This hotel is getting old and dated. The carpet was worn through in spots, the showers are dirty and stained, and rooms are overall dated and dirty. The steps on the exterior of the building looked unsafe to use as the wood is rotting and the paint is peeling. The staff is unfreindly and does nothing to make you feel welcome. Do not consider this hotel if looking for a nice stay.

The rooms are nicer basically a small condo type layout, they've got the standard Wi-Fi breakfast dinner and such, also what's nice is you get a kitchen (full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a few dishes)

Always stay at this hotel when im in the area. Residence Inn has never let me down. Very friendly staff and great access to many stores and the mall.

The meandering layout of guest houses along the golf course and creek gives this hotel a very different feel than you'd expect so close to Milwaukee.

A little older hotel that has full kitchens in each room. Scenic being on the golf course. Easy to get to and easy out.

The hotel is in the middle of a golf course and right off the highway. Easy to get to and very quiet. Breakfast every morning was excellent. The negatives would be that the room was clean but seemed very outdated and always seemed dusty/musty. Another major issue I had was that the Internet service was horrible even when I paid for upgraded service.

The accommodations are clean and spacious, and did a great job keeping out the first nasty winter blast. My family enjoyed our stay, especially with our own kitchen and two bathrooms.

I put an debt card down to hold my room and the money still haven't come back to my card. The money been pending for 3 weeks now. I really don't suggest this hotel at all if you want your money back to your car sooner. The silver wear was really dirty. And the sheets wasn't the best had to go get new sheets. If you have the option to pick another hotel. Please do.

I never even got the chance to stay at this hotel because I couldn't get past the event coordinator, Janet. I called to ask if they set up room blocks for events and she happily told me they do. She asks a few more polite questions and then asks what type of event I'm planning. I tell her it's for a 10 year high school reunion and she changed her tone completely. She goes on to tell me her hotel is too pricey for my guests and they don't offer breakfast, a shuttle or any amenities that would appeal to my guests. She tells me they don't allow any partying and my guests wouldn't have any fun and it would be better if we took our business elsewhere, and proceeded to list off all the other hotels in the area. If she isn't interested in bringing business into the hotel she should have just lied from the start and told me they don't do room blocks for events. Instead she insulted myself, my guests and wasted both of our time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My husband travels for business and sometimes I am able to stay with him. We spent a week at the Brookfield Residence Inn and were overall happy with our stay. The town home style suites are very nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the physical state of the hotel left something to be desired. There were a lot of broken or older things throughout the hotel in both the room and clubhouse. The golf course was very badly maintained, and the exercise room is literally a small cube with two treadmills. Also they put a large family right next to a business traveller, and they were loud and inconsiderate for the nights we had to stay next to them. No effort was made to tell them to quiet down even after midnight when my husband had to be up before 6 a. M. I would stay here again, but I think next time I would complain if there is so much unnecessary noise. Especially since they make you sign a no partying-no noise policy sheet at check-in.
