We've stayed here a few times and it's always clean and comfortable. They even helped us out with a discounted rate after we had to leave our originally reserved hotel upon arrival (original hotel was filthy and we felt unsafe) and desperately needed a place to stay at 11:00 pm. We will definitely just reserve here next time and have peace of mind!

The room was really big, the hot tub in the room, and restaurant right next door.

Sep 2 we checked into the hotel and the guy who was working last night (I believe his name was Anthony? ) anyway blonde hair, very professional and this motel is a 5* very clean! and love the pool hours! definitely will come back!

This was a very quite hotel. Everything was nice but not fancy. The breakfast was nice but also nothing fancy. The place was clean and looked to be freshly painted. Overall a good experience.

We're currently staying here and counting down the minutes till we leave tomorrow. To be honest, the staff is very friendly and as helpful as possible. Breakfast is your typical continental fare, but the coffee is pretty horrendous. However, our room STINKS. There's an air freshener in the hallway that is overpowering (it smells like peach), and they're trying to cover up the smell of mildew. The carpet in our room is sticky — I think it was cleaned and not properly dried afterwards. There are water stains and mold all along the baseboards of our bathroom (which honestly is so gross it looks like it belongs in a hospital). I know it's a budget hotel but Days Inn has a better reputation than this place deserves — stay elsewhere.

Perfect place to stay for my family. Clean rooms and easy access to highway and activities. Would definitely stay again.

Awful experience. First day we did not get housekeeping ALL day when we left the room before 9 am. I called the front desk and he told me “I will try to fix the issue and call you back”. Half an hour later, no call back, no follow up. I called him, Allen, back and he says “Oh yeah”. Really? I stated the issue again and he started to have this attitude with me. Then he says the housekeeper “missed the room”. Sorry that seems like a management/employee problem, not mine. He states the “housekeepers went home at 4”. Well, tell the one who “missed” it to come back. Then he wants to accuse us on having the privacy sign out on the door. Nope, again, no one was in the room since before 9 am. Rude customer service experience.

The price was way more than the worth of the hotel. It was very dingy, our floors were very sticky and our bathroom door was broken. I didn't bother telling guest services because I saw the other rooms and they were just as gross.

Very clean rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was incredible! Lots of options.

Amazing staff from the front desk to house cleaning gals. They all were very polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the tp was even folded all fancy. Would recommend to any one on vacation or just in town with the family. O… and there is an indoor and outdoor pool. Plus a game room!

Great location, very clean and well maintained. staff is very friendly and caring. Great breakfast and hotel is surrounded by very good restaurants and bars (within a walking distance). Premium outlet mall is only half a mile away from the hotel for those who likes shopping. We had a great time staying at Days Inn in osage beach. We'll definitely be back and recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family.

Great hotel gas stations close by. The pool is nice and warm and a very good breakfast.

Very clean property! The rooms comfortable, with all the amenities you want in a hotel room. The breakfast choices are great, with something for everyone. So whether you are there for one night or many, it's a great value.

They don't have a wake up call system yet, but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

We spent two nights there with two dogs. The key "thingy" on the outside door wouldn't work, but it was fixed as soon as it was reported the next morning. Breakfast was the best we have had among the many free motel meals we've eaten. The maid was a delight, and the day manager was so eager to please. The afternoon check-in clerk was new to the area and couldn't answer any of our questions about the surrounding area. POSITIVE… swimming pools/game area and its proximity to outlet mall. NEGATIVE… buildings are starting to show wear.

Great over all stay in the king Jacuzzi, bed was comfortable Jacuzzi was relaxing and room was extremely warm for the weather conditions much appreciated. I booked the room through expedia and they did not book the room I wanted, staff accommodated me by give me the room I wanted with a discount! Great time look forward to returning to this hotel.

This was just a one night stay, but it was awful. No elevator so my elderly traveling companion had a horrible time getting to our room. When we got in there, it smelled horrible. She said like cat pee. I don't know if that is accurate but it was a super bad. The beds must be very old, they were uncomfortable and saggy. Breakfast was also awful. Waited and waited in line to make a waffle and then they tasted "off". We have up and just hauled rear out of there. Never to return.

I stayed at the hotel while visiting friends who work at Domenicos restaurant which is next door to the hotel. The hotel is convenient and I don't have to worry about drinking and driving. I stayed at this hotel before it was a Days Inn when I traveled on business. The new owners made much needed updates to the hotel.

We booked 2 rooms at the hotel for 2 nights this weekend. The front desk staff were nice and quickly checked us in. The rooms were okay, The next day, we were out of our rooms exploring the area and got back in the evening. When we got back we found out that there had been absolutely no house keeping service in either of our rooms. The beds were left unmade and there were no fresh towels. We called the front desk and they said that we must have left the 'Do not disturb' sign outside our doors. That was absolutely not true since we had been out all day and expected our rooms to be cleaned before we returned. We did not leave those signs outside either room. Anyway, they apologized, but nothing else was done about it. I hope they work on better housekeeping for the hotel.

It was a very affordable and good hotel. The location is perfectly located near restaurants and all things in Osage. The staff were very attentive and were very helpful with weary travelers with a baby. I did not get a chance to check out the pools but all facilities seemed adequate for the price. Best deal in town.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was a mix-up the first night when a delightful older woman came into my room because the front desk agent mixed up her reservation with mine and issued her the wrong key. The carpets could use a good deep cleaning as well. Overall, I feel that it was a good value, and the location was great for all of our needs.

Exactly what I expected based on reviews I read. Nothing fancy, but a good deal for the price. They provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a blow dryer, towels, luggage rack, ironing board, blow dryer, and coffee maker. You can pay 10 extra for lake view. They were very hospitable. My family missed breakfast by an hour but the staff helped us to get the muffins, danishes, yogurts, cereal, and milk after they put it all away. I did not expect that and it was very appreciated. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because we stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came to our room during our stay. Even when we first got to our room we found a child's bouncy ball behind the TV that was not ours. My favorite part of staying at a hotel is someone else makes our beds and gives us fresh towels. Still a great price for the location and hospitality, besides housekeeping.

The check in clerks were great… very nice, friendly and funny. It was comfortable, nice clean rooms and beds, large television, great showers. Free breakfast and the pool was awesome. Family had a good time. The bathroom light had a timer, eco-friendly signs around… it was a surprise at first. Pizza delivery guy had no trouble finding the room. Some of the plugs ends didn't work, the shower curtain rod was coming apart from the wall and we said good morning and have a nice day to the housekeepers, but they ignored us. Front desk clerks were fine.

If you're looking for a nice place to stay for a relaxing couple of day at the lake, this is not the place to stay. I will give them this, the girl at the front desk was very nice and pleasant, the room was clean when we got there, and my wife is a home cleaner and is super nit picky and even she said they were cleaned well, and bed the was comfortable enough, oh, and it is within walking distance to the wobbly boots which is awesome, for sure, go there and eat. Thats where the good ends, the parking lot could use some work, but it's not terrible, the TV was super dinky and could not display the entire picture on any channel, but they have cable, and who goes there to watch TV anyway, right?

Good price. The a/c was loud, but overall cleanliness was acceptable. Breakfast was only waffles and boxes of cereal.

Great experience booking with this hotel. Have stayed here before… it is fairly clean and updated! Will be our second time this week! Chuck was very helpful with getting us the room best suited for us and making sure we were comfortable with the price! Thanks, Chuck!

We thought it was a great budget spot for a night at the lake. It was recently redone.

Nice rooms small TV very clean nice pool but air conditioning isnt the best.
