Booked through Priceline. The pool was green in July for the weekend and had things floating on top. Couldn’t see the bottom of the pool which is bad for a 5 ft pool. Spare Toilet paper looked like it was rewrapped and had mold. They allow other guests to use up breakfast time making 50 waffles to go at the waffle maker so we couldn’t even enjoy breakfast. We cancelled second night for a new hotel. Other people in lobby complaining and checking out early as well. Definitely not going back.

Comfortable room. Only thing that bothered me, was the outside door was not sealed properly and you could see the outside light around the door frame. That made think will the bugs come thru. Had a very nice pool. Usual breakfast offerings, but the waffles were good.

The rooms were clean, the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. I was really able to relax and enjoy myself.

Very clean, and overall great experience; easy to get to and ample parking. Also, the pool was great. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Easy access to highway, several places to eat nearby, staff was friendly and the rooms were nice.

Stay is great. The staff at the courtesy desk was very helpful. The room had an air condition type aroma. That wasn't pleasing at first entrance. Other than that the four stars is accurate and very sufficient.

Reported a problem wit a vehicle taking up 2 handicapped parking spots with no handicapped tag or plate. I was told they didn't know who's car it was and nothing was done my whole stay the car never moved I happend to have a handicapped guest.

The service is good but the rooms buelen a lot of Umedas.

Arrived and checked in. Room was fresh and clean. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again and suggest it to people. Made me feel like a home away from home.

The room was nice. It was quiet. I enjoy my stay. I will return again.

We arrived and checked in late at night but it was smooth check in since we had a reservation. My boyfriend went to take a look at the room before we go in there because we had our infant child with us. It wreaked of smoke even though we reserved a smoke free room. We went to the front desk and asked for another room. The lady at the check in said she was giving us a room closer to the office which she knew for sure was clean and ready. Because her manager inspected that room specifically. When we got in there, there was trash everywhere and the beds were not even made up let alone sheets changed. We asked for our money back but were told that they could not do that. It was after midnight. We had to cut our losses and find a better hotel. Horrible customer service. When you reserve and pay for a room you have the expectation of it being ready and clean or to be accommodated properly. None of that was done.

At least once a week or once every other week I like to get away from the house and relax at a hotel. Well I've had a stressful week and decided to get a way twice this week. Once Sunday and once Saturday. Sunday my visit was perfect. Nice staff, nice room, nice everything. Saturday I was denied service because I had a debit card and not a credit card. Now mind you I just used the same card Sunday. The lady was not friendly nor explained why she wouldn't take my card. She just shrugged her shoulders and sent me on my way, having me to go to another hotel hoping they also had spots.

When you travel a lot and use chain retailers, you learn that some locations are better ran than others. The Days Inn in Hammond is one such location that appears to be better managed than others I have frequented. Clean rooms with updated decor and comfy beds. A friendly, quick check in and conveniently located, I would recommend them to anyone.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Stayed two nights, no issues. The entrance to the parking lot is a nightmare, and needs to be fixed, but hotel was fine.

Room was nice. Location was confusing because there were multiple in the area. Concierge was courteous. Continental breakfast is always appreciated. :-)

Room was fine, rate was great, but I was bitten by a flea while in the room. I can't say if it came from outside or inside, but there weren't any more other than that one… still undecided.

Outdated facilities, but customer service was well done, and beds were serviceable, if not memorable. Pool, gym and other facilities not used, but appeared very basic.

Better than expected; clean, spacious, good ac, breakfast is basic, rooms a bit dark though and internet is terrible.

The room was very clean and bed was great. It has just been remodeled and did a nice job. The refrigerator wasn't cool enough to refreeze ice for cooler but thats ok. Continental breakfast was just basic. Would stay there again.

No internet in rooms just in the lobby they are aware of this problem but choose to not fix the problem they will tell you they have internt its a lie.

Horrible lots of bed bugs.

Hotel claims they will save anything that is left in hotel. That is false. Left my electronic toothbrush, called the day after I left and after 3 days of calling and leaving my name and phone number to two different front desk employees, nothing. Housekeepers at this hotel steals what you leave when they are supposed to report it and give it back to front desk. Horrible hotel service. Also, there was still HAIR on the wall of the shower and even more HAIR in the bed sheets. Completely grossed out.

Skip this place. I had booked the room in advance and checked in after midnight. I had just completed an Ironbutt Bunburner Gold, thats 1500+ miles in less than 24 hours on a motorcycle and I was beat. Motorcycle riders may know what I am talking about, most others will not care. When I flipped back the sheets there was a huge yellow stain where I would be laying. The sheet felt clean but did not look to be, like I said I was beat and didn't even flinch, just crawled right in. After my normal five hours of sleep I found the real crime, the in room coffee pot was burned out. For $82.00 I think clean sheets and a coffee pot that works would be fair.

Woke up with bed bug bites. I informed them. Didn't realize till after I left so called front desk.
