Well it only my first day of four but it’s the nicest Best Western I’ve stayed in so far.

Great hotel, staff, pool and outdoor area!

Clean, quiet, great location great value!

This was one of the best hotels I have been in. Everything was clean. The beds were so comfortable I didn't want to get up. And even the pillows we're top notch. Shower was amazing, high water pressure but adjustable for you delicate types. Lol. Also, I have to give a shout out to the clerk who checked us in. She was friendly and when she saw my wife was on crutches she offered to help carry bags. She also, checked on her later to make sure she didn't have to walk to far to unlock the outer door so I could bring the bags in. Breakfast was good. All in all, a great value for the price. Will definitely be looking for more like this in my future destinations.

Overall, this Best Western location was an 'okay' for us. Ultimately, the room we stayed in (312) smelled very mildewy/musty and the bathroom had a sewer gas odor. Nothing terribly strong but it was definitely present for our entire stay. Overall the facility appeared to be newer and well maintained but the room itself left quite a bit to be desired. Not sure that we'd stay there again.

We were very unimpressed with our stay at the Best Western plus Lee's Summit hotel. The only positive experience was that the staff was very friendly. On the other hand, we were disappointed to find that the blanket on one of our beds was stained. It was a red colored stain; not sure if it was blood or lipstick maybe? The woman at the front desk had only one, small blanket normally used for a cot or pull out sofa to offer us. Also, two of the towels in the bathroom were dirty, so we had to ask for clean ones. She gave us fresh towels and extra soaps/shampoos, etc. After a 4 hour drive, we were excited to try out the pool. That was a bad idea. The water was cloudy, there were several clumps of hair floating around, and also garbage and something we couldn't identify. It was so gross. We left and went back to our room to shower that nasty water off. A couple of hours later we went to a concert and came back around 11:30ish. There were a bunch of people in the parking lot sitting in camping chairs, drinking and making all kinds of noise. We felt very uncomfortable as we parked and walked to the front doors. Everything was fine overnight and come morning, we were ready for the hot breakfast. What a disappointment. The waffle mix was watery and didn't cook right. The waffles came out rubbery. The eggs and potatoes were cold. The bacon was fine. We ended up throwing food out, which is so wasteful and we really hate to do.

Great place to stay if you have a dog with you. Friendly staff, great breakfast, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

Our room was ready when we got there and the staff was extremely pleasant, professional and polite. Ginger provided us quickly with all the things we had forgotten and additional amenities we asked for. The breakfast was good. My granddaughters especially liked the waffles! Thank you for your kindness and cheerfulness.

This was our first time at this property and we felt welcomed from the moment we entered. Very nice, well equipped rooms, great amenities both in room and on the property. Morning breakfast, always on coffee or tea, exercise room, office center, meeting and conference rooms, pool etc. Great staff at all levels, exceptional service. We were impressively served by Clayton and Katie. This is a place to come back to.

This was a very nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Clayton and Katie were especially accommodating and it was evident that they were eager to please. It makes a big difference when you experience customer service that exceeds your expectations.

The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Fluffy pillows and larger than "standard" bath tub made my stay perfect. Employees were very friendly. Free hot breakfast included and the food was actually good.

Awesome place to stay. Very clean. Larger than normal fridge, microwave in room. 2 TVs. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The customer service was super. Blake was a great help. Answered all my questions.

We were traveling across the county with our Grand Puppy and needed a nice, clean dog friendly place to stay. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was absolutely friendly as can be. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage, potatoes, a variety of bagels, muffins, sweet breads, cereals, fruits, yogurts, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, and waffles.

Was stuck in Lee's Summit overnight for work and had to get a room. The room was clean, all fixtures and things worked however even with my heater set to 76 the room never got over 64 in temperature throughout the entire night. The staff I encountered were nice and informative however several times when I was coming or going I had to wait to speak to the receptionist because she was talking on her cell phone probably 5/7 times that I walked past the front counter. There is a restaurant nearby (like 200 feet away) that was decent and convenient due to icy weather conditions and the parking lot for the hotel was not overly crowded which was nice. Two things that sort of bugged me was that they had coffee machines in the room, but to be able to fill the machine with water I had to climb behind the TV and unplug it because the placement of the machine wouldn't allow me to use it due to how short the cord was and the fact that it was under the counter. The other annoyance was that they advertise a free continental breakfast from I belive 6-9. When I left my room around 7:15 there was nothing but coffee, water, muffins, and bagels available. Ended up getting breakfast at a gas station down the road that had more selection. Other than that the place wasn't bad just a few things that bugged me personally.

Great rooms and dog friendly hotel, staff is great. The church next door has a trail behind the hotel, my dog loved the long walk after the drive. Pool is fun and the patio is nice to.

Looking for a getaway just to relax your mind this is a place to be. The rooms are really nice inside and also the staff members are very friendly take some time to check this one out.

My family and I stayed there for a week during Thanksgiving week and were very impressed with the accommodation and the staff are very nice. Breakfast was delicious and clean, the pool was nice and clean we loved everything about our stay. Thanks to all at Best Western.

This is a 3 star hotel but it has a 5 star value, hence my rating. Don't let the price fool you. The rooms are nice and modern with microwave and fridge. Beds are comfortable and true queens. The indoor pool is nice and breakfast is free and is standard free hotel breakfast fare. Parking is free and they have charging stations for electric vehicles if needed. Others on our trip paid what we did for both nights in one night in other comparable 3-4 star hotels. The only drawback is it isn't right by anything, but is only a short drive from everything in the Kansas City area.

