Recently remodeled, our stay at Comfort Inn in Bingham was extremely pleasant. Nice large room well appointed with comfortable bed and nice amenities.

Very comfortable and affordable, great get away, clean, great hosts, manager is awesome, even gave us a discount… we definitely got our money s Worth and enjoyed our stay.

Atmosphere was very welcoming, rooms were very clean. And the staff, very, very welcoming.

Nice and clean. Very close to highway and the price is great.

Really liked staying here. Booked twice. Pool needed updating but over all it was a great location and staff were friendly.

The hotel is completely remodeled and looks beautiful. The location of the hotel is perfect. The money was worth it. We will definitely return in the future and we do recommend it to others who are traveling in that area.

This Comfort Inn was solidly ok. The location was convenient and easy to enter and exit. The building seemed to be in a bit of a state of disrepair, but it appeared that they may have been in the middle of a building-wide remodel. Nothing was dangerous or gross or anything like that in any case. The room was fine, pretty standard for the price bracket. There was a fridge and a microwave, which I always find to be a nice little extra. One pretty serious complaint we had about the room was that the beds were extremely hard. The included breakfast was totally standard: scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, etc. Overall, we found this Comfort Inn to be a good value and a reasonable place to spend a few hours unconscious before getting back on the road in the morning.

Comfortable beds, good food, good price. Typically stay at Marriott, but I found these places are starting to rival it especially given their low price point. Very convenient off 81.

As a Bing Univ student over 21 I need a place to stay for a night before move in day on campus. Manager asked me to show ID, which I was fine with, but then he interrogated my reason for wanting to stay the night at their hotel. Then he proceeded to "allow" me to get a room as if I were some sort of child. It was very obvious he does not like the university students and told me I was not allowed to have anyone else come into my room (as though I were some sort of party animal). He was incredibly disrespectful and he thought I was lying about my age. He also continued to scowl at me the whole while. The girl at the front desk was very helpful, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. I took my money and left because I was shocked by how rude this man was. He had no right to interrogate me about why I needed a room or for me to prove that I was a student and over 21. So, Binghamton students, don't plan on getting a hotel room here if you aren't with you mommy or daddy. The disrespectful, arrogant, and rude manager probably wouldn't allow you to. Take your money elsewhere.

Inexpensive and the breakfast in the morning was reasonably good and free. But other than that, nothing really to recommend it. Rooms were a bit old, my bathroom door wouldn’t fully close and the lobby decor was rather clinical. Functional if you need to be somewhere close to where the hotel is.

I was very dissapoited about carpets in hallways but Very satisfied with cleanliness of rooms, I will definitely come back.

Front desk worker Catherine was delightful, and the room was nice and clean. Although I had to wait about 3 hours for the room when I was told rooms were available. Then I received a room with a double bed when I requested a single bed. And I drive a commercial vehicle and received a pretty high rate. Most hotels have separate rates for commercial drivers, but I guess this one is special.

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in so far in our travels across the state's (in Oklahoma today) I'll definitely stay there again when I visit Binghamton in the future.

Our king room was comfortable, but the ADA room for my elderly parents had insufficient hand holds on the shower or toilet. Beds we're also too high. Not recommended as ADA location.

Customer service sucks. The manager (Marisa) has no consideration nor would take responsibility for her employees mistake. There was a mistake on both sides but I was completely lied to and then when I called Choice Hotels to complain about the situation she also told them a different story. Long story short I'm out 100 bucks because her employee didn't cancel the reservation when I went to change the date 5 minutes after I had made it online. She just kept beating around the bush laying the blame all on me and couldn't even offer a partial reimbursement or even an apology. It was like a smack in the face with a haha I got your money.

Really great Comfort Inn! Front desk staff Brit and Ed were super nice and welcoming. My queen bed room is well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend this Comfort Inn. It is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. I am in town to go to Animal Adventure Park and see April the Giraffe, and her new baby.

Our company used a conference room for an event. Very clean and professional space. We had a great time.

I stayed overnight because I went to the spiedie Fest. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean. The temperature of the room was excellent. The breakfast was amazing. It was close to plenty of restaurants. I would stay again.

This not the first time we stay at the Comfort inn in Binghamton NY. But this time we must say with the new owner and the renovation of the hotel we do recommend to check this hotel first you will not be looking no more for the best hotel in Binghamton. We stay on the 22nd of july after our trip from Gatineau Quebec Canada to sleep over night with my wife our daughter Sylvie who came from Culpepper Virginia and believe me we had the surprise to be welcome by the most dedicated staff ready to help and see how beautifull this place is. This hotel is worth more than five stars. To the new owner and theirs sons we whished the best of luck and keep buying other places you have made your NAME already. I really wish I could give zero stars, because that is whatvthis hotel deserves. My mom has been a territory manger for the state for a few years. She says in hotels almost every week, never having a problem, until now. Not only did a maid STEAL her wallet, cash, cards and all, but it appears it had been planned by other employees. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn.

Not the fanciest hotel, but if you need a place to rest your head, this will do. The facilities are clean, but it's just a little dated and needs some upgrades to modernize it. Breakfast is free for all guests. They have a decent selection of foods, including yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausages, toast, cereal. Coffee and juice available as well.

It is a little outdated but very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Rooms were average. Pillows were above average. Breakfast was good. Staff was very accommodating. ATM is disconnected.

Good night sleep. A little noisy at 11pm but quickly quieted down. Over eager maid opening my door early but all in all a good stay.

Basically a good place to stay. A little dated in its decor but the people were nice and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was in need of upgrading. A little rust around the drain.

Be aware of NO sound insulation between floors. You hear all steps If someone is walking in the room above.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Comfort in Binghamton and we were thrilled with the experience. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean. We had a great breakfast in the morning and the staff was extremely cheerful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our daughter at BU.

Very clean, comfortable, up to date rooms. My daughter said the shower was the "best ever". The motel was full and yet the rooms were quiet — even though we were on the same wing and floor as a boys lacrosse team. Both the late evening and early morning staff was very friendly and accommodating to the extent that I was motivated to write this review (my first ever). The continental breakfast was adequate and there is a Cracker Barrel nearby if something more than cereal, bagels, and muffins are required.

There was a huge snowstorm that Saturday. When I pulled up at night — the sidewalk and entrance we shoveled clean — and I noticed they were constantly clearing the snow all evening so guests could get in easily. More amazing — in the morning I was expecting to have to dig out my car — but not only had the parking lot and sidewalk been shoveled — bit they had shoveled a path through the snow for everyone to get to their own cars — AND they removed the big heavy snowfall from all the cars. And there were people outside to help you if you still needed help getting your car out. Unbelievable. Also — I eat only kosher products, and the people in charge of breakfast were very helpful in helping me identify which products had kosher symbols — and most did. A wonderful experience during a very bad weather situation.

The clerk that was on whe I checked in was very helpful and informative. She was pleasant and welcoming. The lady serving breakfast was also pleasant and offered different selections. I had an excellent experience at the Binghamton Comfort Inn.
