We stayed there nights here and received the warmest hospitality the entire stay, every encounter we had with the whole hospitality team. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of variety. The pool and hot tub were in perfect condition. The kind staff here is the best part, though… really make you feel at home.

The hotel is relatively small and quiet. It has a very comfortable feel to it. The front desk folks are friendly and very helpful. I had room 232. It was a king with a couch. The room itself was a good size and very clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. If you are a light sleeper or are bothered by light when you sleep you may wish to stay in another room. Even with the blonds pulled there was so much light escaping from around the blinds that I would wake up constantly thinking the sun was up. The bathroom is large and very clean. Breakfast was a little disappointing for me, I am an oatmeal person and they didn't have any out. They did however have a nice selection of fresh fruit.

Clean rooms, ok service, good breakfast. We stay here several times a year and it seems to have gone downhill. Not as good as it used to be and the breakfast buffet is out of stuff by 9am.

Two queen beds were great. Nice room. Had mini-fridge. Service was professional and accommodating. Went with a large group for a wedding. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. 5 stars.

Hamptons are usually nice, but this one needs some care. The hotel was clean, the front desk staff courteous, the housekeeping manager kind. The rooms are cramped though and the window coverings aren’t adequate. The hotel is apparently in the process of being remodeled. Shower at your own risk though because the bathtubs here are a hazard with extremely curved sides not designed for shower use. I slipped getting in and hurt my back. The housekeeping manager took our statement, said were weren't the first to mention the hazard, and said a manager would call when he arrived in the afternoon. That never happened.

They turned me away, saying they had overbooked. They handed me directions to a different hotel, assuring me that all I would need to do is walk in and show my id. The other hotel had no idea. They had never heard of me. My last stay at a Hampton. — reply to Alex: Yes, your staff was very friendly as they sent me to the other hotel. They assured me repeatedly that I was all set up over at the other hotel. The problem was that no one had notified the other hotel. That hotel deserves a blue ribbon, as their desk clerk spent the better part of an hour trying to get through on your property's phones, never succeeding, and then just put me in a room, reaching them later that night. It was this lack of communication with the second hotel that upset me. If I had in fact walked in and shown my ID and received a room as your employees promised, I would have been fine. It was the false promises that upset me.

A consistently good experience when staying here. We return several times per year because we've never been let down yet.

Stayed for 4 days with kids. It was a great. Nice pool and hot tub. The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. All around great experience.

Building was close to highway but hard to get too due to entrances. Rooms were good, but the big item of note that the whole building is under renovation. So, there was badly painted walls, workers tromping up and down the floors, and a couple other problems that left me feeling iffy on the place. Still, it is a Hampton and it maintains the general level of comfort your probably used to. All in, 3/5 stars. Not bad, not great either.

Typical Hampton, clean, friendly, comfortable. Nice location with restaurants in walking distance. Movie theater right down the street. Fast and friendly staff.

Visit was for a meeting with the GM about personal business. Lobby is well maintained, desk staff friendly and parking lot navagable.

The hotel is great and clean. The staff is amazingly friendly. I won't stay anywhere else when going to Lees Summit.

The rooms were clean and so comfy! Staff was very nice, the pool was clean and well maintained and the breakfast was the best! Awesome job, Hampton Inn.

I have no complaints. My only critique is the somewhat lackluster breakfast options, but for the price, this hotel is a great place to stay. Hamton Inn bedding has won us over for life. This particular location showed $129 on the map, but we checked in and our King was only $109. I would gladly stay here again.

We stayed on a Friday night (Game 3 of the World Series) and immediately at check-in there were a ton of kids (soccer) running around and creating a ruckus on the 1st floor hallway. Of course no parents to be found, they probably wanted quiet in there room so they released the crumb snatchers to the masses to deal with. The guy at the front desk didn't seem to car nor was interested in making any attempt at stopping this display of unruliness. Most likely didnt want to offend the rude parents that were subjecting their kids to the masses and lose the potential people in the hotel. Luckily we got a third floor room where at least it was a lot quieter. We checked in turned on the local fox channel to see the game for a few minutes before heading out and lo and behold the only two stations to not come in where channels 3 and 4 one of which was the baseball broadcast. So here we are in Kansas City and cannot view the game, although the same channel was airing just fine in the lobby. Luckily we were already heading to a local bar to go view the game. When we came back the rowdiness had calmed down (about 10:30pm), and there wasn't much noise until about 7:30am when everyone started letting doors slam when they went downstairs. Our bathroom in the room smelled of cigarette smoke, my wife thought it was actually from in the bathroom, I think it was coming from one of the adjacent rooms. Some positives but not enough to give this room more than 1 star.
