Great hotel & Great Servise
I Recommend it.

My reservation was under the wrong last name. The internet is so slow, less than 5 meg in and not even a full. 5 meg out. Unable to send emails or FB pictures. Not sure if I will be staying here again.

I booked my room with Choice Points for three nights. When checking out my room had three different prices for each day. When I asked the person at the desk. She told me the price changes daily. If more people book rooms the rate goes up. I stay at motels all the time. The only time rates change I winter to summer rates not every day. Will not be going back.

Clean, comfortable rooms and great staff.

Beds are comfortable very friendly and efficient staff. I would give them a higher rating however I had to Lug my luggage up to the third floor as there is no elevator. Also the room smelled faintly of cigarettes. The staff said they it was from previous ownership and they're trying to get the smell out.

This is a great hotel. It's not the most up to date facility but the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast bar didn't have a lot of of selection but was tasty. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice older hotel. But the rooms were updated, smaller but nice. Comfortable beds. Price was higher than what I like to pay. But overall a nice place. Good breakfast.

Nice clean rooms. Staff friendly. Pool was ice cold. Chose this place for the pool for my 8 yr old Down syndrome boy who loves to swim. We were just here over night for a doctor's appointment.

Very nice rooms for the price. Very friendly staff. And the apples up front were a great quick snack for the kids.

Located conveniently to much shopping and many restaurant choices. Rooms are very nice, very comparable to a recent stay in Las Vegas. Staff was very friendly and personable during the check in process.

Rooms are nice. Pool and hot tub indoors good breakfast. Does not have fridge in rooms without request.

This Hotel is absolutely amazing. Very nice and wonderful stay. The breakfast was good hotel staff was very nice and offered ous property gifts and the rooms were super clean and comfy. I really like how there are shops and restaurants all around the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to others and I definitely will be staying here again. :)

The staff at sleep in are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and give the feel of a more upscale hotel. The pool and hot tub are clean and my kids have always had a blast playing in them. The location is perfect, as it is near shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend the Sleep Inn to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Missoula.

Immediately after walking in it was extremely apparent that who ever is in charge of housekeeping should be fired and embarrassed. The comforters were obviously filthy and covered with seamen and I'm assumming another guests makeup. Dusting and a simple wipe down on the furniture to wash off handmarks must be too hard to manage. Granted I asked for new sheets and a comforter and the front desk girl instead moved me to another room kindly. Although the second room was no better. The toilet had and not been flushed and the same issues as the last. I understand its a cheaper hotel but this is disgraceful.

Its right next to a shopping area and restaurants. Room were decent but we had to we clean them when we got there. Breakfast in morning is always wonderful. I guess if its a holiday weekend you can't get late check out which bs but other then that it was a decent time and night. Oh they also have a pool to send to kids to destract them if you want to try and get a little fun time in.

The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was kind of dirty, and there was no pool towels. They told us breakfast ended at 10am… didn't say that was only weekends. Ends at 9am during the week, so we missed breakfast… that being the main reason we stayed at the establishment. The breakfast lady was pretty rude about the situation, too. Not sure that I would stay there again…

Our stay has been great. The hotel is close to the mall and main hwy. Our room is on the third floor and looks out to the mountains. What a great view.

When I checked into our room the night before our stay I was quoted a price, after our stay I was charged an additional $30. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff they refused to do anything about it. The room was recently clean, but cold, the hot tub was not hot. I will not be staying here again.

I am unpleased! the beds and pillows where the best thing about it! When you put a deposit on a place kinda sucks when you do nothing but keep the place clean cuz of that deposit! My husband and kids go to check out and well he wasn't given back his deposit due to damaged towels! I can tell you all we used the towels for was for the shower for the kids and us and to and from the pool! We also use ONE wash cloth to clean up some syrup that spilt to well can you guess clean it up! If that is damaged towels sorry for cleaning up a mess!?! Not to mention while we where there two guys where in the pool area before my family went in there! When we got in there chew was everywhere literally! They spit the chew out on the floor and into the hot tub and had the wads out on the deck! it was gross! I will say she did at least come and clean up the big wads of chew! after I went and told them! I can tell you I am not pleased that they kept the deposit over a wash cloth that had syrup on it! that is a lot of money for my family! and if we pay for them with our deposit we should get to keep them they didn't even let us keep the towels we "DAMAGED" and paid for! NOT PLEASED SHOULD HAVE STAYED AT OUR NORMAL HOTEL OUR BUSINESS WILL BE GOING BACK TO THEM!

