This place has some serous issues.

Right beside a busy highway and an even busier freeway. The rooms were happy way clean, but the bathroom hadn't been touched in a few guests… The locks are complete garbage and required a new card practically after every use. Only stay here if you have to, it was more expensive that other better hotels.

Great. We where 3 wet bike riders who turned up and lady on front desk was more than helpful room was big n comfy price was excellent and breakfast great also. Would stay again. Thanks.

This hotel is a very average place, it's fairly nice. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't check out some of the features. The breakfast was nice, and the room was nice. I definitely recommend. The woman at the front desk was very nice.

Out front it says "Twice the hotel at half the price, " and for what I paid, at least on Priceline, I'm inclined to agree. It's not much to look at on the outside, but inside it's pretty nice. I'd say it was renovated maybe a few years ago. Only complaint is that the shower door was a bit stuck and difficult to move, and the handle had some soap scum or something on it, but overall the room was nice, with HBO and good Wi-Fi.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was in two rooms. Wish the staff would have mentioned that when we got the times because we missed the Omlet bar!

Older motel but very clean and everything worked well. Staff was the nicest people fun to talk with. Breakfast bar was clean and good. And the shower and bed was great. The negatives were the room was a little cramped and if sitting at the desk you couldn’t get by and you had to drive to find a place to eat. And it was not right off the Interstate Hwy.

Great price, clean rooms, super service. What more could you ask for. Breakfast included, Wi-Fi, friendly staff.

I've stayed at this hotel many times for work and it's always a pleasant experience. Plus they have free beer between 5-7pm.

I'd give it a 5 but for the $$ we paid, almost $100 for a room, the upkeep needs to happen. Shower door was stuck and nearly fell in on me, heat didn't work until the desk clerk came to fix the switches. Otherwise, it really was a nice room and the service was awesome. Breakfast was delicious too. Just upgrade the rooms if you're going to charge that much! Stayed at the Comfort inn in Gulfport for half the price and nicer rooms.

I thought this was one of the nastiest rooms we have ever stayed at. The 1st room didn’t look like it had been vacuumed, you could write your name on the ice bucket. The shower door fell off when I opened it. So We asked to be moved in hopes of a cleaner room but was once again disappointed. The bedspread had sex stains all over it. There were French fries under the bed skirt in which I stepped on, these floors had not been vacuumed either. Just a suggestion. Your cleaning crew can make or break your business. Hire a new team!

It only took 27 minutes to check in since the Girl on the front desk DON'T know how to use a Computer and definitely don't know how to swipe a Card…

The treadmill was out of service. However, the room was fine and no issues to report. The Wi-Fi was good speed too.

I drove from the west coast to the east coast and stayed at 4 Comfort Inns during my trip: Orem, UT; Albuquerque, NM; Oklahoma City and Tupelo MS. The Comfort Inn in Tupelo was the worst compared to the other locations. The room was superficially cleaned. You could tell because it had dust on the furniture, disgusting stains on the curtains and refrigerator. Also, the next day I woke up and had red bites on my neck, arm and legs. Bed bugs! The breakfast was not good at all (biscuits were hard as a brick, eggs and the breaded 'meat' were disgusting). The front desk was friendly but not the other staffs.

Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, room was clean. Would have liked enough linens in the room, (only one wash cloth). Breakfast was great, with a good variety.

Excellent staff. Greeted with a smile. Good wholesome snack w coffee at time of check in. Room clean and ready on time. Highly recommend.

Everything was good, the only thing I can complain about is the King rooms had no mini fridge or microwave. Kind of a big deal for me considering I live on the road and for the price and the kind of hotel they should have them in every room. I enjoyed my stay here, overall a nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Very nice service. Clean pool, and a hot breakfast. What more could you ask for in a hotel for a couple nights sleep.

Very clean and comfortable. Only complaint I had was I had a lot of trouble getting my room keys to work the locks on all the doors.

First of all, the hotel is clean and the beds are comfy. But most of all we so appreciated Lex who helped us upon check in. She made us a fresh pot of coffee and then cleaned out the washer and dryer so we could do our laundry. After being on the road 7 days with 2 small kids, she was wonderful. Then a delicious breakfast this morning, and Lexus was a delight. Excellent customer service! Thank you! We highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel. The staff was wonderful! The most friendly, competent hotel staff I've dealt with in a long time. The exterior and public areas were clean and attractive. The room, while showing it's age, was still quite nice. The beautiful outdoor pool looked appealing, but it was not heated. Breakfast was typical motel fare.

Welcoming environment. Beautiful rooms at a good price. The Tupelo Comfort Inn is the best place to stay in Tupelo.

Good stay at a typical hotel. Bed was comfy, Internet was good. Standing shower in my room was plenty big enough. Not a lot of services immediately near the hotel though. Still worth the money.

Comfort Inn Tupelo is a wonderful hotel to stay in because you get plenty of rest. Also the breakfast is really good and they have a variety of stuff you can eat and try their bold coffee I highly recommend it!

I am a diamond member worst manager ever on duty. We have been staying here on the second weekend of every month for over a year and sometimes twice a month. Will not be staying ever again. For the past few months we have been having a issue with every time I could they was charging me a different rate every time. So last month we negotiated a rate and that was suppose to be my rate code and when I checked in this time the manager told me it was a different rate and she flat lied to me and told me that was not the rate. We also had a bug in our bed and she yelled and said why did you not bring the bug up here. I said really. She was rude and walked away. I think upper management needs to find a new manager that will be helpful to the guest and not lie to the guest who has been faithful to them every month. We will not be staying there no more.

Diamond member review. It's okay. Parking is okay, service is good, windows do not open and the rooms are pretty smelly, I almost got sick in the first one. Beds + Pillows are okay. Breakfast was glyphosate garbage.

Great hospitality. Clean modern rooms. Comfy beds. However the walls are thin, and you can hear people talk in the hall way all the time, they also need to fix the doors because every time they close it sounds like someone is slamming them. Keep waking up in the middle of the night because someone was talking in the hall or doors were slamming. : (