We recently stayed in this hotel for the MBC Annual Meeting. The service we received was beyond expectation. From the breakfast service to the amenities provided at the front desk, we were very pleased. At one point in the visit, our young daughter flooded the bathroom while playing in the tub. The gentleman from the front desk was both patient, courteous, and kind. We stay in Best Western wherever we visit, and this is the best one we have experienced. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The decor has been updated. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a nice, hot breakfast that even accommodated my gluten-free diet (huge for us). We would gladly stay again.

Excellent new spacious and good service.

This hotel really surprised me. The words "Best Western" do not make me think of high quality. We had a group staying here for a function, and I did not have any involvement in making the lodging decision. When we arrived, I was surprised about how nice the decor was. Later on, I received another unexpected surprise — how comfy the bed was. I slept very comfortably on that bed! Breakfast was good as well. I'm taking one star off because our room had a light odor, like cigarette smoke maybe. Also, the elevator was warm warm warm. Neither of those things would deter me from staying here again though.

The service was great, the beds comfortable, the rooms big, the A. C. Was cold, overall a good experience and a great night. Would definitely stay again.

This place is Very clean and nice. The lady that checked me in was so friendly. Room was great. Beds comftroble. Pool is great. All around great!

We were really impressed, the rooms were clean and the staff was extremely polite and helpful with any of the things that we needed.

The food is over cooked to the point it's not chewable. Our room had musty mildew smell our room was also infested in BED BUGS! The pool water had a green tent to it. We reported it to management and we were basically called liars. Do not stay at this facility you will be treated horribly and treated with no respect.

Very clean rooms great Wi-Fi one of the best breakfast I've had at a hotel and shout out to Ronald for the great service and for the great recommendations on places to eat.

This is hands down one of the better hotels I've stayed at. The only issue was there was an army of teenage softball players who were loud, rude, and made a mess everywhere they went. The parents weren't better and left empty beer cans scattered throughout the hotel. The staff was amazing. They were quick to cleanup after the brats and told me if they disturbed is in our room after 10 to call the front desk, and they'd handle it. Another time one of the snowflakes' parents stole the luggage cart and was keeping it in their room. The gentleman at the front desk tracked it down for us up on the 2nd floor. Good breakfast, good internet connection, and a great staff made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you, Lee Summit Best Western Plus.

Hotel staff was nice. Building/rooms updated, our bed was comfortable. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was good with alot of selections.

Very nice accommodations. Bed is comfy, room is spacious. Breakfast is the typical waffle/eggs/sausage hot meal. Dining area is large. Only about 15 min to get to Kaufman Stadium.

Extremely clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was super nice. Didn't try the breakfast, but it looked good.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and well-furnished, breakfast was very good, and the Wi-Fi was unbelievably fast (200mbps download), even with a completely full hotel. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in the area.

The hotel is nice overall but it wasn't as clean as one would hope. The shower curtain had black stains on it and when I told the front desk the response was that they could get us a new one but that they don't change them after each stay which is obviously true since they didn't change ours despite how nasty it was. Breakfast was pretty goodfor a hotel breakfast.

Not a great experience with this place. When I checked in the man told me if my dogs make any noise he would call me out of my cousins wedding to come back. The worst part is I accidentally dropped my necklace and left it. It's not an expensive necklace but has sentimental value. I immediately called the day I checked out and they had it. For some reason they have been giving me the run around and keep telling me they mailed it! I even initially gave them a credit card to pay for the shipping! It has been 5 months! How long does it take to mail?

Worst experience I have ever had dealing with an hotel… First off my reservation was screwed up when I went to go online to book the room the online service wasn't working so I had to call the hotel to make a reservation I spoke with a young lady over the phone and explain to her that we were coming in town for a funeral on Friday and that I needed a reservation for Friday and checking out Monday morning she told me everything was fine and that she would see us Friday. When we went to check in on Friday we were told we had booked our room for Saturday… The lady who booked the room also misspelled my husbands name, when I know for sure that I spelled the name over the phone for her. The staff was finally able to find us a room while in the room we noticed every time you ran the water or flushed the toilet it smelled like human feces when we called the front desk we were told that there was a problem with the sewer system so even if we move rooms we may still have the same issue. Which I felt was something that the hotel staff should've let customers know in advance… so pretty much when I called in to complain I got $25 taken off my bill. To make a long story short we will never be staying at another Best Western again. After writing this review we woke up to find an additional change from this hotel on my husbands card for the same amount they charged us 3 days ago… how did that happen? I have never seen anything like this before. I will be calling corporate again.

This hotel has been recently refurbished to an excellent standard. Rooms are comfortable and are a good size. Staff are helpful, friendly, and available. Mackenzie was a particular highlight. I would certainly recommend and will stay again when visiting Kansas City.

After finding out the Hampton Inn and suites was booked where I normally stay I decided to try out the Best Western Plus. We were greeted by a very personable young lady name Rachel who made us feel welcome immediately. The room was very clean and the rates were super affordable. Rachel was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were definitely taken care of during our trip. I'll definitely be using the Best Western from now on because of the welcoming atmosphere and clean experience.

We just had the most amazing New Years Eve celebration at BWP Lees Summit Hotel and Suites.
The rooms were recently renovated as are the common areas. The staff; Rosalie, Mackenzie, Bailey and David were absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend you consider this hotel for your next small to mid sized event! We had 75 people celebrating New Years and it was perfect for us!
