Half of the rooms are renovated and very comfortable. The lady who owns it decorated it very tastefully. She is extremely friendly and accomodating. There is a pool, area to BBQ, and a great complimentary breakfast is served, daily.

We had my daughter's wedding here last weekend. It was incredible. The most beautiful, magical place for an intimate, budget-friendly, covid compliant gathering for any occasion. The owners went out of their way to make our special day perfect. Their attention to detail was unbelievable. Pers are allowed, which is very hard to find on the Cape (we had just got a new puppy). I highly recommend anyone to check this hotel out, even if just for a overnight get away. I promise you won't be disappointed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and updated, and we liked how quaint and easy to get around it was because of the small size of the property. The owner was so friendly and accommodating. She gave my kids a bucket of chalk to use, bubbles, and had lots of noodles, goggles, and pool toys available by the pool. Our favorite part of this hotel was the table and chairs to use outside of the rooms. We could do so much out there like prep food and it really added to our living space. Another plus was the snacks in the morning. Fresh fruit, muffins, cookies, brownies etc. This hotel was dog friendly and had lots of space for our dog to hang out and walk around. We will definitely be back next summer!

Five nights we stayed at Cape Cod Veranda Hotel. We have had an amazing time during our stay here. There’s a nice relaxing atmosphere, and the staff is absolutely fantastic. The room is nice and clean, and comfortable. Swimming area is nice and clean, and our kids loved it. There’s an area where you can arrange your own barbecue, and a fire place just to Sid and talk, (we made marshmallows) We will absolutely recommend this hotel, and we will definitely come back. The very best The Family from Denmark.

It's a cute Bungalow, updated flooring, clean, nicely painted, comfortable bed, clean bedding, nice thick towels, great shower. Bathroom was clean and nice BUT did not have a shelf to place things and does not have a ventilation fan. We could also hear banging around from the renters next door who also had a barking dog. We could hear them and it was disruptive. Regardless… this happened to be my birthday weekend and I DO recommend this Motel. The staff was warm and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Expect this place to take off and be a high quality establishment in the Yarmouth and mid Cape area. It has just been purchased by a business man from Dennis Port who owns very high quality properties in Europe. One room has been redecorated in the style that all rooms will be in the future, and it is beautiful.

I needed a place to heal my broken leg Its been a peaceful stay. The room was clean and spacious. A quaint style delivering a very Cape Cod experience.

Average motel. Nothing fancy. Bed was old and springs were broken. Not comfortable. AC was dirty, could see dust on the vents collected after months of not being cleaned in detail. But it is pricey. Innovative way for quick check in and check out by collecting key from a tub on the office door after hours for checking in and for checkout, just put in a basket in office and collect receipt. No need to wait to see the Manager.

This is a great vacation spot on Cape Cod and very family friendly! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 4 yr old and had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and let is check in early which was nice. The room was bright and clean, and there's a lot to do right at the motel. It has a pool and a large yard with several outdoor activities — basketball, shuffle board, volley ball, swings, picnic tables with grills, and an arcade. It's also a few steps away from Cape Cod Creamery and a few other stores and food shops. Will definitely come back! Thank you, Jane! :)

Standard motel room. Clean and functional. Spotty Wi-Fi from our room. They let us check in early so that was nice. Good location.

I go every year. Very comfy. Good enough if u just need some sleep.

This is the perfect place for a getaway. The hospitality there is wonderful the rooms are spotless there's plenty to do nearby I would highly recommend this place to anybody that's looking for a cozy weekend away.

Love the opportunity to write a review. I have been coming to the Cape since 2001 and I used BNT every year except last year. But, I am going back this year. Last yrs experience was not as nice as BNT. It is small but clean. The personnel is very friendly and nice. The location is near everything and parking is outside your door. Hope this year will be the same.

The rooms at this place were your standard motel fare. The grounds are very nice. There was a table tennis table, a pool table, a playground, a rocking porch swing, and a pool. Traveling with a 10-month-old, we weren't planning to be on the beach all day long, so it was nice to have a place to lounge around outdoors. The family that owns the place was super friendly too. They accommodated us to stay an extra night on short notice (re-arranged things so we could stay in the same room too) and they even offered to honor the weekday rate we had been paying for the extra weekend night that we stayed.
