Review of Budget Inn Missoula East 2*

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and very professional but unfortunately for him he works in a hotel that is absolutely disgusting and I don't understand why the other people reviewing this hotel are giving it two or three stars after they talk about the exorbitant amount of dust or foreign hairs that they find in their bed! In my mind that is 0 out of 5 stars but unfortunately I have to give them at least one to even post this review. This place is absolutely disgusting nowhere near fit for you to stay should you have children and if you are at all intimidated by the criminal element here in Missoula you're going to be very disheartened when you see that it is Alive and Well in the parking lot of Motel 6 "university" … and there are other location in here in town is actually right next door to where I am staying because I was not going to stay in that hotel. But the other location although it looks much cleaner and nicer and newer is about 25 minutes from anything in town… the hotel that I'm sitting in right now and the other Motel 6 have about the two most inconvenient Hotel locations you can have in Missoula. If you're not going to be near the airport then go ahead and be in town. Anything in between is just a hassle… So then if I could I would have given this is 0 out of 5 but I guess it does deserve the one start because the gentleman behind the desk was very friendly and very professional and he was even friendly to me after I had expressed how disgusted I was with the place and that I was turning back in my key immediately. Not many people in that situation would be so professional. So if a friendly front desk guy is all you're looking for, this is the perfect place for you. If you have any concern with the cleanliness safety and just general overall quality of your room or what you're paying for-This place is not for you! … hope that helps someone… avoid this place at all costs… either that or like the other reviewer said, cbring a sleeping bag with you" … you're not going to want to sleep in their beds!
