deposit. Other than that nice place overall and the room is nice and comfortable.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. What a terrible experience. When we arrived, I could immediately hear all kinds of noise coming from rooms. This was past quiet time. I came to realize most of this noise was coming from a room marked "staff only". Then we were told our room, that we had reserved, was unavailable. That they had canceled our reservation. Furthermore, that there were no more rooms like the room that we reserved (king size Jacuzzi room). We had a lot of trouble getting the room that was reserved for us, following an unsettling battle with the staff. They relocated the people in our room. Granted the staff attempted to clean the room. It was obviously used. I have never experienced anything like this.

Located up the road from ithaca college, this clean and comfy hotel isn't the quietest of hotels. It's not walking distance to the commons or college town.

So clean has inside pool serves awesome food room looked like an apartment the bed was so neat and very comfortable me and older daughter stayed two days would go again oh and a work out room.

I myself did not stay at this hotel, but I booked rooms for associates at our company. I spoke to a woman named Amy and she is awesome! I have never had a better experience booking hotel rooms in my life and I used to work at a hotel so I know how hard it can be sometimes to take reservations during a busy week. I always try to book hotels online, but here, I will always call! Thanks Amy!

Very friendly staff. Clean room. Was upgraded to a suite and it was a very nice size room. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel close to Ithaca college. We stayed for the weekend for my daughter to audition. Any requests were handled promptly. Good breakfast. Hot coffee and cookies in lobby. Polite and knowledgeable staff. If she picks this school, we'll definitely be back.

I only stayed here for one night while visiting Cornell. The room was much larger than expected and very comfortable. Breakfast was also great. The location was perfect; just a 10 minute drive to campus and just 5 minutes from downtown Ithaca.

Hotel staff is extremely helpful and accomadating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We bought our dog and you would never know they allow dogs, they keep everything very clean. They have a great breakfast. Would definitely Come back.

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. We walked into our room and immediately noticed a bug on the bed. After further inspection, we realized there were dozens and dozens of bugs crawling all over the room. We called the front desk and they said they would move us across the hall as soon as it was vacuumed. We noticed a couple of bugs in the new room. We we're in a hurry to get to a wedding so couldn't stay and handle the situation. When returning later that night, we noticed the new room was infested with bugs too. We went down to the front desk, where I was rudely told there is nothing that could be done. After asking how to get in touch with the manager, the lady at the desk went and checked an empty room. She said she checked for bugs, there were none, and we could switch into this room. We went into this new room, and surprise, there were bugs. At this point, there was nothing that could be done and we had to spend our whole night killing bugs. I am absolutely disgusted with this hotel. I have never experienced something like this in my life. This room was over $200. When leaving in the morning, they offered us a discount, although that room wasn't worth a penny in my opinion.

It is very good, modern, nice and good service. Good breakfast. Somewhat expensive for the location which has.

This was a deal that we got by either Living Social or Groupon. Walked in, greeted by Elizabeth, and the wonderful lending library!
Pool nice, jacuzzi wonderful, and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good, The room itself was large, with sitting area and sleeping area. We would give this place an A+, would like to have more deals to be able to stay more often.

The rooms are spacious, well appointed and very clean… breakfast is good and home baked cookies in the evening very nice treat… the staff is super nice and very accommodating… this is my home base whenever in the Ithaca… it's as close to home as I can have when I'm on the road.

The room was surprisingly spacious and confortable, very clean and the breakfast was perfect. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful which almost made up for the lack of hot water in the shower this morning (hopefully that won't be the case tomorrow morning! ). I'd definitely stay here again!

This place is tremendous! Have been bringing a group here for the past 3 years and they are fantastic to work with. They do wonderful with our requests and most of all are some of the friendliest people you will find in the industry. Can't wait to see them again!

The room and service was spot-on. No issues at all and the included breakfast was great.

I made reservations months ago for two rooms, with 2 queen beds for August 8th, traveled from northern Maine. Confirmed it a month ago and the morning of the 8th. Got there after the wedding… 10:00 pm and they had given our rooms away. They sent us to their sister hotel, Econolodge. They gave us two rooms with double beds… then a third room (smoking) and a rollaway bed. Our kids that stayed in the smoking room came by in the morning to take a shower in our room. They left black footprints all over the shower from the rugs in the smoking room. We were all exhausted and so disappointed to think they would really just give our rooms away… I will be pursuing this further with Country Inn management. What the…?

Nice rooms. Friendly staff. VERY NOISEY! Walls paper thin. Heard toilets flushing, TVs and people talking in their rooms. It was a last minute reservation and I had to pay $380 for one night! I mentioned what an awful night I had, all they said was they were sorry. I went there for a seminar. The room was right next to the kitchen/dining room. At times too NOISEY to hear the speaker. I won't go back! I told them that too! They didn't care!

We stay here when we drop off our daughter at college and even opted to stay 5 days one time just because we like it here and we had some time. Great pool, nice people who have always been very helpful. We will be back.

We booked a large number of rooms at Country Inn and Suites for our wedding about a year before the date. A month and a half before the wedding, they emailed us to let us know that they had to cancel our contract. (This didn't even warrant a phone call. ) Although they don't tell guests this, Country Inn has a pre-existing contract with Ithaca College. If Ithaca College ever needs rooms for its students, Country Inn has to accommodate them — even if it means canceling all the rooms regular guests have booked. There was no clause in our contract warning us that this was a possibility. This wasn't a case of them just releasing our blocked off rooms. We had many guests with confirmed reservations who were simply canceled on. In addition, Country Inn's customer service was terrible. It took days after we got the email to get in touch with anyone who had any idea what was going on. Nobody would call us back, and people who had previously been working with us kept disappearing, only to be replaced by less helpful employees. Ultimately, Country Inn wound up paying a small portion of the room price at the Holiday Inn in Ithaca for those guests fortunate enough to book early. (The Holiday Inn was lovely — go there instead! ). But dealing with them was a huge hassle, and a customer service nightmare.

Clean and plenty of room in the room for three of us. Beds were just ok, but not terrible. Plenty of hot water for showers. Free Wi-Fi with decent speeds (8 Mbps down, 1.5 Mbps up). Breakfast was just ok, but the room was clean and well staffed. I'd definitely come back.
