Disgusting and refusing to refund me in full! I canceled my stay after seeing the rooms and they still charged me for 1 night! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I would not recommend this hotel. Seemed clean at first. But found blood on a pillow at 4 am. Not our blood. Couldn't sleep because of it. Also had random people out side our door. Thats what woke me up to find the blood. Told the front desk about the blood and they said we're sorry. That was it. Im not one to freak out. So I just left it be. Buttttttt if I owned that hotel I would have done something.
with covid happening I would double check cleaning. Absolutely gross.

I love the quail's nest I worked here for summer and I really enjoyed it! The people that work there are great! Sara Goodmen is a wonderful supervisor/boss! the staff is easy going, nice to talk to, will help you out any way they can. And the owners are absolutely amazing. Very nice, and very good people!

You do not want to stay at this hotel! We stayed here and found a syringe with a needle on it behind the TV on the wall mount. I demanded my money back and they offered me $20! I said no your housekeeping staff has an obligation to clean these rooms thoroughly and I want a full refund. The woman at the desk got the manager on the phone and after arguing she agreed to refund our money. They refunded the initial payment and then we had a new charge show up on our card from them for $240! I called to find out why and she stated that it was because of the damage we had done to the room! What? They accused us of breaking the TV “among other things”, whatever that means! I got mad and called her a liar and she hung up on me. I immediately called the Osage Beach police dept. Where I was informed that the hotel had actually made a report on US! And in the report it actually said that they felt that they needed to report it to the police in case we tried to dispute the charges! When our bank called the dispute the charges and start an investigation they told the girl from the bank that they thought we planted the syringe to get our room free! These people are liars and thieves and I will be contacting every agency I can think of to make sure people know the kind of scams they are capable of!

Stayed 4/26-4/28 was charged for one day before I checked in charges another day on check in then charged an additional day before I left. It was a 2 night stay. The clerk stated it was just a pre-authorization and would drop off my account when I questioned the extra charges. Well today it’s 5/2 and the money still hasn’t been returned to my account!

Owner shows up drunk assaulting people and kicks us out when we had done nothing wrong with no refund of our money do not stay here I hear this isn't the first time this has happened we have video for anyone who is doubtful not a kid friendly place.

Not fancy but good enough just to crash for a night.

The room was comfy however the manager was really rude and lacked customer service skills! My family and I stayed at this location for the first time only because the hotel we normally book was out of rooms we should have known the stay would not be right from check in! The clerk told my husband 1 price when he went to check on available rooms, then cganged the price when I came in to actually check in 1st issue. We let it go and went ahead with booking. We then checked into the room also we requested late check out which the clerk informed us would be at 12 noon ok that was perfect. The next morning we awoke went to the continental breakfast and decided to go and check out some stores before check out we come back around 1130 and receive a call from the manager who claims there was no one over her that she was the head very rude and threatening to call local authorities on us if we were not out of the room! So we gathered our things and went to front desk where manager was still VERY RUDE, as we were explaining that web had late check out for 12pm which was set by night clerk she kept saying very rudely how she was not gonna argue with us and had already called local pd which were standing there defending her as if she was correct and ok to talk to paying customers that way! We will never in life stay at this location even if all other rooms are booked we would rather sleep in our car than deal with management who behaves this way!

The staff was very nice & friendly, but the room itself was not clean, towels stained & old! Carpet stained! Sink fixture was so gross! The non smoking room was full of smoky smell! Large cracks in door & put outside the non smoking rooms was a large container to put you cigarettes! For $120.00 a night very disappointing! No elevator & the hotel layout itself was odd! Would not stay here again!

Older But the staff and hanging at the pool were awesome.

I want to thank the wonderful staff for their help this morning! I had a medical emergency and the housekeeper and front desk lady went above and beyond to help me and my two young boys! I can't thank you enough! Hopefully we'll be back soon! Thank you!

