This was our first time experiencing a bed and breakfast and Sue blew away our expectations! She's very thoughtful of everyone there. She leaves you to do your own thing. The beauty of the nature around you is one thing we loved the most. We sat on the patio and deer were just out there grazing. We also met some people while there which is always a fun thing! I definitely recommend it. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and great place to relax. The rooms were very clean and quiet, the breakfast outstanding, the atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming! Sue was a very congenial host that made us feel like we were part of the family. Loved our stay there, definitely will go back!

Sue is a fabulous Innkeeper! From the conversations, delicious breakfast each morning, and finishing touches of the room/s ; our stay was absolutely wonderful! We'll definitely be back!

This was the most amazing weekend, Sue was so very kind accomodating and made us feel very welcome and special. The room was so nice and inviting, with everything you can think of for a wonderful weekend away. She had a bottle of wine for us and snacks and the great country setting off the beaten path. Just a little peice of heaven in Missouri.

Perfect location away from it all but still plenty of activities and restaurants nearby. Large, comfortable room with our own hot tub on our private patio. Clean and spacious common areas. Wonderful breakfast. Sue is an attentive and gracious hostess. We can't wait to go back.

Absolutely beautiful! Hubby and I stayed for an extended Labor Day and late anniversary getaway. It was EVERYTHING we dreamed AND THEN SOME! Sue greeted us at the door upon arrival and I knew then we scored when we chose the Inn at Harbour Ridge! This was the PERFECT place for the rest, relaxation and romance! The facility was beautiful, attention to detail was amazing, hospitality was wonderful and our hosts were incredible! Breakfast was scrumptious! The "innside" jacuzzi was outstanding! Ron was so fun and friendly! Everything was so on point, we decided to make that our annual retreat! We would DEFINITELY recommend the Inn at Harbour Ridge!

Bed bugs! omg I will never go back. It looks beautiful on the outside and you think everything is great, but my entire family ended up bringing bed bugs home and it was not a small infestation. We woke up swarmed with them and the lady told me I was a liar and refused to do anything about it. Needless to say, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel. Looks can be decieving.

Outstanding experience! The Innkeeper, Sue, goes out of her way to make sure you have a comfortable stay! Everything is exceptionally clean and comfortable! It truly feels like you are a guest in someone's home! Don't be afraid to mention any dietary restrictions you have; she is more than willing to accommodate you in any way she can!

This B&B is stunning. The view and nature sounds are perfect. This was the ideal couples getaway. It was so nice to have a wonderful jetted bath, multi head shower and incase we weren’t relaxed enough an indoor private hot tub. The bed and linens were so soft, we slept very well. The breakfast was fantastic. Sue is an amazing cook we were very lucky to experience the love she has for cooking. She is very nice to ask you your food preferences. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We could sit in our bed and watch deer out of the window. We also sat on the porch drinking coffee and watching the chipmunk run around the yard. They provided the local attractions and their preferences. We spend our normal days chasing our kids and working, it was so wonderful to just be husband and wife and know that everything was taken care of. Words can’t express how much we enjoyed this trip!

My husband and I, both seasoned travelers and frequent B&B guests, recently enjoyed an 8 day stay at the Inn at Harbour Ridge. From check-in to check-out, our experience was one of outstanding service and gourmet dining. Both Sue and Ron welcomed us, saw to our every need, provided an excellent bedroom suite and make us feel valued and welcome. We've stayed at many charming places over the years, often in historically significant homes filled with antique furniture, but rarely have found the welcome and food to be as excellent. Do yourself a favor & book. You won't be sorry!

Our experience with the Inn at Harbour Ridge was very lovely and accomodating. We feel it was relaxing and private. Coffee delivered to our door in the morning before breakfast was such a delight. Breakfast was also delighful and the company of others was not overwhelming. We will definitely be coming back soon. Sue was pleasant and sweet.

Very nice and accommodating hosts. The breakfast is excellent. The amenities are great. This was our forth year in a row and will continue to make it a must visit getaway for years to come.

