Worst experience ever-i am a state of nm employee and will never stay here again. customer service absolutely rude, dated rooms with no privacy people staying next door had 30 people in their room including a pit bull that charged at my son, called customer service to get refund because we had to leave and they refused.

Excellent! This is a great place with comfortable rooms, good showers, a guest laundry, helpful staff and really nice breakfast; all for a reasonable price. I recommend this hotel highly.

We had reservations at another hotel in town and after checking in quickly discovered that they were infested with bed bugs. We hightailed it out of there before unpacking and found this place down the road, and were so happy we stayed here. They were better in every way. They were clean, comfortable, and they had one of the best breakfasts I've ever had for free at a hotel (maybe the best).

Staff helpful friendly. Place should be a 4 to 5 star hotel. My first room I was in ac broke down they gave me another room right away. Would most definitely stay here again. P. S. My cat loves is to. I travel all over. There in drought at this moment do do pool is closed due to water conversation.

This place charged us twice! When we discovered the overcharge, it had caused an overdraft on our account. Called the hotel and the extra charge was refunded. We asked since it was the overcharge that caused the $34 overdraft fee if they would reimburse that. We were told that only the manager could do that. She was not in so we left our number for her to call the next day. After two days we finally got a hold of Mrs. Shielders. She was EXTREMELY rude and said it was not possible and abruptly hung up. When calling back she would not take the call. I don't believe that this is a way a professional should act. By the way during our stay the "hot" water was lukewarm at best and there was a large water spill next to an exit and all that had been done was lay some towels down. This is a major trip hazzard. When these were brought to the attention of the front desk, all they said was "sorry" needless to say, we will NEVER stay there again.

Very worth it, just book it. Nice room, pool, garden, Wi-Fi, night club, river walk, fitness room, free hot breakfast. Big shout out to housekeeping, good job! After a day in the lovely, dirty and rocky trenches, I always came back to a clean room. Even after I left it a mess. But a few minor concerns on my part.

Good price. Good room. Especially excellent breakfast zone.

The room was clean and smelled nice. For the low price it was better than expected. The free breakfast was also more than expected. It was not continental but a full breakfast with an omelette bar.

We've stayed her n May and June 2017… love the rooms after being told they have done major renovation… especially love der breakfast… thanks to Helen for da excellent breakfast! I give her alot of credit for what she does every mornN! Only 1 front desk clerk Kimberly was always nice and always willing to work wit the customers. And there was 1 rude front desk clerk Dalia who seemed to always wanna argue wit the customer… she did that during that time. And a recent stay n January of 2018, we stayed der again for 2 weeks… I had Kimberly put my name on the room wit my husband when I first bookD da room… tried to get a key from this Dalia and she would not give me a key indicating my name wasnt on the room list. Soo for that she didnt give me a key. Later I asked Kimberly, she checkD da system and told me my name was on da room list wit my husband! This lady Dalia is giving this nice hotel a bad name and reputation by her rude and unprofessional attitude! And from what I have heard customers are always complaining about Dalia. Her and another gal named Mary, to my understanding Mary is no longer there! Heard she got FIRED! Because of Dalia we had to move out of there! She needs to be replace by someone like Kimberly who has a whole kinded heart attitude. Wish Haun, the top owner of the hotel was there in January! Dalia is very rude, unprofessional and has very poor customer service!

Very rude staff! Was accused of smoking pot in the hotel room when we were not! After this stay I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Great rates, an old building, night club attached but not noticable in the room, parking is fine, location is Central. Great bargain.

Great price. Extremely friendly staff. Good location. Nothing fancy but we did get a king bed and price was the same. The bar is some sort of nightclub/casino. We were in bed before it got going so no idea what it was about. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices.

The staff was great, called for reservation on the road. Maria was so helpful. Room was great large and comfortable. Pool is wonderful.

Gross. The carpets had (white) body fluids on them. The beds had fresh pee on it. I wouldn't let my dog sleep at this hotel. I have pictures but there is no place to post them. Just please don't stay here.

Place is nice but when my parents went into the bar/lounge/night club looking place. It was peace and quiet untill the dj started gangster rap music right next to the front desk. It was time to go.

