Very clean and pleasant rooms equipped with a minibar and microwave. I really enjoyed the barbercue area. The owner and his family were friendly and concerned. I'll be sure back for a longer stay.

Very nice stay. The manager and his wife, Rad and Rina are so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. I will be back next year.

Comfortable with nice swimming pool. Arranged at motels, park cars in front of the rooms. Spacious rooms with two double beds.
Carpet in the rooms, not very recent (maybe a rearrangement would be useful) but low cost. In August we spent 99 dollars a room with breakfast. Ok for a short stay in Cape Cod.

Great price, especially for being so close to the beach. Surprisingly quiet. Great staff. Fantastic continental breakfast. Old-looking from the outside, but not at all on the inside of the king bed room. Didn't try the pool, but would be nice if it looked better. Small, family-run motel. Good sized room. Nice furnishings in room. Very comfortable bed. Has a mini fridge, microwave, and even a nook for eating — with a table and stools. Nice bathroom. Everything was clean, no bad smelling scents. Not a lot of rooms, and that's kind of nice. We will definitely stay there again if we go to Cape Cod!

Managers in the Office were awesome places a bit run down an extremely overpriced 1st single night when they have weekly Rate it is worth it.

Very nice place the rooms are OK clean and nice they have free breakfast and breakfast Cirio very nice and interesting with big windows with a view of the garden. It’s a great place for a budget stay. It’s close to Hyannis. And it’s like 10 minute walk to the beach I should recommend it for teenagers and people that travel a lot on a budget.

Everything is nice, clean and the staff is really wonderful people. I definitely recommend.

It was clean I had two good sized beds I couldn't here my neighbors through the walls which is a big plus since I have a 4 month old baby. The only thing I don't like is there is allot of hair in the pool and it doesn't look quite like the pictures other than that it is a pretty decent place to stay and was not too expensive.

First, I'm only rating this place a 3 instead of 2 because the owners of the hotel work really hard to keep up with the maintenance of the hotel. However, upon coming into the room, it had a stench (probably from cigarettes), it was musky, there were random hairs in the towels and bed sheets, and there were burnt circles in the comforters from where other customers put out their cigarettes. The hotel had some positives, such as free breakfast (hard-boiled eggs, waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt), basic hotel amenities (refrigerator, flat screen TV, and even a microwave), and the bathroom was nice. I wouldn't stay here again.

I try to look past the reviews and wanted to give them a chance. As I was driving down the street I was saying, thank god we are not staying there and when we approached the INN I was then saying, can we go back. The room surprisingly was OK but had a smell (a candle fixed that). I'm use to to going to five star hotels and spending a lot of money but wanted to take a step back this time and indeed if your OCD this is not your hotel. Everything was aligned wrong. To top it we are missing a piece of jewelry. I'm not sure how it went missing but it went missing from our room and hotel staff was not very friendly in helping us locate it or offering any assistance. The item was placed on the bed when we left, when we got back to the room it was gone.

Absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND stay at this motel. Pictures are not what you actually walk into, room was filthy & sheets had holes, the mattress you rolled into a whole an had to be the most uncomfortable bed I've ever laid on and the nasty comfortable had burn marks & smelled like pee. The room was musty smelling an you couldn't breathe because of the dust covered on everything & the outside is a joke as well the pool area is nasty too. Spend the extra money and stay else where.

I would never go back there. There was no extra toilet paper, bathroom was dirty the TV didn't work and it smelled like a morgue when we walked in.

Clean room, fast check in. Much the price online, but only after I insisted.

Wow! How disgusting! If these owners knew anything about customer service they would gave tried to make these guests happy. They better clean up their nasty act as I understand the Board of Health is on the way.

Susan I saw your pictures of the bugs in your pillow and the cigarette burns on your blanket. Owners need to give you a full refund. Disgusting!
