Great clean rooms and a nice hot breakfast.

Loved this place! staff was friendly. Food was fresh and available close to end of breakfast hours. Rooms were spacious and clean. Really enjoyed our visit!

Very rude employees as well as the managers were beyond rude. We were told not to call them for anything during our stay and that they will not help us.

Confirming the manager is rude. Said it was an independent franchise and didn't care. Reservation issue finally resolved. Leave if you don't like it and while you're here, don't call front desk as they won't respond.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. My sisters and I stayed for only one night, but we thought it was very clean and neat. We also went swimming in their heated pool, which was so relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and very quiet. Plus, their free breakfast has a multitude of choices. I would definitely go there again.

Good service. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Heated pool was nice! Hot tub was nasty. So cloudy. Clearly not balanced chemicals.

I don't even want to give this place a star but I had to because I could not post otherwise. Let me start by saying I have just had the worst customer service experience in my entire life. I had made an honest mistake of booking my hotel for the wrong day (May 10th). This was a completely honest mistake. In fact, I came on the day I was suppose to stay at the Hotel in Lees Summit (May 12) and there were NO rooms available. The agent at the front desk was not friendly and was not willing to help me out at all. She just shrugged me and my daughter off and told us to go across the street to Super 8. She said to call the Choice Hotel 1-800 number and talk to someone about a possible refund. Super 8 was booked, but at least Ashley at Super 8 was kind enough to try to help me find another place for the night. I tried calling the 1-800 number that evening, but it was after hours. I called again on Sunday and was able to speak with someone. Hold times were very long. She was able to contact the hotel but the person was not authorized to give a refund. She said to call back on Monday after 10am. I called today (Monday, May 14th) and was on hold over 25 minutes before someone answered. Then I kept getting placed on long holds… was transferred to another department… more holding… then they finally contacted the hotel in Lees Summit and the manager refused to give a full or even partial refund.

I checked in at 4am and was told I could do late check out. At 11am housekeeping waa banging on the door regardless of the do not disturb sign. The front deak called my room shortly after and told me I have 40 minutes to get out. I told her the man that checked me in last night said I could do late check out and I wouldnt have come here if late check out was an option. She told me they are "too busy" and I need to be out in the next 40 minutes. She was completely rude as well as the housekeeper. I was charged over $100 for 6 hours use of the room. Also the sausage at breakfast was undercooked.

Easy access to comfort inn nice rooms plenty of the parking space also. Heated indoor pool with spa. Hot breakfast.

The staff was friendly and the price is right. My only reservation is that the doors seemed to be caught in a vacuum; every time someone shut a door ours would shake a little. Overall though, this is the best deal for the money.

I tryed to checked in 2 days ago and had alot problems with the front desk girl Alynn she was having a personal phone call while checking me in she charged my card twice and than got a attitude with me and told me she would not be able to check me in now and to please leave. So they charged me twice and I still have not got my money back I will never stay there until she gets fired the worst customer service ever.

This hotel manager Alynn is very rude and disrespectful. She calls customers names and goes thru your room while your gone I caught her going thru my stuff and then she lied about and and told someone that I had broke something and got mw kicked out and charged my card 500 dollars after she stole 200 cash from me.

I stayed with family here in February this year and really enjoyed my stay — we would stay again. Very clean hotel and comfortable beds! Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff lack in friendliness.

The rooms were adequate. The service was adequate. Somebody's car alarm went off in the middle of the night. That was not fun. I have no significant feelings about this place.

My experience here is incredible. Staff was super nice and always willing to help. They have a coffee bar with tea, fruit, coffee, hot cocoa, and oatmeal. Hotel was recently upgraded. My only complaint would be the eggs, as they were always chewy.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, affordable, and quiet! Just what I need after an evening in a loud, raucous, crowded, wrestling tournament. And, just what I need to get rested before returning the following day to the afore mentioned wrestling tournament!

Great place to spend a couple leisurely nights. Comfort Inn has nice beds, nice shower, spacious rooms, and good internet. Pool, jacuzzi. No hiccups. Decent enough breakfast, nothing to write home about, but all you need for kids and yourself. Highly recommended.

Beds and room are clean. But breakfast : Eggs and sausage ice cold. Your coffee machine needs to go. Very very nasty tasting.

Noisy rowdy kids in pool with no supervision. Complsined to front desk Nothing happened. Very irritated when ball came flying at me… gave the kid hell… he did apologize. But rough housing didnt stop. Parents obviously didnt care! Very unhappy!

The bath room is real small the bathroom door hits the stool when you open and close the door. The paint in the hot tub is coming off. Wont stay here again.

This was a great stay the staff was very pleasant we even got greeted when we walked in for breakfast, this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff even helped me with the waffle maker I will gladly stay again. Good job to all the staff.