I was looking for a nice weekend getaway. The hotel it self is very nice, the staff is very friendly, the indoor and outdoor pools are amazing I didn't go to the outdoor pool because of the weather but did enjoy having the indoor pool and jacuJac to myself and my girlfriend. I definitely will stay here anytime I'm in town again looking to come back in a few weeks.

The blankets were soft, and the rooms were decent but they didn't have mini fridges in the rooms. I had to go buy a cooler and ice to keep my drinks cold. The motel wasnt as clean as it could have been. They had an indoor and outdoor pool so that was a plus.

Notably, I chose the "pet friendly" room since I had my Dog with me: Pros: -Sheets were clean -Price was low Cons: -Both queen beds in the room were sagging across the middle of the whole bed -Appearance of the room in general was old -There was a portion of the floor near the A/C unit where they clearly had to remove floor padding but never replaced -The bathroom door was literally sanded so it could close properly -The shower curtain was dingy and smelled like piss Overall The biggest killer for me was the bed. Every movement that was made would wake the person sleeping next to you. If I was by myself it wouldn't't bother me, but with anyone else its awful.

The motel is run down; it seems as if nothing has been updated since the Early 90s. The Wi-Fi is spotty and horrible. The bathroom has rusted drains and a ceiling that is falling apart. The outdoor pool has not been cleaned since we came here 2 days ago. The Continental breakfast is disgusting with little options apart from pastries and toast available. The hotel charges a premium rate for a place little better than an hourly hotel. Would not recommend this place for anyone.

Clean basic hotel. Right next to a shopping center. Nice receptionist. No complaints but also not really rememberable.

Stayed for just one night. The rooms was fairly nice and it was clean. It was a quiet area but near some restaurants and a grocery store. Would be good for a short or long stay.

Pool area in need of many repairs. Property outside is nice but inside the hotel and the rooms are in rough shape. The pool only has a very small area for children with a steep drop off! We won't be staying here again!

Visited the area Easter weekend and stayed one night. The rate was not expensive and they offered everything you needed for a short trip in the winter. The indoor pool and hot tub were open! There was no strong chemical scent in the indoor pool area too! The breakfast options were just what we needed (oatmeal, different breads for toast, assortment of donuts, coffee, tea, juice, and milk). They also had several tables to eat there so you don’t have to run back to your room. The entire room was clean. Also, the location of this place is perfect. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance AND the outlet mall is right there! There is also a grocery store right across the street if you really needed something. It looks like this place also has an outdoor pool. Maybe I’ll get to see it in the summertime? We didn’t pay for the microwave and fridge option and still there was a mini fridge in the room. If we needed a microwave we could have used the one in the check in area because someone is there all night. If you’re not from the area they have a lot of pamphlets and maps with touristy things to go do.

One guy on staff was amazingly nice and helpful, but the rest of the staff were incredibly rude to us. Will never be coming back again.

We used to come here years ago and stay to enjoy the indoor pool. It apparently closes during the winter, not sure why that is but it was closed when we stayed. The room smelled like smoke. The front door would not open very far because it kept getting caught on the carpet which was ripped up with dirt and sand under it. I would recommend this to a single person who is possibly there on business who just needs a bed. It was pretty pricey compared to what you can get for the same price in the area. We paid $90 for one night in a King room w no access to the pool.

We got a great price. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. Located near everything we needed.

Rooms were very nice but my husband and I were going to stay because they had an indoor pool and hot tub but when we were getting ready to go to there pool it was closed and they didn't not let us know or put it on there website… But other than that the staff was really nice and apologized to us for not letting us know.

I've been in an out of Missouri for 15 years an always use the QUail's nest motel always clean never dirty California size beds. Great food shops across the street an it's beauty an view say the least come stay with them when visiting.

Stayed there for the big bass bash over the weekend it was close to my launch sight the staff was great and helped in any way possible even down to letting me borrow an extension cord because mine was to short to charge my body batteries the indoor pool and hot tub were amazing too will be booking there again.

Secret getaway for me so yeah awesome stay. Enjoyed very much.

