Not the rooms in the pictures, very nasty rooms. Holes in the wall, holes in the bath room door, fridge didn't work. Asked for smoke free, was given a room with ash trays that stunk like smoke. Front desk lady called me three times early morning/late night to ask if I had parked my car in the back, I told her no each time. Over all, do not recommend. Very ran down and gross. And front desk didn't let me sleep.

For the same price as Motel 6 across the street, you get a good bit more for your money. Rooms have fridge and microwave and a flat-screen TV. Plus generally good Wi-Fi. And rooms are no dirtier either.

The hotel room was dated but renovated… A/C worked great, bathtub w/ water jets, clean room, smart TV with over 50 channels, honesty there was no nothing to complain about. I've stayed at worse hotels that were $15 more expensive. This was worth it.

Cheap. It was an okay place for the money. Roomnwas clean. Kinda skimped on the shampoo in the bathroom. Not the nicest part of town. A couple cop cars were out front. Front desk was accommodating and polite.

They recently renovated and upgraded all the rooms, very nice place to stay. Five stars!

Much better then expected after reading the reviews. Carpet in the halls was pretty dingy but our room was nicely remodeled and clean. Breakfast could have used a better variety but I honestly didn't expect much considering it's a Rodeway Inn. For the price we would definitely stay again if in the area.

What the hell was I thinking so not only is this hotel in a shady area of town but right next door is a adult movie place when we checked in the lady did not tell us that there was renovations being done but she failed to tell us how horrible the place looked. The toilet ram constantly and the shower had roach eggs in it the fridge was leaking and it was freaking horrible. There is no kind of security the side doors are left unlocked all the time. The walls are disgusting I was afraid to lay on the bed. This was the worst experience I have ever had to be part of don't stay here pay the extra money for a better place.

Not even worth a single star, if you want to get double charged. Here is the place to go, worst hotel unclean towels (good thing I packed my own towel) found hair under the pillows and sheets. Bath tub faucet was leaking and ac was squeaky. The place it self was run down. Ceiling had cracks and water stains. The only good thing is that we are still alive. Wouldn't recommend you to stay here, take your money across the street to motel 6

Very nice clean rooms great house keeping extremely comfortable beds.

Beautifully remodeled bathrooms owners are very wonderfull and outstanding serves it was a joyful experience definitely one of the better places to stay and pet friendly.

It's not to bad. Except hearing the people in the desk room. And the cleanliness of some of the rooms.

Building was completely run down, roof was leaking into a bucket in the hallway, cold water did not work in the bathroom, room smelt awful, toilet did not flush and the room was filthy. Not worth the 60 dollar for a nights rest. Option for zero stars is not available.

The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. It was a bit run down but for the money it was well worth it.

Good basic facility with typical Rodeway amenities. Desk staff and (Monica) was very helpful and complemented the stay.

Stay at the place across the road. The extra $$$ for the continental breakfast isnt worth it.

It was ok. Kinda shady right next to the adult video store. The a/c made terrible noises in the middle of the night. But at least it had a/c I guess. The rooms looked all jumbled together like teenagers bedroom. For the price I guess it wasn't bad. You get what you pay for.

Just checked in and the non smoking room they gave us had a broken AC, the only other room that was open with a working ac was a smoking one, utterly disgusting. But it was midnight and we had no place else to go. The carpet is very worn, the duvet has holes on the underneath, I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Had problems with air conditioner and TV/cable constantly overheating and shutting off. Did however get a small discount for these annoyances. Rooms were so/so clean.

The building itself was awful. It was poorly cleaned and the room we were in had a buritto from the microwave from the last guest. The ground in the room was sticky and there was a white powder on the stairs. However the staff was extremely kind and helpful and jumped at every opportunity to help out.

Not a bedroom for the price, just needed to fix the AC in my room but that's my own fault for not saying anything but then again I just got the room just to have a place to drink LOL management was extremely helpful and down-to-earth. Only problem is there is no taxi cab service in this town so make sure you stock up on whatever you want before you get settled in for the night. But good Motel.

Room was run down. I stayed here two years ago. From that fine to this visit, well, let's just say, even if choice hotels said I could stay for free I would not. I wasted 8, 000 points for a room that wasn't even worth 2, 000 points a night.

Nice for the price. Enjoyed my time.

Family member stayed here and staff were friendly and room was okay, you get what you pay for — however an item got left behind and even thou the hotel found this particular item they would not return it even if we paid the postage. NOT impressed, so don't leave anything behind.

Rooms generally clean and located in good spot from where driving to and from jobs isn't a long dreadful experience.

Upon arriving, there was a lot of trash and debris in the parking lot. When we checked in the guy charged me immediately and told us to go around back to get to our room. The room was disgusting! There were black stains all over the matress, trash on the floor, and to top it off, the AC was broken and half of it was laying on the floor covered in dust and dirt. Obviously we decided to stay somewhere else. When we spoke to the people at the front desk to get a refund, they "accidentally" double charged me and I'm still waiting on a refund of a little over $200.

The pictures on Google maps show flat screen televisions. There are none. False advertising.

Run down and needs upkeep. The breakfast is not good either. The bed is decently comfortable but the bathroom wasn't even clean. It's cheap if nothing else.

Nice people at the front desk. Bare bones hotel. Nothing fancy. Worth the price. Had no issues while there.

Stay here if you like going out to walk the family dog with the family only to come back to find out somehow someone got in within 20 minutes and stole cash bank card and DL. When I went to the office the grumpy man from check-in from this morning had a big disgusting mouth full of food he had no sympathy nothing didn't care didn't give a s*** didn't even try to accommodate me in any kind of way or help me or nothing he just continued stuffing his fat mouth and just told me to call the police I have called the police and it's been about an hour and a half later and still no police some family trip this is.

Stayed there in the winter time the guy at the front that checked me in was drinking a bud light. The room was cold and the heater didn't even work.

Good rooms, nice and clean. Breakfast was also good. Check in/out was fast and quick. Will stay again if in town.

This hotel, if that's what you want to call it was disgusting. This place was not even fit for an animal to stay the night in. There were holes in the carpet, walls and bedding. This place needs the department of health called on them! I left about 10 min after checking in. Not even worth $15

Hello everyone, This is Aaron and I work the front desk at the rodeway inn in Farmington. I know to some people it's not a good stay and to some its good. But when you stay please be up front about who staying with you in the rooms. Most people just want a place to party and I tried to change and when you break something in the room it don't come out of your pocket. We try to do our best while on the job. It was nice working with them but time to move on for me.

Absolutely disgusting. Ripped carpets and furniture. Blood on the sheets. Gross motel. The owner must be signing on and leaving fake reviews, makes me feel like a sucker. Please heed this advice. The cheap corporate motels are MUCH nicer and actually follow protocols for hygiene. This feels like a truck stop motel. : (

Let me preface by saying that the lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Helpful courteous and polite even after I asked for a refund and said we would be staying elsewhere due to the Disgusting state of the room. I uploaded pictures in hopes of avoiding this for future travelers. I was definitely misled by the reviews. I have no idea who stayed here and gave it a good rating, but this place is the worst motel/hotel I have ever seen. It makes every motel 6 I've been in look like the Ritz. I am not a disgruntled or angry reviewer. It's really that bad. Huge gross stains on the bed and sheets holes in the ceiling and furniture, dirt caked on the outlet covers, duct tape holding up the one security camera, lights witches connected to nothing. And an obvious odor of Marijuana permeating the first floor. Do not stay here.
