Very friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable atmosphere, with clean rooms.

Clean, pet friendly, hot breakfast, hot dinner (mon-Thursday), reasonable price & staff was nice.

My room was clean. The bed had nice blankets with clean sheets. I appreciated spotless bathroom. They had the best hotel breakfast I've had in a long time (granted that I work on the road and usually avoid the pricey hotels). The eggs were real eggs, not the powder or carton type. Mmmm. Left with an all around good impression of the staff because of their nice attitudes and professional etiquette. Not one complaint.

Very comfortable place to rest. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Cable, wri ting desk w/chair, regular sofa chair, fridge, microwave, etc. Would definitely visit this choice hotel again.

The stay was nice. The room was clean & the breakfast was good.

Very clean room, that is the most important thing for me! It was also quiet, that’s great as we were traveling! Had a great breakfast, with bacon, that is very rare to see, they had blueberry waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausages, and the bacon, fruits, as well as the normal breakfast foods.
If I go that way again would for sure stay here!

Excellent hotel to stay at on our way to Florida. Friendly staff made us feel welcome. The area seemed very safe. Our room was clean. The free breakfast was a nice surprise. The nicest we've ever had at a Quality Inn. Scramble Eggs, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits & gravy, waffles and more. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff combined with clean and well maintained accommodations made for a very pleasant stay (one night May 17th 2018).

Not too bad but not great. Clean but small. Liked the breakfast buffet. Its so very nice to start my day with fresh fruits.

Very friendly staff and I love the free hot breakfast and dinner! The rooms are nice and updated. The location is perfect right by the main roads and interstate.

Rooms were decent. I'm not a fan of hotels that open to the outside, but this one was very acceptable. Staff very nice.

My husband and I had ridden our motorcycle to Tupelo on our way to Daytona and we stopped here for the night. Not only was the rate reasonable but Jennifer the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and beyond helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

I have stayed several times for work, am currently staying now and have been all week. If I am working close to Tupelo this is where I am staying. Rooms are clean, bed's comfortable, staff is nice and helpful, house keeping staff very friendly. Just a great atmosphere. And great breakfast.

Great place to stay. The staff is very nice and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast is amazing.

Place was clean, I did bring my blacklight and found several stains on the carpet, couch and outer bedspread. Blacklights detect blood, urine and/or semen. So, you know, those stains were one or all of the preceding. The toilet was also urine-splashed and not clean. The covers were clean, tho, no spots on the covers. Still, I wanted to sleep standing up in the corner, fully clothed. Picture of the stains on the bedspread. Both ends had stains, like where you sit on the edge of the bed to tie your shoes. There was a greasy head stain on the headboard. They did have a large fridge.

Great place to stay and price is good, Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice, clean rooms. Full HOT breakfast is the best around and they use real scrambled eggs.

Hands down the best Quality Inn we’ve stayed in. Clean, quiet comfy. They even had makeup remover wipes! Customer service was excellent! Jennifer was welcoming and southern kinda sweet! THE BEST PART WAS THEIR DELUXE BREAKFAST! Sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy and waffles!

Great staff who were very friendly when I arrived. The room was clean and in good condition. Had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. This hotel is also just down the road from a huge shopping center, so I had plenty to do at night or food to go eat. Overall a great low cost option for an overnight.

I practically live in hotels all over the southeast and this is one the most friendly and helpful staffs that I encounter. I've stayed here many times and they are always great. I Highly recommend this place.

Probably the best in I've stayed it. Room was about as nice as you'd expect from a hotel. Internet was fast, and breakfast was surprisingly good. Bed was nice with a nice flatscreen TV and HBO.

The staff at the front desk is awesome very nice n friendly people… clean rooms clean towels the beds r comfy and the air is ice cold… they make u feel more at home and welcome u at the door… the food is the best ive even seen at a hotel and the coffee is awesome… when I come to tupelo the only place I stay is here… plus they have outside lights that u can see from the road that makes more people feel safe.

