Omg! this place is awesome. I've never been to a cleaner place and the staff, rocks!

Stayed here over the weekend, the owner was very friendly. Not to mention the size of the room the view was absolutely gorgeous. I can't wait to come back and stay in a cabin.

Clean spacious rooms with a small refrigerator and microwave. Friendly and accommodating management.

Good location and easy check in, but you get what you pay for. It was not very clean and all of the towels had stains on them. It also smelled very musty and the TV was so tiny.

Very nice lots of room. Rooms are very clean we would glad to go back any time my daughter just loved it.

The room was extremely clean and they allow pets. The view from the porch was beautiful and the man that helped us get settled was really friendly.

Nice and clean. Friendly owner. Would be nice if the rooms were a bit more sound proof. We could hear the neighbors easily including snoring. It is very nice for the price. Will be staying here again.

Bed was really hard, no box spring, tiny tv, smaller than my computer screen at home, in a residential area overlooking the lake, but there is dogs that bark. They have those cheap light filtering blinds, that just doesn't do the job to make it dark in the room to sleep. Floors were really dirty, cause, my white socks got dirty really quick.

What a clean little motel couldn't ask for better! The manager/housekeeper is a wonderful lady, kind and friendly. Her grandson and mine had the best time together! The owner is a nice polite gentleman who is more than willing to answer questions and give ideas for things to do and great places to eat. We will be back as soon as time allows!

Nice room for the price very clean.

Tv is 12 inches, but didn work, tile floor everywhere had filthy grout & was really slick, be careful not to fall, they wouldnt let you walk out the back way to the lake, because someone had fallen before and sued them, and they wanted us to sign a waiver to go out the back way. Looked like a double bed but advertised a queen, but bed was comfortable/mattress. It was a really old cabin, with a futon that had a gray wool blanket thrown over it.

Recently stayed 4 nights. Nice and comfortable rooms, reasonably priced. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. We had a very nice and peaceful time!

Last minute reservations were so worth the trip. The staff was nice, and their was complete privacy within our rooms. Beautiful lake view and close access to lots of restaurants and entertainment for the family. Will gladly come again!

This was by far the most restful nights sleep of any hotel/motel that we have ever stayed at. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. No noisy neighbors. The view from the deck was awesome. Close to restaurants and lake activities. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a last minute vacation and we wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else! Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner and his wife and we were shown the space. The room was clean and welcoming with a large deck on the back with a beautiful view of the lake. Just a short walk to the swimming dock and we were able to fish as well. Just a short distance to the outlet mall as well! Grills were provided and the owners were amazing with anything we asked for. Definitely would recommend!

Quiet, clean, very nice people running it. Close to lots of good restaurants and close to the water. Place to charge boat.

Kay Lynn is a friendly, clean, updated and accommodating resort. Best of all, the lake access! A private cove, dock which is great for us with jet skies. We've stayed here twice now, and will be back. The location to Osage Parkway, food and the Outlet Mall and even the old down town, is ideal. We enjoyed the night walks to Randy's Custard stand, a must stop on any visit to the lake. The owner is also on sight, you'll also see him working everyday. Kay Lynn is privately owned and it shows in the details of the remodel of the resort. They are now renovating cabins, one is complete and such care has gone into the renovations. The bed was comfortable, room clean, bathroom clean. I guess if there was anything to say negative, the water pressure isn't the best, but I've found that to be true at other places. Also, the TV is small, but we're always on the lake, so it's not really an issue for us. No pool, but there's the lake. There are grills available, decks outside the rooms and there's the view of the lake.

Stayed here one night in October, great room, clean and had plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Greeted by a barefoot woman who had just finished her cigarette, checked into our room (after opening one & then deciding that she had the wrong key) and the room appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned. There was hair on futon, long black hair on the towel in the bathroom (3 pieces, actually) folded back the bed to see if it was clean and there was hair in the bed. The floor was unswept. The AC wasn't cooling very well, and said the filter needed changed. Trash in the can. After looking around and just feeling uncomfortable about sleeping in a bed with someone else's hair still in it, we decided to look for a different hotel closer to our destination. We spoke politely to the woman about the room and told her there was hair everywhere. She inspected the room, dusted the hair off the bed, shook the towel, & asked why we were REALLY leaving. I told her the room was dirty, & I didn't want to sleep in a bed that obviously wasn't really clean. Felt that if there was hair in the bed who knows what else. She said "a few pieces of hair in my bed doesn't run me off", "we pride ourselves on cleanliness, I have a girl who cleans on Mondays with me", I told her we were not trying to offend, but we'd found another room by our destination that would be clean and she said not so nicely "you're very offensive, and you're not welcome back to my resort. Hope you're ready to dish out lots of money, go stay at the golden door, they're extra good and filthy.

This is a great find — ideal location for sightseeing and taking part in the activities in the area, close to the outlet mall and a lot of restaurants, and with great views over the lake. For the price this was great value. We stayed in a top floor (of 2) room with a deck out back that was great to watch the sunset from. The room was no-frills large and functional, with all the basics. The room had a bed (fairly hard) table and chairs and couch, and the kitchenette had a fridge coffeemaker and microwave. Staff were great too, and very friendly. The Wifi we did have occasional trouble connecting to, and the TV only had 3 channels, but for the money I thought this was exceptional value.

Nice quiet and really clean and affordable with a view of the lake. Kathleen the Manager could not have been any nicer or more helpful. Would stay here again without reservation.
