Great place and good prices.

Hideous, nasty wet sticky floors. Horribly filthy rooms and even worse management. Go elsewhere. Simple. If they treat people as polite and respectful as I am like they did, I dont want to even imagine what goes on behind closed doors and the possibilities of what you could be sleeping on. Think about it…

Clean, quiet room that allows pets without extra charge. The cost is hard to beat. The included breakfast the next morning was an added bonus.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. More than one of our two rooms bath towels stained and didn't look clean. One room smelled badly of stale smoke even though non-smoking. Breakfast very sub-par with no protein choice at all (not even yogurt cups) and no dairy creamer for coffee (just powdered) and no hot chocolate for kids. I would have expected a lower price for this scenario. Nice location. Quiet area. Convenient to restaurants, entertainment and recreation, colleges and downtown.

Stayed here last year as well. Simple accommodations. Comfy bed.

Beds were nice and the room was clean. Nothing too fancy and breakfast was okay, nut overall well worth the price.

I've stayed at several Red Roof Inns! This is definitely one of the nicest ones I have seen. A real breakfast and fresh. Comfortable kingsize bed. Plenty of TV channels. Be careful not to double click select you could accidentally purchase something. Microwave, refrigerator, a/c and heat work great. Everything was clean and it most definitely smells clean every time I walk in and out of the establishment. Hope iv been of assistance.

Owner/ manager is very attentive to details of cleanliness. The good results are noticeable. Pets are welcome. Breakfast provided is minimal and the waffle maker is a nice touch. Few amenities, but very clean and the budget prices can't be beat. Senior discount available.

Nice in but they had a problem accepting my credit card payment even after bank approval. Big nuiscance. No EV charging at all This would have been helpful on a cold night. Room very good. Nice TV.

Horrible place horrible Management. Do not stay here, they will call you a liar and names and are very rude. They do not take care of their hotel and do not treat people with respect. They are liars and are the most rude people I have ever met in my life. Save your time and money and drive a few extra minutes, I promise you, you will be more satisfied. It looks as if they keep deleting my review because they know they are wrong but guess what sir, I can post all day and will continue so that people know you are an awful person with no respect to others. How dare you question where I live based on my number. Who do you think you are? How dare you accuse me of booking a room in April when I did not and charge me and then argue with me over the charge. People, I promise you, stay somewhere American. You will be grateful! Manager is a liar and very mean and even hung up on me when I went to dispute the unauthorized charges. Good luck Red Roof, you messed with the wrong person.

It was a poor excuse for a superior king room, don't look into the heat/ac unit, the filters are disgusting, the bathroom is another story with a cracked bathtub, caulk job around tub and sink that looks like a 2 yr old had done it and ceiling with water damage not to mention the bathroom door wouldn't close. We've stayed in other king rooms at Red Roof Inns and this will be the last, it was a big disappointment.

Very clean and always friendly. If your looking for a good easy clean place to stay, this is the place. Free continental breakfast, make your own waffles, and other good stuff. Pet friendly too. Almost forgot, very affordable, almost cheap.

Newly remodeled and under new management. Clean and neat. Friendly staff.

Good for the price. Rooms could use a good deep clean, but overall a great price for what you get! Also my husband called before we came and asked if they had semi truck and trailer parking, the owner said yes, we got here and it was a very very tight barely fit to get into the parking area. So just be warned they will tell you truck parking but it's a risk. Still not sure how getting out is gonna go…

I stayed at this place for my sister's graduation and I liked there very much, I will definitely go back there if I'm in that town again and need a place to stay and it didn't cost me and arm or leg either.

Despite being a non smoking facility, the first room we were given smelled faint of cigarettes. However, the front desk was able to helpfully move is to another better smelling room. The continental breakfast in the morning had the usual waffles, cereal, coffee and juice machine. Overall the staff was helpful and the room was about what you'd expect for the place.

The room was nice. The bathroom needs a little cosmetic work, but is overall nice. The place looks clean and the front looks well kept.

Rented 4 rooms for 2 weeks, very clean and professional management, I travel for a living and stay in many motels, very few do I recommend but I strongly recommend this one if your staying in the area.

They got it right with this one. My room was smaller than the typical suite, but that's​ fine for just me & Bowser. Everything is brand new. I especially like the a/c outlets & USB ports are at desk height. No more bending over & stretching to reach an outlet. A/c is whisper quiet. King mattress is the best. I'll be back.

Rooms were very clean. Check in/out was very easy. Bed was very comfortable. Easy access off the highway. Many places to eat in the area. Staff is friendly and professional.

Underground and absolutely not modern! For a night on the through journey is just not acceptable.

Room was decent. Door to the bathroom wouldn't close and it was difficult to open and close our hotel door. No elevator to get to our room. Hallway smelled of smoke as well.

Cheap, yet good quality. Staff seemed pleasant. Wifi and waffles made it all the better.

