Their rates are depending on the day! I will not ever stay there again! I had to use my card to hold the room with a charge my card after I paid cash cause overdraft charges and another bill not to be paid they didn’t do a darn thing about it! They are snotty inconsiderate disrespectful and their rooms are no better than a Motel 6!

Great hotel, the rooms are large very comfortable beds, indoor heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, 24 menu, small beer & wine bar, free shuttle, huge amazing breakfast and the most WONDERFUL employees.

We had a big, nice, clean room with mini fridge. DirecTV for TV with tons of channels, free Wi-Fi. Couldn't find ice machine on 1st floor. Breakfast was good but I had to leave the hotel early in the morning 6:20am would've been ideal. Some food was ready to eat (eggs, sausage, potatoes; when breakfast was to be served at 6:30am. Staff wouldn't let me get food before 6:30am when some was ready to be eaten making me feel guilty for grabbing eggs and sausage before I had to go.

The Hyatt Place in Santa Fe is a hidden gem and one of the few hotels in Santa Fe that can fit a family of 6 comfortably. The hotel is stylish and clean. Although it isn’t close to the plaza/galleries, it’s a short drive to get to them. It’s also a convenient drive to the airport in Albuquerque. But the best feature is their excellent free hot breakfast! It changes day by day but generally consists of waffles/French toast, potatoes with vegetables, eggs (always cooked right), sausage/bacon, yogurt, hot/cold cereal, fresh fruit, fresh juices and more. They also use real plates, bowls and silverware and not styrofoam settings or plastic utensils. Everything is inpecibly presented with a clean classy dining area to eat inside or out. One morning when our large family got the breakfast time incorrect and missed it by only a few minutes, Deb, the head cook I believe,, made up five individual plates for my family of everything the breakfast had to offer (waffles, eggs, potatoes, fruit, etc). She was so kind to do that when most places would have told us we were out of luck or given us a bowl of cold cereal. She is an excellent cook and person for doing that and you can tell that she likes her job. We have found that all the hotel staff, as well as the owner, are as kind and gracious as Deb is. Everyone seems to go the extra mile to make your stay a good one.

Made a reservation for a room with 2 queens to accommodate our party for a single night. They said they didn’t have any once we arrived and put us in a room with one bed. It was very hard to get the situation resolved… took 2 hours. No assistance was provided until we threatened to find a new hotel for the night. Desk staff incompetent. They were not apologetic in the least nor seemed to care for our business. From last experiences in Hyatt’s, we chose to stay here but this Santa Fe location has diminished our respect for and likelihood to stay at a Hayatt in the future.

Pros: -The hotel rooms are nicely displayed. -The day staff is nice Cons: -Our couch was pretty dirty. -The jacuzzi smelt like dirty fish tank water, there was stuff floating in it, and it was green and I could barely see my feet. -The Wi-Fi almost NEVER worked, and I had a lot of work to get done that didn't. -Night staff could be a little more inviting, maybe I wouldn't be as put off about my wine. -On top of everything, after the rough day at the hotel I went to the bar to get a glass of wine… It was $10 which was fine, but it was literally an inch of wine. I was very disappointed. P. S. I've tried posting this multiple times… but the internet won't work.

Great beds, superior free breakfast (biscuits, eggs, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, toast, oatmeal, etc. ) We had a great sized room with 2 queens and a pull out bed, fridge in room, no microwave. Pet friendly to our 90 lb lab. Convenient access to tourist attractions we were looking for.

Manager was an older women and very condescending to my wife and mother in law Repeated herself over and over instead of listening to the guest. The young lady that was helping was super polite and looked extremely embarrassed. When we got to our room it smelled musty or of cat urine. On the other hand it was very nice hotel clean and tidy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place Santa Fe. The rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious. The staff were so nice and were always ready to serve and were very friendly. Lots of smiles. The morning breakfast was amazing! The food and variety was wonderful. The chef always kept the serving area full and hot. The facilities were accessible. We recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Santa Fe NM area.

Wow, thought is was good, then continued on our journey to pricey hotels with more culture. The Santa fe vibe is fun but the Hyatt thought of everything. Eat around the clock in you mini apartment. Huge TV that swivels into the bedroom or living room. Constantly joked with the tiny house movement, I could move in. It gets 5 stars, the Hyatt just got a lifetime customer.

Hot breakfast, large rooms. Reasonable location. Good place for a stay as a launching point for Santa Fe adventures.

Good location to freeway and local restaurants. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also good for a buffet.

