Totally terrible pillows. Neck is bent from super thick pillows; very crappy RUBBER? fill. Had to use towels! It would be nice to have some 'gentle' lighting in bath at night; not the spotlight; totally disruptive glaring flood lighting. the GE 'comfort' AC controls are the worst "human factors" design EVER. What IDIOT in corporate chose this terrible control system that one MUST have a Ph. D. And experience with this very primitive control system… UP and Down should NOT be complicated; this GE control was appallingly poor purchase decision by someone that NEVER utilized it.

We love this place! This is the only place we will ever stay because it is amazing every time we are here. The staff are amazing. The rooms are clean smell great an always look perfect! If you need something someone will make it happen for you. Even the other guests you meet here are great! I always end up leaving knowing a new friend! Love that they allow your fur babies too! I always recommend motel 6 to anyone I can! Keep up the great work everyone!

The Hotel was clean and the front desk was nice. Two things that where a big issue. The non-smoking room on the 2nd floor smelled like smoke and the people in the next room taught me how to use the F… word in many different ways at 2:30 am one night and 4:00 am the second night.

Rating, good. Nicely appointed, very clean room. Friendly staff. However, we stayed on the ground floor and the occupant (s) in the room above us were extremely loud. If we stay again, we're heading for the top floor.

Nice, newly upgraded room and clean. I had booked a queen room and when I got there was given a 2 full beds room, even though they were booked full the lady at the desk fixed their mistake and got me what I booked. The down sides which really aren't deal breakers are, 1) Walls are thin and you can hear any noise in hallways, also you can hear anytime the room next door flushes toilet or runs the shower, 2) The bed is extra firm & hard and only had 3 pillows. Overall my stay wasnt bad and if I had a need would stay again.

Currently staying here having to pay 20.00 a week for a microwave and refrigerator when it should be included with the room. My room has been cleaned every day that is wonderful. Staff is very friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable when we arrived. On the first morning we were not ready to get up when housekeeping came, so I told them not to bother. However, on the second day, housekeeping was in the hallway when we left, but did not clean the room. That was disappointing.

Thin walls. Loud ignorant people that stay and possibly live here. People in the room next to us both nights were so loud and their small child could be heard past midnight. Was woken up by a tenant / customer at 230 screaming for ten+ minutes without being told to keep quiet by the staff. No toiletries provided or hair dryers. The shampoo in the vending machine for 2.25 is garbage. Better off running to the Walmart across the road for anything you may have forgotten.

I was very unhappy with our stay. For one, in the room to the right of us sounded like they were having a party and had about 10 people in their room! Then on the left of us there was a dog barking 1/2 the night! the people on the right of us were so loud all night that we had to keep our T. V. On to drowned out the noise! Also, the room smelled like a hint of smoke and it was a non-smoking room. We then discovered that right under our room that is where people would go out side to smoke!

We choose this Motel 6 as it was convenient to our destination. Room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

A great hotel that is even pet friendly and has an amazing breakfast. There is a very nice fitness room and an outdoor pool.

Scumbag hotel from the General Manager on down the line. Drunks sit with cases of beer open on the front benches directly in front with full ok from workers. Susan is the Manager… She is absolutely horrible, looks like a lost senior at the center, along with Holly who combined created an illegitimate document and charged me a hundred dollars and change citing a long list of clearly edited entries. How do you end up owing if everyday you pay in advance for two or three days? It's impossible yet they took advantage of me being in transition and without another option for dogs. Neither even made eye contact following the crookery. Multiple "Women of the night" reside there and have boisterous traffic ALL NIGHT. Overall, a SHAMEFUL display of humanity resides and operates this complete sham of a hotel.

Unfortunately, for me and all of the people I was attending an event with who stayed at the Pottstown Motel 6 over Easter weekend, it was a TERRIBLE experience. Everyone who tried to check in from 4pm until 1130pm were sent to their rooms to find out that they weren't cleaned yet. That was extremely inconvenient for those of us trying to check in before our event to avoid the late night check in afterwards. Those of us who checked in afterwards were highly inconvenienced when trying to check in from 8:30pm on, and the rooms still weren't ready. To add to this, there was complete disregard by the employees for the guests who were trying to sleep! There were two hallways of rooms on the ground floor. We were told that the rooms were all sold out. However, there were 3 rooms on the ground floor that were being used by the employees to hang out in all night long. One of those rooms was being used by one of the maids to keep her dogs in. These people were loud when I got to my room at 9:30pm, and they stayed loud until at least 3AM! This was witnessed by several guests, 5 that I know of personally, in rooms on both sides of the building. And, because of the extremely loud amount of noise these people were making, naturally, the dogs were reacting — needless to say, everyone who was staying at this Motel 6 to get sleep, got none! I sure hope the manager gets a clue and gets a new and improved staff for future guests.