My husband and I eloped here. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and Sue was so helpful and accommodating. She completely took off the stress of planning a wedding while still letting me choose what I wanted to do. We stayed in the Happily Ever After suite which included an enormous standing shower, a full sized bathtub with jets, and an indoor hot tub. Sue recommended local places with great food and great prices. Overall, I loved my stay and I will definitely be back!

Sue and Ron are the best inn keepers. They make our stay so relaxing that we would like to pack Sue in our suit case bring her home with us. Her breakfast hits the spot every time.

My wife and I stayed here and we chose Bobs place as our room for the weekend just to get away and we loved it. Sue was extremely friendly knowledgeable and hospitable. The accommodations were great and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Sue had great recommendations for us as to where to eat, what to do and where to go. We will definitely be back. If you are staying at a B&B in the Ozarks this is the place to go.

My husband and I got married at the Inn with a private ceremony and it was absolutely perfect! The owners Sue & Ron are the best. Very nice & clean and the food was delicious! We highly recommend a visit with them. We are already planning a return trip!

This was my boyfriend and I's first bed and breakfast experience, and everything exceeded expectations. Sue greeted us right when we arrived, and was very helpful. Our room had everything we could need, and there is also common area with complementary drinks and many board games, as well as an indoor hot tub (our room also had a private outdoor hot tub that was amazing). I definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic bed and breakfast! My girlfriend and I stayed there about a week ago when we decided to plan a last minute get away. The innkeeper was very accommodating of our last minute reservation. The bed and breakfast is very cute and makes you feel as if you are at home. The innkeepers are extremely welcoming and kind. Our room was quite and relaxing, featuring a private hot tub and fireplace. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast and will certainly be back!

Exceptional in every way: Rooms and common area are comfortable and inviting. Respect for privacy is ideal with excellent touch of personal interest. There is incredible, attention to detail at every turn, every corner, every wall and more. The breakfasts are gourmet with beautiful presentation. Excellent location with wide spectrum of excellent restaurants and the recommendations were perfect too. Overall, the owner's earnest goal for perfect stay was accomplished in every way.

Absolutely the most outstanding stay I've ever had and I travel A LOT! From the charming exterior, to the warm greeting from the owners… staying here is like coming home! The entire property is exceptionally clean. I always bring my own bedding when I travel and wear flip flops around the hotel room… both completely unnecessary here! There are so many small touches that the owners take time with and they truly add up to one massively magical experience! I can't wait to go back!

Sue and Ron, made us feel welcome in there home, we were treated like old friends, we went there on a weekend getaway for our Anniversary, we even took our little fur baby Champ for the weekend with us. The breakfasts were totally amazing, and had all the little special touches, our room was outstanding even had a private hot tub, on our own deck. While we were out one evening, Sue put some chocolate strawberries and wine in our room, what a nice surprise that was, our Anniversary is really on Halloween, but we got away to celebrate a little early, Sue even set up a Ghost Tour for us, at a Haunted B&B, what a way to end a wonderful weekend. We will definitely be going back again. Thank you Ron & Sue, for such an amazing experience for our 1st time ever in a Bed and Breakfast, and our 1st time to the Lake of the Ozarks. This was a repeat stay at the Inn. We love the romantic rooms and relaxation. Ron and Sue's close attention to every detail makes your stay so relaxing. I also love getting to meet other guest at breakfast. The breakfast has always been very delicious. They always point us in the direction to more fun by helping with restaurant recommendations are sight seeing.

This was our 1st experience staying at a bed and breakfast and totally enjoyed our stay at Harbour Ridge. The Captains Quarters was very comfortable. Breakfast were the best we've ever had. Ron and Sue were great host.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in Uncle Bill's room and it was very quiet and comfortable. Ron and Sue were very friendly and took care of everything we needed. They also have a great knowledge of all the local attractions, and can recommend things to do/eat. Breakfast was delicious both mornings and ensured that we weren't even hungry for lunch. We will definitely be back when we're ready for another lake weekend.

