The employees were not nice THEY WERE RUDE! I will never be back!

Staff was really rude. Really need to notify customers upon check in if amenities are not available. Either that, or post a sign. No need for staff to assume customers would know the pool was closed without a sign. Managment spoke very inappropriate to us.

Clean room, free hot breakfast, friendly staff and an incredible price. If there was a con, it would be that my room was obviously a smoking room at some point in the past as it still had some of that odor, but for under $60 a night I'm happy.

A thorough cleaning would be helpful. No place to hang a wet towel. Tub wouldn't drain so we stood in ankle deep water. The only saving grace was the delightful lady at the breakfast station, she was attentive and eager to please (unlike the front desk people).

This is one of the nicest locations I have stayed in. Clean, friendly and comfortable. They have a great free Breakfast with scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. We will definitely be back.

Very nice room and quite bed was comfortable, had a good night sleep, ready to go this morning.

This is a very clean and well maintained hotel. Upon check in we were greeted warmly and efficiently checked in. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, grounds are well maintained. Breakfast was also very tasty. They have a very nice lady making sure your breakfast experience is superior. I definately recommend staying at this Red Roof Inn anytime in Tupelo.

Staff was nice. Room was big all laminate floors great for dogs. A little musty smell but overall a good Red Roof Inn. Much better for the price then the La Quinta whcih we had stayed at the last time in town. My only complaint would be the towels need an upgrade. Great water pressure and nice hot water.

The price was good for 2 bed motel, there were not bed bugs, the room was well cleaned. The bedroom was stocked with a safe, microwave, fridge, blow dryer… Coffee pot, coffee, tea etc. There was a pool. Best continental breakfast ever! I will not be staying in a motel 6 again!

Saw that the reviews were great, and the price was low, so I booked a room as we were passing through. Big mistake! The beds are comfy, but sheets were dirty, and I had to pick several hairs from my side of the bed. My son's sheets were also spotty. The floor was both scuffed and dirty. The piece of carpet by the beds looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. The AC didn't work well. Said it was 60 deg when it was more like 72-75. Bathroom was dirty. Several people hanging out outside, but they weren't loud. Run away before you think of staying here!

Bad night. Air conditioner making noise all night. Compressor kicks on and made a heck of a racket. Breakfast OK but horrible weak coffee. Nice morning staff. Night staff, not so much. Great shower. No reason to come back.

Avoid! Bugs dead and alive on the floor near the bed and TV stand (see photos) and even inside refrigerator, black mold in the refrigerator, the door between the room and the restroom/shower is way bigger than its frame and can not be closed, if you press it too hard you can make some progress, not to the full close although, the gap will still be visible, but it will never open again leaving you inside, a noisy rattling AC, the restroom drain didn't work, had to fix it myself just to wash my hands, terrible odor in the living room like after cleaning chemicals, the fan in the restroom right above the bathtub is full of dust and doesn't work, so the odor and moisture stays there forever and also goes to the main room. The coffee maker was dirty and dusty with the top lid broken, I didn't take a risk making coffee in it. It looked like it's not been used for a long time. I ran away soon after checking in and checked out before midnight telling the front desk person that they owe me the full refund. The front desk person told me that this room was remodeled just recently. Really? Maybe it was much worse before remodeling? Just cannot imagine how much worse it could be. There are huge gaps between walls and floor, I can expect a bug exchange with other rooms. There is a visible space between entrance door and floor so crawling and flying beings are welcomed. In addition there was some white residue near safe, not sure what that was, maybe a bug poison or some cleaning powder.

The hallway and room smelled quite bad, they tried to cover the smell with chemicals, the tub didn't drain the ice machine broken, hair dryer didn't work all the electric outlets were stretched out and couldn't be used,

Updated facility. Very nice for the price. Clean throughout. Husband and I were impressed. Would recommend to stay here.

This was a wonderful experience, very nice room with all the amenities and a super comfy bed! The hot breakfast in the morning was also well liked. Great staff too!

I think it needs to be said about this red roof inn… This red roof sets the bar for all other red roof inn. I wish they were all this nice. The staff was friendly the rooms were Very clean the breakfast was fresh and warm. The room decor was a cut above any other red roof inn. I was literally amazed at this place. I think someone needs to call corporate and tell them that they need to make this the standard. Simply the best. Congratulations. I am not impressed easily.