I've stayed there on many different trips over the past 4 years or so. It's a basic, clean, no-frills hotel room at a very reasonable price in a safe area. It's even nicer now that it has been renovated and has basic (albeit not particularly fast Wi-Fi).

Very clean and nice. Spent 180 on two nights. Beds are uncomfortable and small.

Queen size beds are actually double beds. Room had no fridge or microwave. Room size is about 10ft x 10ft. Major disappointment! Days Inn is right around the corner, book there.

Basic motel pets allowed. Can tell that about only place in area that allows general pets. Pets everywhere.

Only reason its not a 5 star rating is because the walls are thin. I could hear the kid in the next room screaming and I can imagine overhearing couples doing the deed might not be very pleasant. Otherwise it was a very nice, very clean place. The attendants were friendly, they let me heat up a bowl of soup in the employee microwave which is pretty cool because I don't imagine many people bring soup to motels. Convienient location, way more towels than one could need which is great because you don't need to ask for extras. Was a pleasant experience except for the thin walls.

The room was clean and the service was prompt and polite I enjoyed my stay.

I was in visiting family, and am fairly new to the traveling aspect of life. Check in was a breeze, I stopped in a little after 12 and it took less than five minutes. The room itself was clean, modern, and extremely spacious. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, I would honestly recommend this as a place to stay.

This is definitely a motel you pick when you're traveling and need a spot to stay late. Otherwise you will notice just how cheap everything in the place is. From the "Double" beds, to the hard floors, weird smell, rough towels, cheaper than dollar tree bar soap (no liquid soap at all), and last but not least the one ply toilet paper. And OMG the remote literally had fuzz on it. So disgusting. I was glad I only booked this place for one night. What made it worse is I got it for only $10 cheaper than the Casino Hotel in King of Prussia on Priceline. That place was AMAZING! This one SUCKS! don't stay here unless you're on drugs and blind as a bat.

The front door was surrounded with smokers. Check in was easy & pleasant. Other guests were loud on the floor all hours. Coffee was not available til after 10am during one day of the stay, room was not wiped down well; drink rings & crumbs on table. Shower curtain had hair on it from previous guest. Beds not comfortable. Thankfully I did not have to spend much time in the room but to lay my head to sleep.

Could not believe I was in a motel. Very clean very polite staff and newly renovated rooms. Would definitely stay again.

I could not believe I was at Motel 6. The space was completely remodeled. The decire was modern, functional, and asthetically pleasing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The morning coffee was even on point. Last but not least the beds were comfortable and the room temperature controls actually worked well. I have no complaints. Even the other guess were friendly.

Horrible smell that affected my breathing. Poor drainage in shower. No fridge or microwave. People hanging outside smoking in front of building ALL the time. Walls super thin. Could feel someone's phone vibrating from next room. The atmosphere feels like a place for the drug users and homeless. Did I tell you about the smell? Avoid at all cost. Pay the extra 30 dollars for safety and peace of mind.

Rooms were very spacious along with good decorations. Had a couple smoking rooms which is a love/hate. Pool looked cool but not enough pretty ladies.

Good experience. Small room but very nice bathroom, very clean and service was good. Only paid 80 dollars for the room and it was good. Would go back again. Only thing that sucked was not much TV channels and no complimentary shampoo and stuff so you need your own.

This hotel needs a major face lift! Bed looked slept in and I did not feel safe at ll!

Friendly staff but horrible hotel. Walls are paper thin you can hear a fly fart in the next room, and heaven forbid you end up next to a couple that has a strong sex drive you will hear every aspect of their love making and will need a cigarette when they are finished. Says pet friendly but they get pissed if your dogs bark or make noise. Helllllooo dogs bark and if you are looking for a hotel without much distraction then don't book a room where they allow pets. There's no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms if you want one you have to pay extra on top of the already overly priced room. You should not have to pay extra for something that comes standard in most hotels after all this is a freaking motel 6 not a Hilton. Also the rooms are so small you have to go outside just to change your mind.

I was trying to find long term housing while busy is being built. However, the manager didn't even bother to come out from the back, instead she talked to me through the front desk person who was standing at the end of the counter relaying the conversation neck and forth.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, AC worked well. They now have Wi-Fi for guests, and it worked beautifully — a major plus. Free coffee in the morning. Plenty of restaurants and other shopping close by, but motel is well off the road, so it's quiet.

Don't spend your money here. The room was filthy. I mean the nastiest I've ever seen. Stay away.

Generally I don't though, so I tend to use this location when I'm staying in Pottstown.

Great location. Hard to find at night. Near Walmart movies grocery store. Great price. Clean rooms. AC works great. Shower was lovely after long road trip.

This place stinks. It has a strong scent that makes you want to vomit when you walk in your room. The towels are dirty. No wireless internet. I had to pay $8 to get a internet cord for my computer to work and I couldnt use it on my bed because the cord is so short. No breakfast. Just a total nightmare. Stay away from this place. You have a better chance outside under a tree.
