This comfort is has been great. We rented three rooms for an event and even changed up reservations last minute. They were very accommodating And the rooms were well equipped, clean and fairly modern.

Farmington, NM At 2:35 am, 16 July, 2018, a heavy beating on our door (#116) awoke us out of sleep. Explanation was that a police officer was trying to find the parents of a two year old child found wandering in the hall. The police officer did NOT identify himself, but demanded that we open our door. We did not. Henry J. And Judith L. Thayer, Newport News, VA.

Clean hotel at an affordable rate. Breakfast was free and had the typical variety. Front desk was very friendly.

Mmh I didnt stay thats why I gave it 2 stars. But my inlaws stayed and they loved the place.

This is the absolute worst comfort Inn I have ever stayed in its 5pm and the housekeeping people are still cleaning rooms the people at the front desk have no clue and are very rude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Comfortably bed, hot coffee, u can brew on your own. A very nice, quite place and very helpful staff.

The halls are dimly lit and the walls are streaked. Outside the motel is dirty! Never have I stayed at a Comfort Inn so dirty! The girl at the desk looked unkempt. Rooms smell clean, and look faily clean, but are small. Priced too high for the quality. NO ELEVATOR! REALLY?! I'd advise to stay elsewhere!

We stayed here and everything was wonderful! The rooms were big and clean, beds were very comfortable. There breakfast was great, especially the chili. The ladies at the front desk always greated us nicely with a smile. This was probably one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Thank you!

THIS! We stay at quite a few motels and this one is a gem among them. Friendly staff, great amenities and a killer breakfast. We'll be looking for Comfort Inns in the future. (and everything worked)

Hotel really showing its age. Kind of smelled in time but improved with starting ac. Outside of hotel and pool area very rundown. Breakfast was good, rooms clean and price good so overall, good value.

Always really clean. I am impressed that the rooms have always been immaculate over the past 5 years or more. In the bathroom, where the floor and wall meet has never show any old dirt like most do over the years. The green chili that was served at the complimentary breakfast was great and even had a nice kick. We will be back again as usually. Also is a dog friendly hotel.

No cable: I call about being no cable she tells me to move the dresser and restart the box and see if that works it didn't. Why do I have to move furniture to try to get tv, it is bs. Also has a old feel to it and locks on the outside doors to get in don't work 1/2 the time. Wish my company got me a room some where else. Staff trying to be nice, I give them that.

On a scale of 1 to 10 Staff — 10 Hotel Facilities Overall — 6 Room — 6 Bed Comfort — 8 Room Cleanliness — 9 Quietness inside room — 2 Safety — 7 Pros — staff, adequate breakfast, and bed comfort Cons — Room smells old/mildewy and walls are paper thin. Very loud plumbing, hallway sounds, and outdoor sounds! No jacuzzi : ( Overall: Would recommend staying elsewhere for the same price if you're staying more than one night or spending much time in room.

Stayed here for 3 nights… pool was clean and cool… free breakfast was good… room was clean and staff was very efficient and helpful… will stay here again as its close to family and entertainment.

Good hotel but no elevator which makes it quite incapable for a handicapped apped person to access anythjanything nf on the 2nd floor.

Comfortable room. Great service. Quiet environment. Ron's smelled very nice and didn't smell like cleaner. Braggart was really good for the hotel size. Very friendly service.

Clean rooms, bathrooms & comfy beds. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The only issue we had was the television as Direct TV error 775 appeared daily on our 3 day stay. Ella at the front desk was extremely helpful and did everything she could to resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend this Confort Inn.

Friendly, efficient front desk. Very clean, updated rooms. Small, but sufficient free breakfast. Parking was tight at times, but we always found a space. I would stay here again.

Nice place with helpful, friendly staff. I would give 5 stars if the price was a little lower like in the $75 a night range but it is a nice place and you won't be disappointed you stayed here. Comfortable, clean rooms and a very nice staff with convenient location and plenty of restaurants close by.

For a Comfort Inn, this one isn't all that great. While the room was ok, the halls reeked of smoke. It just needs some updating and better ventilation in the halls and maybe it would be ok.
