Air conditioning was not on in the room when we got there (the outside temperature was 100 degrees) we turned the air on and left to let it cool off. Air filter was filthy. There was no way you could stay in the room that hot. Bed was very uncomfortable, we kept rolling to the center of it. Was booked for 3 nights, canceled after 1 night and went somewhere else. Never staying there again.

Good room for the price. Had the king suite. Lots of space! Pool was open late but was not open until 10 in the am. We had a little one we wanted to take to the pool but were unable in the morning.

Loved it! Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Hot breakfast, fruit, waffles, yogurt, etc. Filtered water. Staff nice. Great price! Worth it.

Rude employees. No customer service skills at all. Acted as though customers were interrupting nap time. Those taking reservations gave wrong info and I as customer suffered. I will never stay here again.

Great location right on the parkway. They have both an indoor and outdoor pool. Good room except bathroom could be a little bigger for manuevering. Had trouble with internet.

This hotel is so low quality for the price. Amenities list microwave and mini fridge. No microwave and mini fridge so small its useless. AC units do not work well in rooms or anywhere in the building. Some people said they didn't have shower curtains in there room. No one not management or staff speaks English. I would never stay here nor recommend this hotel ever.

No elevator. Stairs other than that ok hotel. Ok breakfast.

Paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi tub. I couldn't use it, or any of the water really, because when I filled the tub the water was dark brown. When I drained it a brown residue layered the tub. When I informed management, nothing was to done but an apology.

Clean, quiet and cheap. Just what I like for business travel.

Clean, I felt safe there. The breakfast bar was fair. Nastiest coffee I ever tried to drink.

The night desk attendent was sleeping and very hard to wake up. The hotel was very nice tho.

The room was nice but when I walked down the hall barefoot the carpet was so dirty it turned my feet black. The day staff was friendly and helpful but the night staff was the exact opposite.

My fiance and I stayed at the Baymont Inn and Suites for two nights and our front desk host Jared was exceptional. He helped us with our luggage and was very friendly and kind. I asked him directions to a couple attractions we were going to see and he told us EXACTLY where to go. Locals are awesome! Very nice staff you have! 10/10 5/5 would recommend. Definitely using this hotel again in the future. Thanks Jared!.

Our room was not ready until 4 pm. There was no basket to put the coffee in for the machine in our room. Nice room with a bathroom the size of a small closet.

Osage Beach is nice. I like the area. But!, this hotel sucks. This whole place is very low brow. The room has a total 1970s look to it. Which would be ok if that was The look they were actually going for. The building is kinda run down. When I first got into the room there were spider webs on the wall lamps. There is a spot on the ceiling that looks gross. I have found the cleaning people are not the best at their jobs. My room has not been attended to in 2 days. The cleaning staff was also here past 1:30 am cleaning rooms. Never seen a hotel in this much disarray. There is No microwave in the room so I can't go to the store and heat stuff up for dinner when I return. The Very Best part is the toilet likes to clog so maintenance came up and left me the plunger. This place is a dive. I do not recommend this place at all.

Very clean hotel and very nice and friendly staff. The second night of our stay we got back to the hotel about 11pm and there were no parking spaces. We had to jump the curb and park in the gassy rock area. We went and told the front desk not to tow the truck. Then we couldn't get into our building with our card key so we had to back up to the front desk again and we were so hot and tired we just wanted our cold room, showers and our beds. When we came into the room it was so hot. The only thing we can think of is when housekeeping came they turned it off, for whatever reason I have no idea. Other than that difficult 45 minutes, our stay was great.

Accommodating staff and clean rooms. The manager Kathleen was super friendly and professional. Included breakfasts were good and we were able to enjoy the pools. About a 6-8 minute drive to the outlets.

Adequate bur overpriced given the local competition's prices and what you get for your money here. Rooms are smaller than you would expect and the decor is more basic and showing wear. Everything worked 8n the room, bathtub/shower was about 3/4 the size of a normal tub though and the only electrical sockets available to plug in phone or computer chargers were next to the sink. Wi-Fi was strong and worked well. Facility is entirely non-smoking but guests would stand immediately outside the entrance door to the room hallway smoking and the smoke would come right back in and filter into the rooms, and the staff would not ask them to relocate. Parking lot is tight, pool is between the hotel and the road, visible from the road, no privacy there. Breakfast was perfectly fine, about average for hotel provided but the sitting area was rather small considering the number of guests staying there. After we left we discovered that we still had room keys and became concerned that we weren't official checked out. Tried to phone them 4-5 times while traveling that day and not once did they answer the phone. Mostly fine, but for this level of facility and service I would expect a cost 30 percent lower than what they charge.

Great accommodations for our trip on the Harley. A hearty breakfast selection and very friendly staff! The only negative being that I'm not convinced our Saturday night room rate was worth $169…

Not worth the money the owners are rude the places are dirty the beds are awful tile missing in bathroom.

This hotel sucks we came here just for the pool and we gave them 2 days and they had the exuse that they were cleaning it. I know im not a genious but I know it does not take 2 days to clean a pool and they dont even have it open in the winter.

Let's see, bed bugs, cockroaches, maggots, black mold. This place needs to be condemned, I was a employee there. These people are slave driving ass holes! I heard them laugh about screwing guest out of there money — from reservation and people wanting there money back after being there 5 mins. No refunds they say. Scum bags, these people have no right running a motel!

Stayed here the last two years for bikefest. Very disappointed this year. There was NO soap or shampoo to shower with. Room only had one towel. And there was also no extra toilet paper. Went downstairs for the continental breakfast… It was a couple of honey buns on a platter and half a gallon of sunny d in the fridge. Only good thing about this place is it's literally right off the highway and it's not in a bad area.

Worst experience ever. There were cans of cat food at the bottom of the stairs. The dirty old carpet on the outdoor steps led to a plywood balcony. When we got in our room the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom was dirty. The last straw was, upon leaving I shook the sheets to make sure nothing was left and a condom wrapper fell out. I went to the office to complain that I slept in a dirty bed and I was disgusted. I was told I would get a call from the manager and never happened. I called multiple times and left messages and nothing. I had to go thru Capital One to dispute the charge. I refuse to spend 80 dollars to be disgusted.

Great stay would recommend to stay.

Friendly staff, with clean, comfortable rooms. Not to mention, affordable.

Excellent staff. Rooms where good. But they gave us a dirty room when they thought it was clean so they gave us a new room and cut us a 10% off our bill because of the mishaps. Breakfast was also good! would defiantly go again!
