I recently stayed here with my boyfriend. We decided to splurge last minute. Everything about this place is first class service. We drove up from Albuquerque. When we arrived there was someone ready to take the car and luggage from us. Once we checked in we were escorted to our room which was customer ready for us. A welcome letter, chips and salsa, stocked fridge with water, Perrier, soda, granola, cookies, cheese, crackers and nuts. The interior was so charming with all the beautiful woven duvets, rugs and tiles everywhere. There was an evening turndown service which was even more delightful with cookies, chocolates and a handwritten note hoping we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was spectacular and made to order. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Rate were quoted at $500 when I called, I told them I stayed there many times. Host said she would have to approve rate with manager, and came back and quoted rates $200 lower. Be careful what you pay! Last time we stayed there we were g king to buy some mosaics from Seret and Sons also owned by the same people Ira Seret. We made two trips and spent several thousands of dollars. They kept telling us mosaics drawing and details would get done. Never happened finally went to someone else after Ira lied for the final time. Be careful that you confirm your time of arrival, they can take quite some time to get your room ready. Very dark in the rooms, enjoy the atmosphere and try not to look under beds or anywhere with s flash light, never know what you find.

Discovered excessive amount of toxic mold in the copper sink located in the wet bar area. The mold developed because it was not cleaned for a protracted time period. Management was notified of the health violation and based upon her failure to return phone calls and e-mail requests speaks volumes about the concern for the health of guests and employees.

Needs a facelift. Also, the rooms are very dark! The service at breakfast and for cocktails was pretty awful. And one morning when I ordered huevos rancheros, I asked the waiter to make sure the eggs were well done, and he said he liked them well done too… well, they were totally runny and the whites were runny and disgusting. I felt like the chef was playing a bad joke on me!

Unique in every way. Every room decorated differently. Awesome spa as well.

Words can't describe how beautiful, intimate and wonderful the Inn of the Five Graces is. This is the four seasons of Santa Fe. The service level is impeccable. The location is absolutely fantastic and recommend spending at least 3 nights. The Rroom we stayed in was Birdsong. This 3 and a half room suite includes a private Courtyard and convenient access 2 the courtyard. Each guest room here is fabulous from what I can tell and doubt anyone will be disappointed with any of the rooms.

This is one of the most exceptional hotels that I have ever stayed in. Rooms are unique, beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff are incredibly patient and welcoming. Breakfast is included and very good. I am certain to return.

We recently stayed in the Lavender suite for 4 days while visiting Santa Fe. I cannot describe how wonderful the suite is. Every attention to detail was used when designing it but what really made our stay special was the wonderful staff. They go out of their way to make your stay very special. Rose and Gary were standout employees for us. The kitchen staff went out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the Inn of the Five Graces if you are looking for an upper scale inn with beyond reproach service.

I heard it was great from guests. I just drop off passengers there.

This place is amazing. The friendliest staff imaginable and unbelievable rooms. Such an amazing stay.

In a world of increasingly bleak, barren, deadly dull decor it is so refreshing to find a hotel that dares to be different. This hotel is joyously colourful, warm, cozy and fun in the traditional Southwest style. Our suite had a wood fireplace, heated floors, claw foot tub and a private courtyard. We could open our windows to enjoy the fresh mountain air and look up at the stars. We found the staff pleasant and helpful They are pet friendly and had a nice gift bag for our dog upon arrival. We were going to stay at the Rosewood until we saw they had redone their decor in that ghastly neutral look that most chain hotels have adopted. Thats not what we want in New Mexico so if we come back to Sante Fe, we will definitely stay at the inn again.

The service and staff are top-notch. The room decor is over-the-top but interesting. For a suite I recommend Tamarind. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to the square and Canyon Road galleries.

Awesome all around. From management to masseuse. Rooms were as advertised, tile detail in the bathrooms is unparalleled. Thank you all for such an unforgettable experience. Excellent service with exceptional kindness. I will recommend you to friends and family. My wife and I will be back for sure :) Accolades to All.

The single most beautiful and creative and artistic lodging space I have ever experienced. Staff and amenities are impeccable. Common areas are also gorgeous and very peaceful. The location is easy walking distance to everything from the Plaza to galleries to restaurants. Fabulous place.

Amazing boutique hotel! The staff (Josh, Ariel, Sarah) all so nice and very knowledgeable about the town! Highly recommend.