Overall the stay was okay. When I reserved the room over the phone I was not told about a deposit if you pay with cash. Would have been nice to have known in advance. Glad I had a little extra cash on me or we wouldn't have gotten the room. A big con was that the room had what I described as a wet dog and sweat. (I used a fourth of my bottle of bath and body spray to make the smell bearable) When I mentioned it to the clerk I was informed that she knew exactly what I was talking about and that it was their cleaner. Room was clean other than the smell. Clerks were friendly. But definitely won't be my first choice to stay if ever back in Tupelo.

Clean room. Much better inside than it looks on the outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to those looking for cheap lodging for an overnight stay.

The room was clean and the air conditioning was on so the room was nice and cool. They even gave us a play pen for my 2 yr old which didn't cost extra. They offered a variety of foods for breakfast and everything was delicious. The only problem I had was the air conditioner. It was loud and kept waking me up throughout the night as it came on. For this reason I gave 4 stars.

I haven't stayed here yet, but I must write a review just based off of customer service while searching for a hotel. The reviews are great but what convinced me the most to stay was how accommodating the staff was when I called. They were the most accommodating for disabled veterans and service dogs and the most willing to listen and easy to understand over the phone. I look forward to my stay and will provide update.

We were there for the Tupelo Furniture Market, the room was very clean, everyone was very helpful. I ended up leaving my external hard drive & some money in a case in our room and didn't realize it until the following week. I received it today in the mail from the staff. Thank you so much for helping me out, I am truly grateful.

The staff their is amazing I loved how they had a full breakfast plus and evening meal for you great job if your in the area stay here.

We've stayed here a few times. Simple and basic rooms, nothing fancy, but clean. Breakfast, friendly staff, good price.

Great quality room! Recently renovated and updated. It fit my family of 5 easily, with a roll away bed. I would strongly recommend!

They are currently undergoing renovations, so some of the issues I'll list may be getting resolved. The staff was professionally pleasant nd the room felt generally secure and was clean with no evidence bugs or funny smells. However, the walls were stained and the wall paper was starting to peel. We had a fridge, but the freezer compartment had been allowed to get completely frosted over, limiting how cool/cold the overall fridge compartment could get. Canned drinks were fine, but I wouldn't have wanted to try keeping cream for coffee or milk. The shower curtain was too narrow for the curtain rod and would not close completely.

The rooms were ok but are in need of some work and updating. Bed slept well, have a large TV with microwave and refrigerator. Check in and check out clerks were super friendly. Breakfast, while hit, wasn't great. Sausage patties were off tasting and waffle batter cooked an elastic like waffle.

Decent location reasonably comfortable room. The hotel was showing its age a little bit but it's still acceptable. Didn't try the breakfast buffet but I assume it's standard fare. Staff was very willing to help accommodate all requests. Including a late check-out!

The Quality Inn in Tupelo is a good balance of value and cleanliness. I meet people there frequently, and their staff are usually very courteous and helpful.

The hotel stay was ok. Rooms needs upgrade but for the price it's ok. Management is very nice and the front desk clerk.

Sterling the front desk was very nice very polite very helpful very friendly my hotel room smells like bug spray each time we came in the room.

Horrible service! Internet was slow & the cable TV did not work at least until mid night. Nobody answers the phone on front desk when called for questions.

Stayed here 2 wks staff was very accommodating. Motel was very clean and peaceful at night. Best motel breakfast I've had and I travel alot!

It was GREAT! Refrigerator & microwave in room a help accomodating gluten-free diet. Internet and printer in lobby a great thing in researching area sites, confirming airline reservations, printing tickets. Extra towels when we needed them, nice crew overall. Spent 6 days there for a wedding this past week. Front desk ladies VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL with suggestions when pre-ordered tux pants were too short and shop would not replace them. They sent us to just the right people in downtown Tupelo to get alterations! Loved the breakfast in the mornings — best scrambled eggs ever! Hubby & son appreciated the afternoon pizza.

I stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and the breakfast bar was out of this world. Me and my husband do quite a bit of traveling throughout the year and this was by far the best breakfast we had… they had real scrambled eggs with sausage and bacon. They even had biscuits! What a treat. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there.
