I was quite pleased with the condo we were upgraded to. My husband and I had been traveling for days and we finally got a good night sleep in this bed! Great, great location to the park and a quaint little town as well! Highly recommend!

Use caution when booking with this establishment. I booked a room through a third party site and asked for help when I was forced to cancel my trip after a 100% charge was in effect. My first calls began 3 weeks before check in and 1 week after the 100% charge date. My initial difficulty was that I was unable to reach anyone after several phone calls and no one returned my messages. Then when I did finally talk to someone (Alex) 13 days before my reservation, I explained my situation and asked if I cancelled, and freed the room, will they consider a reduced fee. At first she tried to blame Expedia, but when I questioned that, I was told that it is my problem because I booked at the cheap rate and if I had booked directly through the hotel then they would cancel the room. I understand my obligations but there wasn't any customer service what so ever. Just be cautious because if you book directly you may be over paying for the room vs other options, and if you book a discount rate then you might get a lesser room, and or service, for not booking directly.

Nice place, I liked it, but could use one or two comfortable chairs.

It was a nice place to stay. Only down fall was the air in the condo was dry and only one ac unit for a huge place. The beds were not bad. Very clean and friendly staff.

Very nice condo. We had 2 bedrooms and full kitchen even a laundry. Pricey, but the only spot available when we booked 3 months ahead. This is more for big family that plans on coming their make and stay several days then for just-passing tourist like us. Friendly stag and good internet!

Apartments a little run down but vast. A little small sanitary.

Terrible hotel! bedbug alert, bedbug alert, bedbug alert. The hotel management is extremely rude and talk nonsense. Even after they learned a guest has been bite by bedbugs. They do not change room or make full refund. They keep insisting that all people in the room should be bite before they consider the possibility of bedbugs.

The condo itself that we stayed in had 2 bedrooms a bathroom with stand up shower, kitchen/dining area, and living room. The pros of this location: Price was a good price for the week, you get a full kitchen, location to the Yellowstone entrance (north) is very nice, and satellite TV, and you are very close to local bars and shops Cons: Kitchen lacked some needed items (cookie sheet or pan to bake some food in oven) no hot pads to remove items from oven. Living room only has seating for 3 (1 couch), was told at check in that fresh towels and toilet paper would be restocked this never occurred, went and asked for these items and was told they would be delivered in 10 minutes, 4 hours later still no items and had to go back to main office to request again. They then walked down to get us our items. They were friendly in getting items just would hope you would not need to ask for fresh towels let alone twice when staying for an entire week. Overall we would stay again at this place just would bring a few more of our own kitchen items which would be a inconvenience but would have made food prep easier one of the main reasons we booked a place with a kitchen. The local bars and restaurants have some very good good but cooking in a few night is a big money saver.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. One room had a queen bed and the other had 2 doubles. The kitchen was well stocked with a full size fridge and a stackable washer and dryer. Having a kitchen in this area is a real bonus for long hours in the park. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot.

Terrible customer service. There was an issue with booking through travelocity, and the staff were quite rude about it.
