Last time I was here the refrigerator door would not shut cause the freezer had so much ice in it you couldn't get a dollar bill in it.

Extremely dirty. Not sure when the last time the room we stayed in had been cleaned.

Great for the price. Wi-Fi didn’t work while I was there :/ still had a good stay.

The room in the bed was nice. Comfortable beds and pillows. Fair price. Breakfast was nothing exciting.

Place was clean, and it was quiet! My gripes are with the Continental breakfast and the toilet was leaking a little on the floor. Wouldn't go there again.

I'm giving 5 stars because they were wonderfully kind. It may be right off the highway, the pool was not warm, & it may not be luxurious accommodations. BUT, the staff was AMAZING. You had me at kind.

Very nice visit, we stayed here after the flood and we're treated very well.

The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful. Nice pool. Flat screen tvs. Wi-Fi signal was great! Free breakfast was nice. Bathroom was big and roomy. Finally a place with more than one pillow per person!

Hotel is near the Interstate. The noise isn't bad, but it can be heard. I was awakened about 7:50 am on Saturday morning by the trash truck emptying the dumpster. My room was relatively recently renovated. The bed was comfortable, and I used the room as a stopover on a road trip. It was clean. Housekeeping knocked on my door, even though I was checking out, at about 9:15 am. Someone else who had arrived later and was trying to get the most sleep would have beed disturbed by this. I was already awake and almost ready to leave. The other staff were great, though. This location offers a small breakfast, but I am not certain exactly what, as I was in a hurry to get on the road.

Room was clean. I was having a good stay until the house keeping kept beating on my door scaring the heck out of me. I put a note on the door, had a do not disturb sign on the door, and I have corporate lodging which reserves the room for 24hrs.

Well, the carpet was really dirty and it smelled kind of funky but other than that everything functioned well and the beds were really comfy.

Friendly staff, clean and convenient. Just close to the highway & a little noise from the traffic.

They are very friendly and welcoming and I also liked how easily accessible they were!

The location is right off the interstate and very convenient. It's located on the opposite side of town, which is quiet and peaceful. I did not stay in a room. I was there for a business meeting in which I used their guest services and business center. Employees were extremely friendly and willing to. Go. Above and beyond expectations of what was needed. The facilities and the guest areas of the hotel were very clean and had a nice presentation of what the company represented. Very impressed with my visit.

Clean and quiet. That's good. Standard breakfast, nothing special.

If I could give no stars I would. Called and booked a king size room. Paid $112 for it. Got there and was given a double room with 2 queens and when inquiring why it was wrong was told "sorry. That's the best we can do with what we've got. We don't have any single Kings. " THEN changed the story and blamed housekeeping for not showing up to clean the rooms for availability. So, we chose to cancel our reservation and go to another hotel. They didn't want to refund us our money. And THEN instead of refunding us the the amount CHARGED us again making it double for a room we didn't want and were not staying in. Snotty employees that clearly didn't care. Will NOT be staying at nor will I be recommending this place. Ever.

This place was really good. Beds and pillows were comfortable, blankets were warm and the AC worked perfectly. The room was clean and looked nice as well, showers clean too. They also have HOT breakfast which was something I really wanted. It had coffee, juices, milks, waffle maker, eggs and sausage and muffins, toasts and bagels. Coffee was decent too. Overall I enjoyed my night and my included breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay. Nice hotel to stay in. You should check it out.

It was ok. Bed was comfortable. Even though its near the interstate. Couldn't hear the traffic. It was a little better than most places in town. Didn't like the intersection it was I though.

Ok. Good points. Very affordable, decent air conditioning, hot showers for days, super friendly staff, as clean comfy beds. Each time my key wasn't operating, the staff was more than happy to help. The lady who checked is in even was awesome in helping recommend a few local places to eat and hang out. A washer and dryer that actually worked really well. Only one cycle to get everything done. A very well lit parking area The take it or leave it: The pool was just off of the main road. The breakfast was less than to be desired. (Powdered egg and cheap sausage) you can get a waffle also. Bad points Driveway in is potted. You'll nearly catch a flat driving in and out. The entrance is so awkward, only one car in one car out at a time, unless you are on motorcycle or in a smart car. The key cards for the locks had to be replaced 4 times inside of 2 weeks. Then there is the nefarious night time activity. More than once, my door was knocked on by someone soliciting sex, and anther night awoke to the sound of two guys huddled behind my car shooting up what appeared to be heroine. Last, there was no microwave. I thought that was about standard. But in that area, I guess I can understand not having them due to people walking out with them. Please don't misunderstand me, I didn't have a bad experience, other than a few inconveniences. The night-time activity and no microwave… that was my biggest issue. I'd go back. The staff and the comfy bed.

Our first assigned room smelt like smoke. But they changed us to a room immediately that was clean. The breakfast is "ok" at best. The road/driveway to get to the hotel is awful. They need to fix it! And I booked this hotel because it had a POOL, but the pool is right NEXT to the off ramp of an interstate with NO trees or bushes or ANYTHING to block the WORLD from seeing you. : (

Had a great night's sleep. Clean comfortable room. Larger than normal bathroom-which was nice. VERY comfortable beds-especially for someone with back issues. It was nice that they had the air already on when we arrived. It was nice walking into a cool room after a long hot day on the road.

The hotel itself is fine. Clean rooms, everything works. Small outdoor pool, but nice. The location is difficult to get in and out of. The parking lot is narrow and mazelike, and it is right by the interstate, which exits into 2 traffic circles, which are unnerving to navigate.

I booked two rooms there but had to cancel. Therefore I didn't get to stay there but I thought I should mention how friendly the lady was on the phone. I didn't feel like I was being talked down to or like I was cattle, which was so refreshing considering that's the way I felt about the car rental place and the other hotel I dealt with concerning this trip. Being treated like a respectable person is really important so I thought this place should get an honorable mention. If I ever have to stay in hammond I will consider them.

This was a good deal if not a bit noisy in the area. The staff was friendly. Clean rooms and facilities. Conveniently located.

This is a reasonable, cheap place to stay if you don't want breakfast. The rooms were totally adequate but the breakfast stunk. Bad coffee and few options. The place looks a little run down but for a cheap place to sleep one night it is acceptable.

This is a recently remodeled sylheti who has been upgraded to a corporate franchise could find zero problems with my room. The breakfast had an extra Hot Plate items very nice is that was helpful and friendly.