It's just ok… older place. The pools are nice. But overall it's definitely rundown on the inside. Clean I suppose, but the carpets are bad. The A/C was very loud. The shower temp was almost impossible to adjust correctly. It was probably magnificent in the 70's. Needs an overhaul. It all just smells weird. Not one I would visit again. Not horrible tho, overpriced for what it is.

Nasty and dirty! Mob scene was there with their kids running around unsupervised all day and night. What a mess was left! Trash and beer cans and broken bottles all around patio, pool and parking lot. Checked out and headed for Table Rock!

We always stay here and it's fairly clean and no real problem. They had some construction done to the deck that began at 6 am this time around that we were not notified of so we were a little mad to be woken up so early. Overall a good place.

Hotel needs to do basic maintenance! Carpets need replaced (at least in the area we stayed). Linoleum was discolored in bathroom and had a bad repair job done on a rip. Wood rot in indoor pool and hot tub area. Location was good for getting to all sides of the lake in reasonable time. Staff was friendly and efficient and rooms kept clean with towels well stocked. These are the only reasons it got a two instead of a one. Spend a few more bucks and go to a newer hotel with a hot breakfast.

It is about 1/4 mile from the Outlet Mall and directly across the street from a really nice, large grocery store, which made it very handy for us. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

Rooms are absolutely disgusting. After pulling back the sheets, I discovered brown stains on the mattress cover. Top sheets had hair, crumbs, and dirt all over them. When I called the lobby and asked for new bedding, I received more dirty sheets. While I paid for a smoke free room, the sheets also had burn holes in them. Rooms and hallways smell musty. The indoor pool had a green tent and looked very dirty. The bathroom sink leaks all over the counter. I would not recommend this motel to anyone and will not be staying again. Definitely needs updating or just demolished.

Not much for breakfast. Dry doughnuts and just bagels. Nothing else. Bikers were always hanging out around the pool when there is a setting area just the other side of the pool. Quoted one price online then charged a much higher rate at the office. Rooms need to be updated.

I will never stay here again. Horrible customer service. I booked a room online in October 2015 for a pub crawl that was happening in February 2016. I called in January to confirm my booking and they could not find my confirmation, so at this time I rebooked my room. Come to find out they had it all along and charged me twice on my credit card bill. Called to talk to manager she basically said "so sorry nothing I can do for you. " Obviously she wasn't worried about my review and word of mouth that could effect the hotel. never ever stay!

The swimming pool was really cold and the hot was cold they said it takes 2 hours for the hot tub to heat up. When it should been heated up since the morning beacause it was like about 5pm when we went to the pool area. We told the front desk that we didnt want any service for the 2 days that we was there beacause they had no sign to put on door and then the maid still came in and made the bed while we was gone. They did not have enough cream and sugur for coffee. They put us in a room away from the pool and we had to walk a little way to get to the pool door. It has a regular house key instead of a key card it did not feel safe. They did not have enough food for breakfest. Most hotels have Ceareol but not this hotel. The room was clean and it was pet friendly. We will not stay here again.

Me and my wife stayed on 2-5 2-6 the room had mold in it. We would wake up in the middle of the night with a head ache sinus. When out of the room it went away. When someone took a shower the pipes in the wall vibrate and wake you up. The staff was nice. We will not stay there again.

I hated this place. I will never go here again. Their was blood On the floor, the beds werent the size I paid for they were itchy and gross, the hot tub was broken, the pool was broke, they were very very very rude and disrespectful, someone was peeking through our window after I got out of the shower, the continental breakfast wasnt so continental it was bagels and donuts, someone kept kncocking on our door all night and kept waking up the baby. I will never go here again I would rather sleep in my car.

Clean room, comfy bed, and very clean bathroom/shower. The staff were very friendly and offered great suggestions on places to eat. The motel is right next to the outlet mall, and across from a grocery store, so it's very convenient. I'm picky about cleanliness, and this place made me happy.

I love the indoor hot tub and pool as well as the outdoor one and it has a great selection of outdoor activities.