Was our 1st time at a B&B so when doing a search for them at the lake and reading reviews on all of them, we chose the Inn at Harbour Ridge. To say we enjoyed our stay would be a gross understatement! Sue and Ron went above and beyond our expectations on service, food, setting, comfort, cleanliness and privacy. Their B&B was absolutely beautiful with no minor detail left undone. We went there for our 23rd anniversary and had purchased a couple of packages from Sue to include in our room and WOW! We will definitely be going back! As a side note, the pictures for the "barn cottage" don't do it justice, it was amazing and private, set apart from the main house. Sue cooks AMAZING breakfasts, and both her and Ron are great conversationists! If your looking for a nice adult getaway that's definitely not "stuffy", but fun and relaxing, THIS IS THE PLACE! We stayed here for 2 nights for our 8th anniversary. The bed was super comfy, the hot tub outside our room (Uncle Bill's Place) was perfect, and the breakfast served by Sue was excellent both mornings. Sue was also a great reference for area restaurants. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the lake and recommend to any friends and family who are visiting the lake.

Hubby and I just spent a delightful 2 days in the Happily Ever After room this past week. This B&B was on top of the A list. I would highly recommend this place and have already told friends and family. Sue had a eye for detail and not to mention her culinary expertise. Beautiful room, food, hot tub, atmosphere. Nothing was left out except for more time to enjoy… we will be back.

Bed and Breakfast are great places to stay. The inn at Harbor Ridge takes that to a different level. The moment you walk into the front door you feel welcomed. Sue and Ron are two of the warmest people you will ever have the chance to meet. The accommodations are 5 star but only because there is not a higher ranking. Each morning you wake to coffee and tea waiting on you and the breakfast prepared by Sue is the best. You will feel like you are among lifelong friends will you visit with the other guest, Sue and Ron. We enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor porch of our room. The quiet time relaxing over a glass of wine was much needed. The bathroom shower is amazing and the room top notch. We helped ourselves to the snacks Sue had made available and enjoyed a movie or two. My wife and I drove away with a feeling that we had just made lifelong friends with Ron and Sue and will return on a regular basis to see our new friends. If you find yourself in need of a relaxing weekend, I highly suggest you call Sue and Ron at Harbor Ridge.

We stayed here for my girlfriends birthday. Beautiful location nestled in the woods with few houses around it, and close to all attractions! Sue and Ron, the owners, are very lovely people who are pleased to have you there. The house is very warming with a social living room upstairs and downstairs. Also with bar and fridge for you to use. We stayed in the happily ever after room and it was very cozy and romantic. Very comfortable king sized bed, electric fireplace which we enjoyed, very nice large tub with jets. Very much got use of that! Nice shower with body nozzles as well. Had nice outdoor private patio for use to sit out on and enjoy the quiet forrest. At night we put on a dvd on the flat screen and battled each other in yatzee and scrabble, just a couple of the many games they provided as well. And an amazing breakfast in the morning! What a great stay, didn't dissapoint!

Warm and inviting home with plenty of room, comfortable beds, outstanding breakfast, and lots of little extras like free snacks, drinks, movies, music, games, and all with a personal touch. Plenty of private time and space to share with your sweetie and common rooms to mingle with other guest. Private hot tubs, jetted bathtubs, large showers, robes, slipers, fireplace in each room, HD TV, DVD player in each room, radio with CD player in each room, tons of CD'S and DVD'S to choose from, a beautiful view and the nicest innkeepers you will ever meet. Absolutely Amazing! Oh and did I mention outstanding food prepared fresh each morning and the best cup of coffee you will find! We loved everything about this place and will be returning soon!

Ron and Sue truly have a warm and welcoming home and they are the nicest folks you'll ever meet. Sue's sense of humor is as outstanding as her cooking (which is unmatched) and they have many suggestions on the best way to enjoy your stay in the area including recommendations for meals, shopping, breweries, etc. We will most definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The food is phenomonal. Mr. Sue is a truely wonderful lady whos talent for making her guest feel welcome and totally at ease is unmatched. I would deffinately reccomend this establishment for any one of any age. If its only to get away and relax or to rekindled some flames this place is amazing. I give it 5 stars. Without hesitation. This was the perfect place for a relaxing, romantic get-away. Clean, comfortable and very inviting. Sue made us feel very welcome and went the extra mile, making a chocolate lava cake for my husband and me to share to celebrate his birthday. Attention was paid to every detail: ocean scented shampoo/body wash to use in the "Captain's Quarters" suite shower, chocolates and fresh cookies in the room, refreshments, snacks, board/card games and DVDs to watch. Breakfast was delicious, gourmet and generously portioned. I could go on and on! Definitely worth visiting. I know we will be back.