The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms were a nice size. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

Great Place To Stay For Taking Harley Davidson Road Course (for motorcycle endorsement). Staff was great and Betsy (the supervisor) gave me a ride when my ride never showed up. Then they she out of her way to take me the next day so I wouldn't have to worry about a ride. They drove me all the way to the National Guard base for my driving course. The supervisors name is Betsy. She was the one who helped me out with the ride when she saw I was going to be late because my ride didn't show. Thanks Betsy! The rooms were all very clean and smelled fresh. Free internet was included. They have a Starbucks in the lobby and a great breakfast/brunch layout with actual food (not just cookies and coffee). Great swimming pool and jacuzzi. Wake up calls were on time. Very friendly staff. Located away from main road so you don't have to hear the cars driving by. Very secure. I felt my belongings were very safe. The doors were very solid and the locks all worked well. To enter, you have to have a working card (to access the building anywhere but the main lobby. And those doors are solid metal and strudy. Security is always important to me. I had to bring my work with me (two laptops, tablet and other stuff).

The hotel was dated and I found a dead bed bug on the couch on the morning that I was checking out. I reported it to the front staff and supervisor and gave them the dead bug that I collected in a tissue. They told me they were going to have the room looked at by a fumigator. I gave the hotel two stars because the staff was nice and the breakfast was good. However, based on my finding I will not stay at this hotel again.

A month before arriving I made a reservation for a King room, on arrival they said they had overbooked and only had a queen barrier free room. At 11: 30 at night we didn't have much choice. When I questioned the front desk in the morning they once again said they had overbooked and had given out the king rooms to guests that arrived before us. Why do we make reservations? To insure we have the type of room we desire. We were offered a king room for our second night, be declined, not worth the effort to pack up and move. We some insistence we were comped the first night. I feel like the Hyatt needs to review their reservation policy. Not sure I would make reservations here again.

No kidding this place is difficult to locate. Accommodation were okay but no frills. Next t ok me I'll pay the $25 resort fee and stay in a downtown hotel next to the town square and not bother with off the beaten path.

January 2, 2018 The evening staff are crisp, clear and so very professional. The room was exceptional, right at Hyatt standards. I had a good rest. The breakfast the next morning was a disaster, it turned out that I had breakfast somewhere else. The morning staff should rather go work at Walmart, where no-one else gives a rat’s ass, either. Thank you for the great stay, in spite of the failure of public education.

The reason I'm giving two star because we were not given good room. We stayed there for 3 nights and continuously there was some machine hissing noise coming from first floor or something. I'm a Hyatt Globalist Member, so, I wanted similar experience. Also, even being a Globalist Member, there were no preferences given to us on the property. Example, we travelled with one infant and a toddler. We needed a microwave in our room. The lady on the front desk told us that you could come down and warm anything during night time. Just think the inconvenience coming down all the way to lobby 3:00 — 4:00 AM night time to warm the milk we needed for our son. We didn't get good view room either. We were told that all of our rooms have good view. I didn't like the way we were treated. For the same amount of money, I would prefer to try some other Hotel in the area.

We liked this hotel so much we stayed twice. The rooms were very large and the breakfast was very tasty. The front desk had a print out of museums and restaurants to try. Those ended up leading us to a very tasty dinner at Blue Corn Cafe and Brewery and to visiting Meow Wolf which are both very nearby.

It's good/decent. — Staff was nice and helpful — front desk and kitchen staff specifically. My only staff complaint was that nobody was at the front desk at one point and I couldn't find anyone to assist me at that particular time. — There's a spotlight they put out front to illuminate the building. Even with the blackout curtains, it brightens up the room a little too much for people that like it really dark to sleep. If your room isn't by the spotlight, it shouldn't matter. — Breakfast is great. Actual food, not just prepackaged junk food like at other hotels. Fresh fruit, meat, eggs, yogurt, nuts, coffee, cereal, milk, granola. — Wifi was a little slow, but I've been to hotels with worse. Didn't have connection problems. — Room cleanliness could be improved. I kept finding long black hairs (definitely not mine) in my bed — either from the staff or from previous guests, not sure. — Bed spread had some evidence of not being properly washed. — Room was spacious and the couches were nice. — Pillows were deflated, they don't support your head at all but that's standard with lumpy down pillows. — Rooms have the evidence of needing to be touched up. Dents and dings all around. — Fridge worked great, room didn't have microwave. Shower, no tub. Iron and ironing board worked. AC and heat were good, no problems.

Amazing hotel for families! Stayed here with my mom, dad, and little sister and we had plenty of space for the four of us! Definitely going to be staying in more Hyatt Place hotels around the country on our road trip adventures!

Great hotel. Nice people. We stayed 3 nights and each morning the breakfast offered was different. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The views are good. My only complaint is one of the ladies working the breakfast area was very rude to everyone. Breakfast started at 6:30 and at 6:28, I walked up to get my daughter some food (because the lights were on and the food was put out and uncovered) I picked up the French toast and she quickly told me to put it back and that it was not time for breakfast to start yet. 2 other people were also waiting for and were told they couldn't get food. So we stood there for 2 minutes until exactly 6:30 and at that point we we're allowed to get food. A bit later the same woman was out refilling food and I walked by her and smiled, but instead of smiling back, she just stared a me… Okay maybe she didn't see me. So the next time I walked by her I said "hello" and she just gave me a dirty look. I understand that sometimes people have bad days but she was just plain rude. Other than that, our stay was great.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located off the main road into the plaza but it's far enough that you don't get alot of the road noise. Overall we had a great and wonderful experience.