Hopefully they are improving. The spread and blanket were stained. The rug felt like it was still damp to the feet, probably not dry from a rug cleaner. There wasn't a fan running in the bathroom, which really only bothers those using it after me. This is a three stars because of Zaria, Maria and Helen who were working in the AM and were all friendly and in good moods (as well as super helpful) which really kicked off my day exactly how I like it. Intended for longer stay working folks, will work for travelers. A bar on site (no food) and a pool.

Friendly staff, breakfast and pool were decent, but rooms need to be rennovated. They just don't feel clean. There's a nightclub there, but we didn't visit that. There's a few cheap eats close by.

Though the place is a little older, it was spacious and clean. The bed was nice, the Wi-Fi was fast and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms on the back are close to the vehicle parking and quiet. The breakfast is the standard style, though I was impressed that the waffle bar had fresh fruit and real whipped cream! A good experience at a reasonable price, and I will stay there next time through Farmington.

Service is very friendly, thankful for the gym. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean. The room was nice, a/c wired great, bathroom was clean and in great condition. The carpets do need changed and could use better pillows, by the bed was decent. Across the street is a delicious mexican restaurant called Tequilas. It was perfect for the one night stay passing through town. I would stay again.

This hotel is not very luxurious, but has everything that we need and it's super clean and front desk very helpful and friendly!

The staff is just as awesome as they are in every Americas Best Value Inn but with a bit more professionalism, and the amenities at this particular location are just incredibly awesome. Just a lot more amenities for their guests than any other America's Best Value Inn that I've had the pleasure of staying at for the same great price.

The rooms were great and clean. The beds were comfy and warm. The bathroom was clean and great. The breakfast was delicious. I like how everything was clean and nice. It was a wonderful stay.

Older but still nice hotel. The outside appearance does not do it justice. Big spacious room for reasonable price. Beautiful pool and patio area was very nice! The only negative thing was that our tub drained very slowly.

Company paid for the room but I believe they have good rates. Shuttle service is only to/from the airport. Rooms are okay, but the hallway did smell a bit during my last visit. Staff is very nice.

The rooms were run down and overall not in very good shape. The bathroom and sheets looked clean but there were stains on the carpet and when I thought I had lost something behind the bed I moved the mattress and there was an empty box of condoms, gross. I would not stay here again.

This hotel is possible the worst place I've ever stayed in my life. They offer weekly rates but refuse to clean your room for that price. I would advise staying anywhere else in Farmington NM. You'll wake up with bug bites all over you and when you tell the hotel about it they offer to nothing about it or even apologize.

The rooms are decent I do think it's a little overpriced the staff was friendly the grounds we clean not bad.

Horrible staff … I went to this place 8/14/15 to get a room using my AARP discount the girl at the counter was very rude and pointed out in a sarcastic manner that my card had expired I tried to explain that I forgot to put my new card in my wallet but she still wouldn't give me the discount… It really wasn't that big of a discount and had it not been for her attitude I would have stayed there … instead I went across the street to the Red Lion, take my word for it skip this place and go to Red Lion you'll be glad you did.

Very good experience here! Staff was very friendly and very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place! My husband & I and our 4 year old daughter are on the road all the time for his job and we stay at ALOT of hotels, and this isnt the best, but its bot the absolute worst either; very accommodating, very nice rooms, nice & quiet.

To paraphrase Forrest Gump, “America’s Best Value Inns are like a box of chocolates – you never know what you’re going to get. ” On a recent coast-to-coast motorcycle trip I stayed as several ABVIs. Some of them were real dives, especially east of the Mississippi. However, the ABVI in Farmington, New Mexico was wonderful! Friendly staff, very nice rooms, very clean, and there were even two bottles of water waiting for us in the room. The continental breakfast was definitely above average. I would stay there again. I wish ABVI corporate would hold all of their motels to this same standard!

Fist and foremost the manager at the hotel is the worst person ever! Her name is Dalia Chavez if you have to deal with her I wish you luck! I have stayed in this hotel for a long time before this lady became the manager, but now that she is managing it I will never stay there again! The most unprofessional person I have ever seen in my entire career and mind you I am always in Farmington for business! The rooms are decent but for the price just go down the road and stay at the Rodeway Inn much more better beds and customer service there!
