Had a pretty nice stay. My family of 4 stayed for 4 nights nights. Everything was pretty clean. It had a nice breakfast that was kid friendly. I loved that the rooms had laminate flooring rather then nasty hotel carpet. Overall good hotel would probably stay again.

Had a 5 day stay at this hotel with my wife and we are pleased with our service. We were treated well by the staff. Our room was kept clean and neat while we were away from the room. If you like nice hotels that offer good amenities for a good value this is for you. Another plus about this hotel was that the pool was open 24 hours, also the hotel isnt a big name that attracts too many people and overpopulates the hotel. Very quiet location and perfect for a family or a getaway for a couple. Thanks red roof!

The location is nice. Maybe a different sign for you can really only see it one way due to the closed building next to it. Clean rooms friendly service and 24 hour indoor pool and hot tub.

The location could be more convenient. It's not very close to any popular attractions and the rooms are decent. I would say they could have better service. It's been noisy through out the night and day.

Nice place for a quick weekend get away. Cant beat the price! Clean and somewhat updated, just lacking simple amenities.

Friendly staff great rate would of have gave them a full 5 but hot tub could of used a cleaning. Everything else was great!

Nice place near so much at the Lake of the Ozarks. Comfy bed, frig, microwave, tv, indoor pool, hottub, breakfast both hot and cold served 7-9am. Easy check in. Checked in late at night few room left, provided the best room available at an excellent rate. Excellent customer service, hotel and room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to other ppl especially families with children.

Great place for my family of 5 to stay. Pool was clean and the chlorine smell didnt take your breath away. Free continental breakfast with our stay. Rooms were clean and furnished with nice new comforters and new furniture. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I cant forget about the the boat parking and ability to charge the batteries over night! I cant say enough positive things about this place.

Very clean;like the pool and hot tub is a plus. The staff are friendly and it's close to restaurants;gas stations and shopping. Best most of all close to the Lake. Only wish the park lots was bigger to a comma date all the boats.

We were stranded here for two days after an accident in the ice. I’m so impressed with our experience here, the staff gave us great care! The hotel was super clean, too. Debbie and Nancy were amazing, thank you so much for making us so comfortable after a bad experience!

Very clean and nice rooms. We stayed during winter months and the price was incredible. They serve a very good continental breakfast!

My stay here was outstanding, and I am very surprised at these one star reviews. My room was completely spotless, and the amenities such as breakfast, free coffee in my room, etc, were what you would expect from a much more expensive hotel. This one was priced more in line with a dirtbag flea motel. Also, Red Roof Inn is perhaps the only hotel I can think of that does not charge a pet fee. Highly recommended.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating! The stay here was very affordable without the quality being compromised. The room was very clean and spacious. I enjoyed that the floors were hard laminate instead of carpet as well, it gave it an updated new feel.

Staff are friendly gave us the discounted rate of 57.99 per room and checked us in quickly, accommodated us with rooms next to each other. The hotel has a recent remodel, the lobby is clean. The rooms have hardwood floors Flat screen tvs, every thing was as it should be and clean. We will stay here again if in the area and recommended it to any one wanting a nice Clean hotel for a good rate.

Very unassuming from the street, this hotel is really nice. We had a nice and clean king room with plenty of room. No extra cost for our dog. We didn't try the pool. Breakfast was ok, with waffles, sausage, muffins, cereal, yogurt and fruit. The Ozark state park is very close. Try the Rocky Top trail.

Pretty good variety for breakfast. Pool was relaxing but stays cold no mater what time of day. Hot tub was relaxing. Stays pretty quiet. Service was nice. Booked two days and enjoyed ourselves so much that we went down an hour before check out and paid for another night.

Red Roof Inn at Osage Beach — Do NOT do business with these people! My father is on his way to Houston to help my sister as soon as he can get to her, therefore our plans at the lake were canceled for Labor Day. When I called Red Roof Inn to explain WHY we had to cancel our plans and ask for a refund, they refused, even though this cancellation was due to a national emergency that my sister is caught up in. Way to do business and make the customer happy! Please feel free to share!

Very well located. Ideal to go with children. The pool deck gets you out of trouble when the weather is not on your side.

Rooms were very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. The continental breakfast had a big variety to choose from. The lady that checked us in gave us a great rate. Was well worth the price for our stay. Will definitely go back to stay again in the future.

Good place to stay. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are pretty nice and updated. Pools is a nice temperature. Hot tub is great. Friendly service. I only have one complaint and that's the elevator is a bit sketchy. Other than that it's a great place.

The greeting alone was one of the best I've had in a while. So polite and respectful, wants to meet your needs. Great rooms, super nice pool, even better hot tub. Little too much chlorine, but still enjoyed them. I'll be staying again if I travel.

I will start with saying the rooms are nice and most staff are very polite. The location is convenient to lots of shopping and eateries. The manager was very welcoming and stated that if we need anything please let them know also offered us a late check out due to the circumstances we were in town. Now for the reason I marked this poor… During check in my sister in law and cousin were assisted by a lady that decided it would be ok to make homophobic shurs… NOT OK! She was confirming their room selection by stating you reserved a room with 2 queen beds my sister in law said yes we need 2 beds, the lady stated well you know SOME PEOPLE want 1 room making a disgusted face. She then proceeded to tell my (clearly gay) sister in law that she once saw 2 girls making out in the pool and it made her sick to her stomach. I'm sorry this is not ok check your personal opinions at the door when you come to work. This was EXTREMELY offensive to our family as my aunt and her partner were staying in the same hotel and it was clear they all were not welcome by some. My husband and myself had 0 issues with checking in they were nothing but polite. Also one of the hot water heaters went out causing everyone to have to take cold showers but this I could have over looked if it weren't for the check in issue. I will say when brought to managements attention he apologized and gave us 10.00 off our room rates. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
