The carpet in the rooms smell like urine. The front desk was very rude. They would not give us our money back when we wanted to leave.

Terrible! Stay here at your own risk! My husband and I had to leave in the middle of the night. The company we work for set up this hotel for us. We were concerned as soon as we drove up, but decided to give it a chance. First thing I noticed in the room was what looked like blood on the wall by the bathroom. Then, the bed sheets were badly stained. Looked like they never get washed! Around midnight, my husband woke me because something bit him. We checked the bed and there it was… a huge bedbug! His arm was already starting to swell from the bite. We immediately went to the front desk. The night clerk said all he could do was give us another room… no refund for the prepaid week! Said he couldn't contact the owner to discuss it until the following morning. My husband checked out the other available room, still trying to see if this place could work. Nope! The other room was just as disgusting and wreaked of cigarette smoke! Thank God, the company we work for is awesome! They got us another hotel in the middle of the night.

Dirty, bug infested hotel. Do not waste your money or risk your health by staying here.

Well, between the front door looking like it had been kicked in, and the bathroom door missing its doorknob and unable to close, and the shower curtain rod dangling uselessly, I'm pretty sure my room has a story to tell. So let's just say that this place is for the adventurous, or for the cheap. Fortunately, I'm both, so I'm adding a star.

This place is very disgusting! they don't change the sheets! But she's had stains the pillows had stains on them smh I stayed in there two nights cuz I had no other choice. The same sheets with holes in them. Blankets look like they have cigarette burns, holes in the walls and flooring omg it look like a crack house.

Worst ever burn holes in the comforters poor front desk service. Im a rewards club member and still got regular rates. With my AAA they are rip off artists an the hotel is full of prostitutes an drug dealers would not recommend staying here unless u belong to one of them groups aforementioned.

Too bad we can give negative stars. Ghis is hands down the worst hotel/motel, I have ever stayed in.

The person on the front helped us a lot as we were super tired after guiding 6 hrs and arrived before check in and allowed us to enter the room ahead of time… Only for that I give 5 stars… The service for me is important and the was very considerate.

Horrible. Makes the Motel 6 look like the Hilton. Beds are old, worn out, stained beyond belief. Pillows are useless, bag of clothes would be better than these pillows. Rooms are dingy and nasty. Straight up, DO NOT STAY here.

They clean the room everyday, nice rooms courteous. Although I booked a single room, and when I got here they gave me a double and charged me for it!

I stay at a lot of dive motels as I travel a lot and this one has to be the worst from NC, Tennessee, Virginia, NY & NJ DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS, holes in the walls carpet stained old and sticky no heater thermostat broke nothing but drug addicts staying here. I walked in took one look tried the heater and turned rite around and tried to get refund owner refused! Also BS breakfast just cold cereal and tiny muffin no real food! Do not give this place and slumlord you're $! Quality Inn rite around the corner on the other hand has very clean rooms and a pretty decent breakfast with waffles if you're staying in the neighborhood I recommend this place the other should be condemned! I never write reviews this is my 1st but this place is so bad I felt the need to warn everyone!

Stayed here once and loved it. Very friendly staff, very clean and up to date rooms. Also close to food, gas, and shopping!

Place is disgusting! Breakfast consist of stale cereal, room had holes in the walls, electrical wires exposed near the shower. Carpet was filthy and mildew like. Strong odor of urine. Management was extremely rude. Towels were wet. Lights didnt work. Cigarette holes in the blankets. Blood stains on the pillows. Found used needles under the bed skirt.

We were in a non-smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. Yes, burn holes on the covers. Stain on the white sheets. The towels appeared dirty-I refused to use them. We slept on the actual bed cover rather than the sheets because the bed sheets appeared dirty. Overall, if you need an affordable overnight stay — this is affordable but bring your own towels and sheets — gross.

I requested a ground floor room due to a physical handicap and was given a room upstairs, the room absolutely stinks of some type of air freshener, the fire alarm is missing and the TV remote doesn't work.

First room I was in was infested with several rather large flies around the bed. I made a complaint and was treated rudely by front desk. I was able to get an alternative room. The second room smelled like a musty flooded car left in the sun. There were numerous ciggerete burns on top blanket. The wall that had piping for shower was torn open. The tiles on the wall near bed were peeling off, and the shower was filthy. Obviously house keeping does not care. This was a last resort option. I would not recommend staying here.

DISGUSTING! I hate to be dramatic and type in all caps, but I must warn you the following rating is not a lie or exaggeration… I walked into the room and there are a strong smell of what reminded me of bug spray. The carpet had residue that could be felt while walking barefooted. The bed felt the same. I showered when I arrived. It was very hot when I visited and I wanted to take another after sweating, so I went to the front desk to get another towel since mine was still kind of wet and they had none. I was told to "wait until tomorrow". When I woke up the next day I got dressed and when I lifted my foot to put on my socks, the bottom of my feet were black! What ever was in that carpet transferred to my feet. This is what I call unbelievable. In my nearly 40 years on this planet I have heard of terrible hotels, but have never stayed in one so I may not have believed another person if they'd told me how gross it was, but it was indeed a terrible place to stay. Unfortunately, You don't have a boat load of options in this area, which is why I stayed. Avoid this place unless you just want a roof over your head. Terrible.

Fast service comfortable beds room was clean staff was attentive.

The most DISGUSTING hotel I have EVER EVER been to. There were cigarette burns in the comforter they didn't have fitted sheets it was just a regular flat sheet thrown on top. There were cockaroaches in the room! It was a non smoking room and I had to air the room out for 20 minutes and use half a bottle of febreeze. Someone tried to break in at 5 a. M. Thank God we put the lock on the door. Apparently this is the town drug exchange. Never again.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in and that says a lot. If j could give negative stars I would. I found poop smeared all over the side and back of the toilet. Had to jiggle handle to stop water from running continuously, which is how I found the poop. Carpet felt tacky on my feet so I only went barefoot once. Comforter had burn holes in it. Curtains don't completely cover the window. Outlet covers are missing. Even looks like they painted the smoke detectors. They seem nice but it's a dump. I left after finding the poop and they never offered a refund or anything. Oh, and the staff gave attitude When I informed them of my findings. Put some money back into the place. It's disgusting. Save yourself and pay extra for the Motel 6.

Filthy. Shown three supposedly non smoking rooms that reeked of cigarettes. Bedding stained with multiple burn holes. Carpet dirty. Electrical Outlets missing covers. Closet rack fell off well when a garment bag was hung. Dead roaches. We left an went to nearby hotel for same price. Avoid this place like the plague. Management has been using excuse they are remodeling for more thsn a year.

Bedbugs. Do not go here. I mean the quality of the hotel is shitty in general but I chose to ignore the somewhat stained towels and the brown spots on the bedsheets. However, what's not possible to ignore are the HUGE RED WELTS all over my body because this hotel is infested with bed bugs. I thought it was something else at first but my confusion was quickly resolved when I found one right under my pillow. Stay away at all costs, pay a little bit more and save yourself the hours of itchy misery and the hundreds of dollars you'll have to spend if those critters follow you home.