We were there to help some friends move and stayed there overnighr. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time but had the sections blocked off. Our room was already redone. The room was clean and spacious. Np issues. Checkout was amooth. Only real things I noticed. I saw an envelope for gratuity for housekeeping and while I was happy to do it. I just don't think that is something that gets put out there. Also. The decks were only open 9an till 10 pm. Why on earth do u set time for a deck?. Also breakfast needs to be rethought. Things were running out by 8

The outlets on the walls either didn't work or the plugs wouldn't stay in. Breakfast was awesome. Hotel smelled of paint due to the remodeling. I loved that they worked with us to get a first floor room and handicap accessible which made it easier for my Papa to have independence during our visit. The bathroom was the perfect size for him to get in and out of with his knee scooter.

Great stay! The room looked like it was newly remodeled, was very nice and clean. Staff the next morning at breakfast was very nice and inviting.

I didn't get her name. But the first lady at the desk was nice then, then they had a shift change. Brittney at the desk was rude. Then they put me in a room where people were upstairs doing construction right above me. So after just getting here from Michigan I was only able to get about 2 hours of sleep. This was on Friday. Saturday & Sunday went well though. And Room Service was very nice.

Horrible urine smell in the halls and our room. The hallway was filthy and our room was run down. We picked it for the 4 star reviews. Glad I had essential oils to cover the smell. I won't be staying at a pet friendly hotel again. Anyway, one that doesn't take better care of smells like that.

Really, the reconstructed Red Roof Inns are pretty awesome. I love the laminate floors and they had microwave, refrigerator, and a HDTV with a lot of channels. Nothing to complain about. I think one of the ice machines was out of service, but, the other one was no too far away.

Enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. It is well worth the price (which is very affordable).

Dog friendly. The front desk clerk was amazing. I unfortunately didn't get her name (it was her first night on that shift). She even called to make sure the room was ok.

Great room rates. Hotel staff are very courteous. Rooms are nice. They allow pets. Non smoking hotel. Coffee/tea bar and complimentary breakfast. Free Wi-Fi.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Awesome water pressure in the shower. Wi-Fi good. Breakfast good. (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, yogurt, juice, oranges, toast, cereal/oatmeal, and excellent coffee! ) Great value!

The price was GREAT… the room was big but the bathroom had a few issues The free breakfast was pretty lame (no fruit at all). It offered pancakes.

It is a clean and quite place. The room was much nicer than I expected for the price. The front desk staff that I personally interacted with during my week stay was very friendly and helpful. It is only 10 minutes from the North Mississippi Medical Center. I will be staying here again if I ever need a place to stay in the area.

The breakfast bar is hot and a wide variety. The staff are friendly and very helpful. A very good value for what you spend.

Clean room, mostly motel-style rooms with outdoor severance. We'd probably go back. Good place for a road warrior or couple on a road trip looking for a one night place to sleep. Didn't think much of the breakfast and coffee was bogus.

While I slept I felt something walk on my waking up I realized that it was a cockroach on my body, take pictures and go down to the reception to tell you this echo is worth mentioning that I have a daughter of 2 months of age and a four year old son sleeping in The beds and my wife too, I told him about the diseases that could have the girl at the reception and told her to tell the cleaning staff to clean better, I did not want to change the room was 2:30 am, which start to reside screaming and if not that Laugh to change room I did not understand my annoyance and could not help me any more, really disgust of hotel. Do not change room for us stood at 7 to continue our trip and rest would be interrupted.

House keeping was a little lazy with the details. Otherwise, we couldn't be happier with our stay. Very clean and comfortable beds. Definitely the best budget hotel room we've ever stayed in.

Room was clean and pleasant. When we arrived at the front desk, we were the only guests waiting and there was no one to help us. We waited about 10-15 minutes to be helped. Other than that, everything was good.

Everything about the Inn was very good. Lovely, comfortable, big room. Nice breakfast room and good breakfast, typical of an Inn. About 2.2 miles from Tupelo centre. Had to take car in but no problem parking. Would definitely recommend this Inn.

Very accommodating from the phone reservations to the housekeeping. Clean rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Good size bathroom. Nice outdoor pool with lounging area. It has a very nice free breakfast with a good variety. Great hotel for just over $60 a night.

