I've stayed in thousands of hotels but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The GM kicked my family and I out do to their assumptions of our check out date. We checked in on Monday and were never asked about a check out date. Apparently they assumed we were checking out the next day. We had planned to stay until Thursday morning. The GM said they had called us on Wednesday, 3x, to confirm a checkout date in which I didn't receive one missed call, nor do I have any voicemail from them. I get a call today letting us know they had gathered all our belongings, packed them up, and that we would have no room to stay in tonight bc the hotel was full on a Wednesday. Called corporate and while they were friendly, they ultimately did nothing as well. I will never set foot in another Marriott owned hotel.
To high priced for what you get. The heater/ A/C was very loud. Room was clean but the pool looked dirty on the bottom and no hot tub. Stayed at Hampton Inn on the way it was much nicer pool/ hot tub and great breakfast. Very clean and was $33 cheaper.

We booked an overnight stay at this hotel with the understanding that it was like all other Marriott properties that I have always had a wonderful experience with but my Goodness was I wrong! I and seven other parties made a reservation for a cheer competition, which is quite far away from our homes so we needed an overnight stay, and our reservations were canceled without notice. We had to call and find out for ourselves that this was actually true. One of our party of seven had gotten an email confirming this, we then were told to call another neighboring hotel and within one minute of getting that advice that hotel was booked, they then hung up on me while I was trying to figure out what recourse I had and what they advised us to do as a team. We then were told we could try another Marriott property in the same area but at an additional cost of 200$$ per night. This hotel could of cared less and were quite rude during this whole ordeal! I will NEVER trust Marriott properties again or recommend them too anyone. In fact I will tell them what happened to us and dissuade anyone from using this company. Shame on you marriott! highly dissatisfied and disappointed!
