We needed a last-minute hotel for a single night as we were just passing through the area. The front desk attendants were very helpful, and our room was adequately clean, which was the only thing we really cared about. We checked-in around 1am, and checked-out around 10am, so we can't comment on the extra amenities. From what I remember, the included breakfast had yoghurt, bagels, apples, bananas, prepackaged banana or apple cinnamon mini muffins, sausages, scrambled eggs, make-it-yourself waffles, and a few options for cereal and milk. It served its purpose, but if a great breakfast is important to you, I'd plan to eat out somewhere. If I find myself in the area again, I would certainly check here first for a decent room at a reasonable price.

The place is very clean, the staff is ultra friendly and the decor was comforting. The room was also very clean and roomy. I highly recommend a stay here and will stay again in the future.

The staff is the best I've ever encountered at a motel/hotel. The rooms are designed with storage and comfort in mind. The beds are so comfortable and the breakfast and drinks are fresh and ready for 4 hours each morning. Outstanding service.

So much great stuff here! Very clean, spacious and modern double queen room. Room has a closet plus a built in luggage shelf which was very helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom also has unique shelving making it a great place for all your toiletries off of the sink. Microwave, fridge and coffeemaker in room. Window seat is a nice extra touch with additional shelving below that would be great if traveling with multiple people. Desk with 2 chairs and outlets were enough for several charging options. Front desk and housekeeping staff were extra friendly and helpful. Free breakfast 6a-10a with a decent selection of cold and hot items was also a plus. Lobby has a comfy seating area in front of a fireplace as well as a conference type table and 2 computers and a shared printer. They even have a "Micro Mart" selling beverages, snacks, microwave meals and some essentials you might need and they don't even price gouge! (Walmart is across the way in case you need more than what the mart carries) Definitely will be looking for this hotel chain next time I travel!

The Microtel in Binghamton, NY has a very friendly staff and place is very clean. Treat you like FAMILY.

Fantastic stay. Clean. New. Breakfast was passable with the cooked eggs sitting too long and dried out. Still, I highly recommend this location for your overnight stay. 4.5

Nice, clean hotel. Good breakfast with hot items and the usual muffins, breads, cereals, etc. The staff was exceptional! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient, residential location just off the highway.

Newer hotel. Great room and free breakfast in the morning. Right off the highway and close to gas station. Would definitely stay again on next road trip.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff here is wonderful. When I arrived I found out I booked the wrong date and they helped me change it. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

A very efficient room. Property was very well maintained. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and staff kept refreshing items as they tab low. Highly recommended.

Loved this place! So clean, rooms were very comfotable, fitness room was nice too! Breakfast is the standard fare, but a very nice seating area and waffle maker were fun! For a couple looking to get away for a weekend or just a night, this is very reasonably priced. Highly reccommend!

Decent rates. Incredibly clean lobby and rooms. Very nice staff. Laundry facility was coin operated, no method of changing coins on site, however, they offered valet laundry to compensate.

It was as good as it could be given the location. The hotel looked new on the outside and nice on the inside as well. The beds were comfortable and there was even a cool window seat. Even though there wasnt a view outside, it was still a cool feature.

Excellent attention and predisposition. They helped me from the first moment even without having previously booked. Very comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Minimarket in the lobby with very cheap prices.

Brand new, very well run hotel. Everything was perfect and ultra clean. Fee full hot breakfast in the AM. Including eggs, sausage, Belgium waffles, and all the other foods usually set out. Will definitely stay here again!