The house keeping staff, front desk night crew, and early morning staff was excellent. The owner/manager was mean. Yelling at employees, he called them idiots to their faces in front of customers. The rooms were dirty, carpet was stained, trash in lobby and public areas were full. Public rest rooms were filthy, no toilet paper, (again) trash was over flowing, carpets, rugs and entry floors were not swept or ever clean looking the 4 days we stayed. Pool was cloudy, hot tub needed painting. The facility was in general need of maintenance. It was close to Frank White ball park and Longview Lake, too bad it was not taken care of. Sorry to say we won't be returning.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Has good amenities right off of the lobby. Breakfast is good but nothing different than the super 8. Staff was friendly and helpful which is nice. Parking got a tad cramped when we returned back to the hotel that night and wasn't sure if I'd find a spot. It felt a bit cleaner compared to the super 8, which we stayed at last time but super 8 was in the process of a facelift so it might be even ground now. Didn't have time to check out pool so I can't compare.

The breakfast was not good. The eggs and sausage were cooked in the microwave right in front of you. At least they could have microwaved them in the back. Would have liked a change in the breakfast foods. After two days of nasty sausage and eggs we were sick of it. The rooms were not the cleanest. Our covers on the bed were not clean. The elevator took so long. 90% of the time we just ended up using the stairs, but for my 80 year old grandparents it was very inconvenient.

Seems nice at first glance, but looks are deceiving. We booked through their website and then found out our reservations had been sent to the wrong Comfort Inn, and they weren't related to each other so they couldn't change them, which ended up costing us $50 more for a 2 night stay despite their advertised prices. We were supposed to be in a handicap room, and they simply put us on the first floor with a walk in shower — that was COVERED in mold, partially due to the fact that the short shower curtain and the tiny step that sectioned off the shower just resulted in water pooling everywhere in the bathroom. We had also asked for extra pillows (something really important since I have serious neck issues) and they "had none" for us. The walls were thinner than the average hotel wall since we could hear text tones and sex from adjacent rooms. At checkout, I told them I wanted a refund for at least what my copays would cost for fixing my neck because they didn't have pillows and was told only the manager could do that, so I requested contact information for the manager and was told that they could only give me his name. I made it clear I would be calling to discuss a partial refund. Much to my surprise I was called by the manager "from home" less than 2 hours later, assuring me a refund and begging me not to leave a bad review.

Showed up for a room with no reservation and was charged $90 a night even after showing the little prick at the front desk the advertised online rates. Didnt matter that I needed the room for three nights, didnt matter the company I worked for rented out the whole place, I got my room for $25 more a night than my coworkers because the front desk help swiped my card without telling me id be charged more than everyone in my group and didnt want to deal with refunding the difference. Ill never stay here again. Ran by greedy Indians. You know the type.

Convenient location for overnight stay before jumping on the highway. There was an overpowering air freshener in the lobby and hallways. Luckily the room was not polluted in the same manner.

When we first arrived, the room they assigned us was still being cleaned. They promptly gave us another room. Everything was satisfactory. Would stay there again.

For the money one of the nicer places in lees summit. Just don't expect 5 star service. Clean place to stay.

Just rating off of the phone call. Just called to book a room in 2 weeks and she was kinda cranky sounding. When I asked for what I was seeing online she acted like my AAA discount was BS. Here's to hoping the stay is nice.

Absolutely the worst staff I have ever dealt with! Front desk workers are all rude and confrontational like cops or something… Getting new towels was like asking for a loan, even though we paid for a goddamn week of service! Tried calling for GM and goes to front desk, haha jokers.

Clean and comfortable. I had to put the extra comforter over the window because the drapes don't keep it very dark and I was up late every night and slept in every morning. Free Wi-Fi won't even work my phone. I would stay here again though. Pool seemed nice and clean and I used the treadmill in the exercise room.

Tried to book a room for this weekend. Could not get through for over an hour. When I did I was transferred to a reservation specialist who could not find the wedding party that had reserved a block of rooms. I was told to call back. I asked if they could call me back when they found the information they needed. I was told no. That's not their policy. I will take my business elsewhere.

Nice, clean room. Breakfast was OK. I enjoyed my stay, except the Internet was a joke. Almost gave 1 star just off that. Laundry room smells like cat. Besides that I would recommend this place. Also, they need to extend breakfast at least 30 minutes on the weekend. I haven't been to a hotel that finishes serving breakfast at 9am on Saturday and Sunday. They make sure to have everything put away by 9 so make sure you wake up early, sucks for people here on business and it's the only days you can sleep in.

We had to book a room unexpectedly because of a snow storm. They got us in, and with a discount. The room was every bit as nice as a Hampton Inn room, very comfortable. Free Wi-Fi that worked, breakfast was good, very satisfied and will stay there again if we need to.

Bring your own towels because they sure don't have enough. Hot tub is boiling hot. Way too hot for kids to be around. Managers aren't paying attention. Hotel was completely full and one poor girl left at desk to deal with everything.

Our toilet didn't work, the hot tub was sooo hot that it scalded you. The employees were so unfriendly! Oh, and the free breakfast, was a joke. Never again.