This was our second visit to the Inn at Harbour Ridge and it was every bit as good as the first. We stayed in the Captain's Quarters room this time and found it just as enjoyable as the Uncle Bill's Place room that we stayed in on our prior trip. Sue and Ron do such a great job of making you feel at home and making you comfortable. We enjoy our visits with them almost as much as we enjoy our time alone in their wonderful rooms. We looked forward to breakfast each day to see what special new treats Sue had come up with and were never disappointed. We highly recommend the Inn at Harbour Ridge to any couple who wants to get away from it all and spend some relaxing time together in an outstanding setting. We'll be back for sure.

This was our first time at a B&B and we will definitely return to this one. Ron and Sue go out of their way to make you feel at home and you truly do. The beds were to die for and the room was SUPER cozy, comfy and relaxing. We loved the in-room jacuzzi tub, outdoor hot tub on our own private patio. A great place for our morning coffee that Sue quietly left at our door! The attention to detail and personal touches through-out our room and their home was crazy good! We stayed in Uncle Bill's room (feel like I know him now! ) and can't wait to try all the other ones! You can't go wrong choosing this little slice of heaven. Breakfast was amazing! The only negative was not staying longer.

The Inn at Harbour Ridge met all of our expectations! We had an absolutely wonderful weekend there. Sue and Ron are gracious hosts. They are accommodating, pleasant, funny, and wonderful cooks! They made great suggestions for places to eat, to shop and things to do. We stayed in Uncle Bill's place and it couldn't have been more perfect from the luxuriously soft bed, the indoor jacuzzi right in the room, and the private outdoor hot tub right on our own patio. There were games and movies to choose from to watch either in our room or in the common room. There were snacks and beverages. The breakfast each day was prepared and presented so beautifully. The food was delicious and filling. We did not need to eat lunch! You cannot go wrong by staying in this bed and breakfast. Give it a try and see for yourself! I know we will go back.

My husband and I visited te inn to celebrate our one-year wedding anniversary. Osage Beach was a great location because we like to relax and be adventurous. The Inn allowed us to do both. Sue and Ron had great recommendations on local eateries and entertainment. When we weren't out exploring, we enjoyed a peaceful, well decorated retreat in our room, the Captain's Quarters. We had a private hot tub on a deck right outside the room, a nice private bath, cable tv, ample movies to choose from on a cozy night in. Plus, the breakfast each morning was wonderful. It was the little touches that made this a great experience — candles in the room, robes, slippers, lotions, soaps, more. Sue printed out coupons for us, too, before we went to the outlet mall. Overall a great place and experience — one i'd recommend to our family and friends, and we would certainly return! While we didn't use it on this trip, there is a dock for swimming and boating.

Reviewed September 12, 2012 NEW I just wanted to start with how wonderful everything about our stay was at Harbour Ridge. Every little detail is throught of and is done WELL. I surprised my wife with a trip to the INN and she didn't know we were staying here until I pulled in the drive and started to pull bags out of the trunk. Sue was not able to be there on arrival but gave me the secret code for the front door and placed a trail of rose petals to our door. We opened the door to our suite and found a very clean and comfortable room! Awesome decor, WONDERFUL fluffy bed and our own private outdoor HOT TUB. We had been hiking earlier in the day at HA HA TONKA park and stopped by 7 Springs winery on the way to the INN, so the first thing we both wanted was a shower. Large shower and all I can say is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. We were just shocked how nice everything was. Went to dinner and returned to a soak in the HOT TUB with a glass wine. Slept like royalty. Breakfast and company the next morning was incredible and wait till you try her COFFEE. Mmmmm. All in all, great stay, lots to do and see and a very romantic and enjoyable experience. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
