Parking lot is the worse ever. The spaces are not wide enough and only 2 entrees to the building… nothing from off the parking lot. No complaints on the hotel.

The hotel is okay. The rooms are clean. It is located in a shopping center, so not a great location. But okay if you just need a place to stay. The breakfast is okay. I like that they have boiled eggs.

I stayed in room 211. It was clean and spacious. I had three others with me, and all had plenty of room. The water was nice and hot. Drawback was halls were extremely hot, and no elevator. I would stay again.

Booked our room online. Check in was a breeze. The room was immaculate! The property is beautiful. Local mall behind and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was a blessing! I will always frequent this property when in town. Thank u.

Great breakfast! Location is good, lots of reataurants, etc nearby. Clean room and comfortable bed. You could hear people in the hallway a little more than at similar hotels, but overall a good place to stay. I would stay here again.

Not to bad, but it has its problems. Primarily the breakfast area is very small, requiring you to eat in your room. The parking lot has very narrow spaces. The toilets seem to close easily. The coffee they provide is below average. The pool is average with no hot tub. Nothing deal breaking, but nothing great.

Ok hotel, not bad for price. Front desk person is annoying. They watch you and every move you make. They question you every time you leave and come back in. They tell you your not allowed to have visitors at all.

Courteous and helpful staff. Places to eat within walking distance and there's a public bus stop very close.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone we stayed and the tub had hair all over and trash on the floor. The hotel is refusing to refund my money due to me not bringing it up the hotel when they had only one person working and busy. How is it my fault due to their lack of employees? I will most likely report them to the BBB.

The rooms were comfortable. The rooms weren't boys. The pool was very nice although I just saw it in passing. The only thing I did not like is that we could oyer everything that they disican from the rooms to the side.

Worst ive ever stayed at. Front desk is rude. The pool stinks and is disgusting we were swimming and you could smell the food cooking through the ac. Pool very old and has no towels you would have to go up to front desk to get some. Went back to our room from the pool called the front desk if we could get more towels she was rude and asking me if I diddnt hve towels in the room? also got asked how many I said 5 and she was rude asking why so many.? I told her bc we went swimming and its 4 of us and very small towels too. And she said okay well come get them at front desk (very rude) no trash bag in the restroom the bath tub was yellow and mold (very small) went down for breakfast I have a 1 year old was eating and of course they make messes n the girl in the front desk kept walking by us making an ugly face at us bc my baby was making a mess. I cleaned of course got up n left. DO NoT recommed at all pictures lie does not look like the pictures at all to much money and not worth it.

In a nutshell, this is an updated "motor inn". We came to the conclusion that our room was considered a 'suite' because it had a dorm fridge and microwave. Best part of our overnight stay was the shower head. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There are coffee makers in the rooms and we were looking forward to brewed coffee in the morning. However, the water coming out of the sink did not look appealing enough to make coffee with it. We were on the first floor and the people staying in the room above us were up in the middle of the night running back and forth and dropping things. There is only one way to enter the property. Parking is not convenient unless your room is at one of the ends of the building. This is a good place for an overnight/stopover; not for extended stay.

Clean rooms and a good breakfast. Room service and the front desk people are really nice. Smaller hotel makes it easier to get around.

Nice experience. Parking lot hard to get in and out of but that is the norm in Santa Fe.

Clean and comfortable. The front desk guy (I m terrible at remembering names) was so friendly and helpful. He knows a ton about the local area establishment history, and he is very willing to accommodate or make suggestions. It was just a quick stop on our way home from a wedding, but we’ll stay there again when we’re passing through.

This was a last minute booking and we got the last room available for the night. The room was clean, the bathroom lacked a bit of maintenance and although the beds were a bit old they were sleepable. One major missing element to this older hotel is the lack of an elevator and having to lug our bags up and down the flight of stairs. Don't think I would stay here again but it worked for the one night we needed a place to sleep.

Room was clean, bed and pillows were super comfy. Customer service was welcoming and professional. Great location. Only cons: not enough outlets for charging phones and using laptops, and there was a small mildew problem in the bath tub.

Steven at the desk talked way too much and was slow. Room was great. Breakfast was great. 1 night guest.

Nice clean rooms, no bed bugs, no elevator, nice breakfast that lasts from 6:00 am to 9:00 am, microwave and fridge in the room, the workers were friendly, and there weren't any shampoos in the shower although we could've gone down and asked.

It was a wonderful 2 day stay. It is located right next to the Santa fe palace mall and also only 10 minutes away from the local attraction meow wolf. The rooms and service were amazing and the indoor pool was just a plus! Would recommend the stay here.

We stayed here in June 2017. Pet friendly. The room was very clean. The water faucet in the room was frustrating, you move it just a little and it gets extremely hot/cold. Even though it was a non-smoking hotel, the bottom floor reeked of smoke. Breakfast was ok, eggs were powdered eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit; it was decent. Check in took a while, checkout was easy. They have an indoor pool, we didn't use it. They had a menu for dine-in but I'm not sure where this food would come from because the hotel was very small. Very small room but clean with mini-fridge and microwave. Walls were also very thin, we heard everyone above us and in the halls.

Coffee available all day and night! Can't go wrong with that. Great place for a family to spend a couple of days while you sight see Santa Fe.

Everything is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and make it a point to make sure your stay is a good one. I'll make sure to come back if I'm in the area again.

Clean rooms, very helpful staff and a reasonable rate.

Stayed there for 2 nights and never had any problems. The service was great and helpful and the free breakfast was perfect for a full day of skiing.

Staff had great attitudes/customer service. Breakfast in the morning was awesome. Downside: I went to leave in the morning to find that I was locked/stuck IN my room. The staff was quick to free me and apologize. Walls were so thin to the point I could hear conversations in the adjoining rooms and people walking down the halls. In the end, not a bad stay for being in a pinch.

Our stay was quiet, the room had a mini fridge and concierge was helpful recommending a great restaurant.

Great beds hvac perfect great water pressure. All 3 staff were super nice and sincere. Breakfast very good. Quiet great location for my needs. Applebee's discount $69 coupon.

Checked in July 31st and proceeded to use the much advertised Wi-Fi. It was not connecting. The youth at the front desk insinuated I don't know how to log on and told me "no one else has complained". After 45 minutes of frustration I called again and was told I could use the computers in the lobby or bring my own — — where others were logging on with no problem. After 20 minutes in the lobby I heard a couple say they couldn't log on. Another phone call to the night manager yielded nothing. Tried all night (3 hours) to make a reservation for my next night, check out restaurant reviews and make plans to sightsee the next day. This was the most points I used to stay in a Marriott in 35 days of travel and it was very disappointing.

I would like to compliment Hotel Manager Rebecca Martinez from Fairfield Inns at Santa Fe, NM. She was exceptional with her details, the way she went out of her way to help us with directions and finding places to eat/see in Santa Fe. The hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious and diverse. I have never had such an exceptional time in any trip we've taken. I could say that it's all due to Rebecca Martinez and her staff at Fairfield Inns in Santa Fe. I personally think Rebecca was sweet and attentive like a mother would be.

Horrible. Everything Beverly and Kory mentioned in their review. I will add the towels were cheap, the sheets were dingy, and the hotel is located in a mall parking lot. For Marriott's prices, I really expected better.

Old, small, no gym, old. The courtyard is worth the extra 10 bucks.