It was nice enough for me. Polite enough too. Ive been there a couple times now.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They knew the surrounding area well and answered all of my questions, if they did not know the answer they made sure to find out and let me know. The room wad clean and comfortable. It is located close to multiple establishments in retail, food, gambling, and banks. I recommend people to stay there.

Nice place for the money. Very accommodating. Will be staying again.

Our stay was nice. Not over crowded. Had the pool/Hot tub to ourselves. Breakfast was disgusting though… Carpets going up stairs need desperate shampoo. Beds were comfortable. Good Location.

A good value for the price. The staff was receptive to feedback, both positive and negative.

We got upgraded randomly when checking in that was super cool. It's exactly what you pay for I'm giving 4 due to the upgrade but deserves a 3 light bulbs were going out and there was some damage in the room. Nice people and good value for the price.

The hotel charged me 3 different times for a one night stay. I had to figure out how to drive home with $4 in my bank account because they had $240 on hold in my account. I was only supposed to be charged $95. When I went in to ask what happened they told me it was my fault and that I still owed them $45. Ridiculous service from the employees.

Wyatt at the front desk is very helpful. Nice clean room. I would stay here again.

Rooms appear recently renovated, quality is as expected but the amenities are nicer than you'd think. Shower was huge, door didn't shut etc etc. Staff was lovely, breakfast was up to par. All in all, for the price paid, above expectations.

Do not stay at this hotel. The food was terrible. Our rooms floor was so messy it turned my babies feet and knees black from crawling around. No vending machines on second floor/unsure about other floors, so hopefully you don't get thirsty. Staff was very rude during check it. TV wasn't working and had to find staff to fix it. Animals were just roaming the halls.

We needed a safe place to spend the night in Montana before making our final push to Washington, and the SleepInn ended up working out perfectly. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. We didn't realize the rooms did not come equipped with a fridge and she managed to find us one last minute so that we could refrigerate medicine! Our hero The rooms were well made up and nicely furnished, the beds were very comfortable and had a LOT of pillows which I found very delightful. My bed did seem to have a broken spring or something not quite right with the matress's balance but it ended up not impeding my sleep. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of items such as waffles, biscuits & gravy, cereal, sausages and scrambled eggs, and various juices & coffee. So even though wildfires were looking on the edges of the city creating what appeared to be Armageddon like smoke formations, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The Sleep Inn was an extremely comfortable stay. The hotels were nice and there isn't much complaint at all from me except our room lacked a microwave. Would recommend my friends and family.

Not only were we rudely given a dirty fan after a frustrating hour in a 90° hotel room, but the employees have no knowledge of hospitality! A full refund was most definitely deserved after how rudely they treated us! Never would I recommend this hotel!

Great little motel enjoyed our stay clean comfortably good breakfast quite.

Decent, clean, modern rooms. Good but not amazing breakfast. No issues, but nothing stands out as amazing either.

They originally lost our reservation. The room was very small and the beds/pillows uncomfortable. The hot tub was pretty gross. And I'm sure the pool was over chlorinated. Their breakfast area was small and not a lot of selection for breakfast.

I travel to MT frequently on business and stay at this hotel regularly. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable, plus when I'm spending 7+ nights on the road, fits nicely in the budget. The location is convenient, and near plenty of restaurants for dinner, etc. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating, and the single queen rooms I've stayed in are plenty spacious. In fact, this is one of my favorite "regular" hotels in MT. The only downside: not-always-reliable Wi-Fi. However, I find this to be the case in 75% of hotels, regardless of where they are, or what brand. I cannot speak to the breakfast offerings, as I've never taken advantage. Staying here next week and know I will have a seamless experience, as per usual.