Second time staying at this location. Both times the hotel was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. Love that you can fit larger families in the same room. I have 4 kids so the pull out bed works perfectly. They are pet friendly, which is great, but not a lot of places to walk to the dog. It's surround by rocks and concrete. The food at the hotel is overpriced but most are. All in all we've been very pleased with our stays.

We had great service and a welcoming staff. They were very informative of things to do in the area. They made sure we were comfortable. Wide variety of breakfast choices!

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable enough. The dark curtain did not fit the window properly. Hard to sleep in a well lit room. Staff is friendly. Typical hotel breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable, I liked the ensuite layout. Staff was very helpful and attentive, taking their time to wholly explain the amenities. The location was close to the freeway, but with little noise. It was a bit further from city center and the plaza, but they do offer a shuttle service to it. On the whole, I enjoyed my stay and recommend it.

Really friendly staff, *great* breakfast, a step up from the avg free breakfast: French toast, real eggs, potatoes, nice sausage, plus all the continental breakfast standards. The rooms could use some maintenance. Our room, 143, really needs a new sofa and some carpet and the bathroom had a mildew smell even though the shower curtain was new. The room was clean but rather worn. There are no microwaves in the room, but there is one in the lobby but you can request one for your room.

Clean rooms and excellent service. Location is great if you're not looking for some place in the plaza area. Room was spacious with a couch and two beds and good A/C (for those few days when Santa Fe reaches over 100! ) Will definitely stay there again when I visit SF!

Simply amazing. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and extremely pleasant. Super comfy beds. The shuttle was a wonderful surprise.

Location is easy to find if you've been to Santa Fe before! When we were checking in the lady at the desk was really nice and got us checked in quickly. The room was really nice I loved the size and how there was a couch/fold out bed! Overall very nice!

I went to a golf liquidation event held at the Hyatt Santa fe. In meeting rooms 1 and 2 very well presented staff was very informative.

The hotel is a little hidden back from the road, but we had no trouble finding it due to a huge sign. The front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Every staff member we saw throughout the stay greeted us and they even called a few minutes after we got to our room to make sure everything was clean and as expected. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels, pillows and linen for our family of 4. The breakfast was great and fresh, with many different options. My husband appreciated that they kept the coffee and tea out a little after breakfast was over, so he could grab an extra cup before we left.

We were only there overnight, not long enough to really enjoy anything the hotel had to offer but the rooms were clean, friendly staff, and most importantly, the a/C was working and cold!

Staff was very kind and helpful! The room was very clean and spacious. I do feel that this hotel is overpriced compared to it's competition. The breakfast was no better than the 2 or 2.5 star hotels where we have stayed. It was really disappointing.

Room was very nice and clean. They completely screwed up breakfast though. Nice sausage, biscuits, but POWDERED eggs! Are you guys serious? 3 star hotel with nasty powdered eggs. Blah.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was just like the pictures. It was comfy and clean. The service was great. The buffet was good. Nice workout equipment and pool with hot tub. It was close to everything. We only had to drive down Cerrillos to get wherever we needed to go. The only downfall was that there were a few guests that were drinking and smoking pot down at the pool on Friday night. So we had to leave because we felt uncomfortable, but we went back in the morning and enjoyed it. The following night there were only families down there and we enjoyed it again.

Location was nice, rooms were great, service was good as well. Overall nice hotel.

I stayed at the Hyatt while in visiting for Rodeo de Santa Fe. Prefect location for that. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Overall it was a great experience. Will stay again.

Nice hotel. Pleasant stay. Nice ambiance; though I would not say fantastic cleanliness as we found some foot impressions (dust) on the bathroom ground. The King Bed room we got was really nice. It had nice area near entrance for seating and meeting friends and inner half of the room was for bedding. TV screen was big enough though it seats in between the two sections (namely, bedding and the seating) of the room. I did not like that location. Also, even though known brand, note that Hyatt here did not provide skin lotion in the bathroom. Shower was really nice with sliding glass doors for shower area. It is also nice since many places to eat are nearby. Btw, breakfast is included with stay but it was not really that great. We visited on weekends and breakfast area was really crowded, we had to wait for our turn, and then to get the coffee replenished. Seating was not easily available. Staff interaction was nice. I am saying here is to be moderate pricy but we might have got a cheaper deal as we visited during the winter.

We also booked 3 (yes, 3) rooms in January, 2013 through Expedia. We even called the hotel directly in April to confirm AND got a confirmation number from THEM! The reservation was for July, 2013. In JUNE, 2013 the hotel said the reservation was being changed from the queen bed rooms to king bed rooms, for an added cost. And that we could certainly cancel if we wanted. Just rude. Unprofessional. They said because we booked through Expedia it's all our fault. How is that possible when we called the hotel and GOT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM THEM DIRECTLY! Shame on Hyatt.