Great stay. We were passing through and stayed for one night. The room was clean and updated. Can't beat the price. Convenient location right off the highway.

I was surprised at the quality of this hotel. While it's obvious that the building is old, the rooms seem to have been updated. Our room was clean, didn't smell unpleasant, had nice furnishings, and most importantly a rather comfortable bed. Breakfast was a pretty standard affair. My only complaints are that our room wasn't near enough to a router to get good Wi-Fi (literally the farthest room away from the office), and the AC unit was a little loud, but was only really an issue because I already had a migraine when I got there. Ordinarily I'd have been able to sleep through it just fine.

This hotel is really motel like. The room we stayed in had recently had some updates but the crew or cleaning lady either didn't have a chance to really clean it or what I'm not sure. There was putty in the floor cracks and on door handles but they are trying. New TV, fridge, microwave, paint, vanity. They apparently had some workers staying there as renovations are being done so gives off the monthly rate vibe. But for $72 it worked for the night. The beds were comfortable but a little more springy than I would have liked. Definitely get a queen bed room. We switched rooms because off the lack of parking on the one side because of all the people that were either that were working there or close by. Will stay clear unless desperate.

Very clean room. More than I expected for $65. More than continental breakfast. Push button pancakes plus decent sausage gravy and biscuits. Comfortable bed and pillows. 5 star if we had been left with bath towels.

Was very pleased with the room as far as being clean, spacious and comfortable. The only problem I had was the smoke detector low battery went off beeping every 30 seconds at 1:11 am until around 4. The next morning I reported it at the desk so the next person wouldn't have that problem. After I left I realized the desk person didn't know what room # as she never asked my name or room #. Oh well I tried.

Very friendly staff. Nice place to stay but I'm spoiled to my bed at home and theirs was a little on the hard side. Woke up with horrible back pain but once up and moving all was well.

Great room at a great rate. Much better than we expected. Would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this location.

Dianne Suga — the manager — checked me in. Very friendly and warm. The rooms are so clean, you could eat off the floors! The breakfast area was very clean and many food items to choose from. Everyone there was very friendly — both members of Red Roof Inn as well as the guests. I'm a smoker and always take my smoking habit outside… so to be a non smoking establishment… good for them!

Loved the price and our room! The staff was awesome, really helpful and friendly. The bed was really comfortable and breakfast was great! I would stay here anytime I'm in Tupelo.

Decent low cost place to crash. High carb conteninal breakfast included. Great city to visit!

They were excellent! we were in the process of relocating && we stayed there for about a month && they managed to accommodate us in any which way they could. We had to switch rooms && I had forgot my sons lotion && baby chest rub && they brought it right to my other room! The maids were very nice && understanding. I would highly recommend this hotel! Very clean too!

It's a great place to stay. It may not be the most extravagant hotel, but for a simple person such as myself, it's great.

We had a dog so we were put into the building that had the outside entrance. When we first walked in the room looked spotless. The room was large and it had been upgraded. The wood floors were very nice. We settled in to go to sleep and saw a roach by the tv. I tried to kill it but missed and then I couldn't find it. Not 10 minutes later there was an even bigger roach crawling up the headboard. Again I missed it. I told the front desk and they were friendly and very nice and moved us to another room in a different building that had access from the inside. This room was also very nice and much more quiet so we ended up staying 2 nights here during our travels. I would stay here again but I would recommend the rooms with the interior entrance. Great staff!

I stayed at the red roof inn, in Tupelo Ms my room number was 243 I didnt have room service because I kept my dnd up but my overall experience was great.

You can tell it use to be a Hampton, has their nice beds. Clean. I'd stay again if it continues to stay well maintained. Michelle at the front desk was extra nice and made sure we had a nice stay. Can't beat the price.

There pet friendly. &have soft Down pillows. Mmmm soft.

They just upgraded the rooms, it used to be a Hampton inn. Was a great night, quiet and priced well. A good breakfast and polite staff. Would definitely stay again.

Clean rooms, properly set-up hdtv's, nice lobby, password — free Wi-Fi, and waffles for breakfast! Who could ask for more from a budget motel?

This hotel is by far the best my family and I have stayed at! the service and the rooms where amazing especially in the morning when we got up to get breakfast the lady there treated us and everybody so good she said she always tries to make everybody happy. Definitely staying here again.