Average hotel. Family owned. Rooms are clean. Breakfast could be better. Corn Flakes, Fruit loops, waffles white and wheat bread for toast, bagel shaped rolls, apples and oranges, Apple juice and orange juice. Nothing healthy. Not even oatmeal. Powdered coffee creamer. I bought (Coffe-mate) creamer to put in my coffee. The rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. They are plugged into the same surge protector strip. The first time I stayed here, the surge protector tripped every time I tried to use the microwave. I had to use the microwave in the breakfast room. The second time I did not have the same problem. There are surge protector strips above the nightstands with USB ports. They are slow charging ports, but they should charge the average phone in 6-8 hours, but it is plugged into 6 plug outlet adapters which is weird. The family that owns it is nice. They have a vegetable garden and a swing for their toddler in the back.

Former Super 8 under new ownership and management. Various upgrades and minor redecorating have been done. Room fairly clean, but floor not vacuumed under beds regularly. This was apparent when we pushed one against the wall so our toddler wouldn't roll off that way. Sheets on one bed had ditty area. Friendly staff brought clean linen quickly. Location near highway is good, plenty of nearby dining options. Breakfast is average for this type of offering. Due to location and inexpensive cost of hotel, there are occasions of drug related crimes and unsavory guests. This has been the the case at this hotel location for years and through different ownership and management. In is more a factor of society than anything the hotel is doing.

I stay at a lot of Red Roof Inns. For the price, the bar is not set that high. This particular property managed passed under the bar with ease. In general, the property felt like one of those apartment complex buildings in the sketchy end of town. My room door was repaired with wood glue and the bathtub had a BLACK ring of mildew around the middle, to name the top 2 gripes. To be fair, im told that was a Super 8 as recently as last year and updates are in progress. It'll be a while before its up to usual Red Roof standards, unless they shut down and full-on rennovate. That said, staff was friendly and competent. That goes a ways, but the gap to make up is large. Staffing was hw inly redeeming quality of this property. I switched to the Johnson City property and it felt luxurious by comparison. THAT property, I recommend.

The location is easy to find and the room is nice.

The rooms were clean as was the hallways and entrance. The complimentary breakfast was a nice extra with waffles, coffee, juice and Apple and oranges. Wi-Fi worries best in the breakfast area rather than the rooms.

The room we were Givin was not clean. The was feces all over the toilet, blood stains on sheets and pillow. Did get room reimbursement the manager (owner) was very pleasant about it. He said the clerk just gave us a room that hadn't been clean. They really should check that before placing you in an unclean room.

The rooms were okay but it didnt match the price and the advertised price was double with tax…

I would so give this hotel 0 stars if I could. I don't even know where to start with my experience here. The smell of smoke run though the hotel and there is no way to get rid of it. The rooms are poorly designed and look absolutely horrible. As we were walking into the hotel there were a group of drunk older men standing outside checking out me and my friend. When we finally got to our rooms the scent was so bad that it burned our eyes and when we asked to switch rooms they refused. There were also cigarette burns all over the room and ashes. After 25 minutes we knew there was no way we could of last the night here and went to check out. They refused to refund us so we left and stayed at another hotel. I would never stay here again in my life!

I am not usually one to complain and I DO believe that you get what you pay for. I was expecting something middle-of-the-road with this hotel, being $70 per night. However, I may as well have reserved a room at Knights Inn or Red Carpet Inn, which are notorious for being low-rate places to stay. I will be reviewing this hotel on Trip Advisor where I can post photos.

I stayed Memorial Day weekend there and the rooms were okay. The staff was nice and accommodating. I liked the selection for breakfast. It was a bit noisy being in the back of the hotel by the parking lot exit and laundry room. The tub was good size and the water was hot for a relaxing bath. The location was close to the highway so easy access to wherever you need to go. The King size bed was fairly comfortable but I believe either the chair or the bed had bed bugs in it. I didn't check to find out but I definitely got bit on my hip. Major shock and disappointment but for the price.

Smells like stinky feet and many other ugly thinks! Yellow spots on the pillows. Better sleep in car.

A lot of reviews gave this hotel poor rating, I found it acceptable — a well ran Super 8. It is certainly not a 4 star hotel, but it is not supposed to be. The beds are ok, the room is fine. Nothing to write home about. Breakfast is standard for Super 8, yogurt, breads and waffle maker. The breakfast sitting area only has 4 or 5 tables, but you can always take the breakfast to your room. Similar to the Howard Johnson at Binghamton's. That one does have a bigger breakfast sitting area.

Overpriced for poor quality. Inadequate desk help. Charged for extra day when we stayed one night. Extra day charge Motel claimed was corrected, but was not as it appeared on credit card statement. Desk attendant could not understand that if the charge was not corrected via the credit card that it was in fact not corrected. Super 8 is a Super Bust! I see no need to stay at another one and endure such incompetence.

Stayed here on a road trip. Place is well kept and the hot breakfast very good. We had older (ex smoking rooms) That had a old oder to them. No biggy. I guess when all the rooms are redone it should be better. Service at desk was friendly and helpful. For $70 a night great deal.

Terrible service. Front desk lady had kids with her. They knockd on my door many times just to run. Called front desk to complain then I was asked to leave. Wtf.

I met the BEST hotel clerk ever here — Casey. She will do whatever she can to make your experience a good one. I had an "older"room that had not been renovated at first, but she quickly changed me after room problems with no fuss. The hotel is a fair value for the price. Not for your honeymoon, but great for traveling.