The breakfast bar needed some repair. The cereal dispensers had no lid, the gravy had a Rubbermaid lid covering it partially. I was placed in the room next to the rear door and I heard it open and close all night long. The rest was fine.

NOT impressed! Room was small, no fridge or microwave. I went down for breakfast, even though I was walked in at 9:30 the gal cleaning up the gal was grabbing things out from in front of me instead of letting me eat anything besides toast! There was a young lady who dropped her drink and the employee made her get her OWN mop out of the closet and mop it up herself!?!?! I did manage to get a SMALL cup of orange juice and when I asked her if I could get some more she stated that I aL ready had some and they only have so much for guests?!?! I'm pretty sure I was a guest! WOW — never coming back here, EVER! VERY POOR SERVICE!

The Sleep Inn is very cozy and comfortable! The beds are comfier than mine at home, the service is excellent, and the food was delicious! Very hassle free!

Rooms were nice, clean and our corner room was spacious. Lack of fridge was kind of a bummer, but we survived and slept in decent beds. It's a bit off the freeway, but would stay there again since the rates were good.

We loved it. We just spent one night there mid-road trip and everything was very clean. The indoor pool/hot tub (open 6am-12am) was awesome, and the pool was heated. Their complimentary breakfast was really good, had a bunch of different stuff. Their rooms had TVs, clean bathrooms, good showers. Very homey and cozy while still being a little fancy. Staff was friendly, but mostly leaves you alone; they're not really in your face a lot. Very nice. :)

Upon checking in it was clear that a room next to ours was smoking marijuana in large amounts. The smell consumed the whole floor. We made several complainants to the front desk and finally someone went to the room. We thought the problem was taken care off but less then an hour later the floor again was full of smoke smell. We again went to the front desk. She told us since the occupants had "green" cards she could do very little. I asked and confirmed that the hotel was "smoke-free", she didn't seem to understand that no matter what was being smoked we had paid for rooms in a non-smoking hotel. Finally she asked them to go outside but we ran into them everytime we walked out of the hotel. After checking in we found that due to illness one parent could not make it. I let the front desk know. He informed me that that was okay and they only had one other empty room and would be able to sell it. He stated that he could not issue a refund because the manager was out of town and to later next week when she returned. Since that date I have called at least twice a week asking for the manager. Each time a gentleman answers the phone and informs me the manager is out. Each time I explain why I've called and leave a number. I have never received a call back and I'm completely frustrated. Not only was our stay very lackluster but the follow up service has been on a level that is completely unprofessional.

Pillows are to thick, bring your own or you won't get any sleep. Hot tub was full of scum old dried skin on top of foam, pool was nice, front desk guys were very pleasant, I would stay again.

Typically see rooms that have recently upgraded beds and desk systems. Upgrades are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast menus and quality need improvement.

The property itself was clean and comfortable. However, a light had broken in the pool and my travel companion cut his foot.

The stay was great except for my time spent in the pool. It turns out one of the lights in the pool were broken. I ended up cutting my foot on glass that was in the pool. But beside this the staff and service were great.

Although the main desk clerk seemed as busy as a one-armed paper hanger, staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping could tighten up a bit: coffee filters left in coffee maker, blanket needed to be washed, no shampooing the room on arrival. Pool and hot tub were great. Rooms, lobby, pool area all very clean. Experience was great here!

BED BUGS! When we informed the front desk they were defensive and a unsympathetic. "You could have gotten those bites somewhere else" and "show us the bug". Are you kidding me!? I paid for a room so I could get some sleep, which I did NOT, and now I have huge itchy welts because of YOUR hotel! No offer of a room comp, just a story about their system of having a pest control company come spray the rooms. Well, sometimes systems break down and I'm TELLING you there are bugs in that room and showing you the aftermath. Don't be a dick. I'm on my 6th load of laundry washing my family's vacation clothes trying to stave off an infestation in my home. Don't give this hotel your business.
