Love hotels that are kid friendly they are very much so they have a large pool don’t have to worry about noise level while in the pool. Big inboxed outdoor lounge area.

A very comfortable, and quiet place, with very friendly staff and ease of access to the city. Our clients were thrilled with their stay.

The New Dialogue band stayed here after a performance while on tour, and loved it! The staff was awesome, and the rooms are amazing, very clean and quiet which is nice after a long day on the road. There was plenty of parking, and they even had a laundry room to help get caught up before hitting the road the next day!

Had a fantastic stay at the Doubletree in Brookfield! As a tour manager for traveling musicians, comfort, cleanliness and security are my top priorities when it comes to lodging, and this hotel more than delivered. We arrived late after a show in town, and the fantastic front desk staff already had our rooms ready and keys made, all I had to do was sign a few papers and off to bed! The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, I really appreciated that they have both firm and soft pillows on the beds, making sure that everyone can be comfortable. The well proportioned bathroom had fantastic water pressure, and was sparkling clean! The towels were soft and fluffy, just like I like them :) All in all a fantastic property I would definitely recommend to anyone, for business or pleasure!

Having a great educational experience today getting certified by Brazilian Blowout.

No running water, I mean no water period. We cannot wash our hands, flush the toilet, brush our teeth or shower. My girlfriend is the maid of honor in her best friend's wedding and doesn't know when or if she'll be able to take a shower before they get their hair done. No apologies, no offer to send us elsewhere or refund our money. All while I sleep 5ft away from toilet we are unable to flush with hands I couldn't wash afterwards! Beyond Unacceptable.

Pool area is kept at 63 degrees, incredibly thin walls and no continental breakfast. Not a terrible place but there are certainly better options in the area.

When checking in the young lady at front desk was amazing! very welcoming! My only complaint would be the pool area. Cold and small. And the hot tub jets were way too loud. But the beds were comfy and the rooms clean, main objective!

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern. We stayed overnight and got the zoo pass special. Went to the zoo on Sunday and the ballgame on Monday. The hotel was in a perfect location for both. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel that maintains the double tree brand. Through a clerical error I had booked the wrong day and they were full that night. Mike the staff attendant graciously called local hotels to find me an accommodation for the night. Nice to see friendly staff to help their guests.

Awesome location, staff were very kind and free breakfast, woo! The rooms were very clean and very nice showers with strong water pressure. There is a pool and hot tub which can't be understated.

The staffing is great at this location. I would give the 5 stars but the hotel needs a bit updates. When we come to Milwaukee we stay at this DoubleTree. Call ahead as it is often sold out. Restaurant good food as well.

Hotel is clean. Pool is good. Whirlpool is for 2 ppl. Front desk are pleasant. Continental Breakfast is very expensive! 9.99 and 13.99 for buffet style. Nothing on there is worthy of 10. Scrambled eggs. Bacon, some floppy French toast (taste ok/good). Some juice. Coffee was not ready. Dawn was very nice and pleasant. The other worker we ran into was not. Internet was spotty. Kept kicking us and then required us to keep logging back in. … Over all, this “shiney” hotel is not worth the cost!

Great rooms that are stylish and have comfortable beds. Don't know what else you want in a hotel, but this hotel also has friendly and helpful staff! I would definitely stay here again. Close proximity to the north and west side of Milwaukee, lots of conveniences nearby.

Great hot-tub and pool area. Very nice and comfortable room. Modern decor and nice TV in bedroom. Great price as well and was nice and close friends o the mall and zoo. Zero complaints.

Upscale atmosphere. Nice bar and dinning area. Large quad with furniture to hang out outside.

Pretty standard hotel. The room was ok, there staff was nice. All was ok but nothing truly stood out as amazing or excellent.

I was there for the MDR home cooking show. I got a bunch of awesome incentives just because I am getting married this summer! I was there with my fiance, and as soon as we walked in, hospitality at the hotel knew why we were there. It made it easy to find.

Not up to Double Tree Standards. Very sub par. *The bathroom was not cleaned to normal hotel standards — (had some short hairs in there) *Remote for T. V. Had 5 working buttons & no channel guide. *Ice machines on multiple floors out of order. *Pool was very old and dirty looking. Hot Tub was the same and had a hidden on switch — Don't think they like it to be used because of its age. *Cookies at front desk were cold (two different times) ***yes I am picky but I have high standards for Double Tree Hotels. The staff were very polite. :)

Updated over the years nicely. Breakfast not included though. That's a downgrade for me. The carpet in the room was marginally vacuumed.

Very nice meeting area that I attended for work. A/C went out so it was quite warm but not a big issue.

Nice hotel. The room was everthing you'd expect. The batgroom was great and had good water pressure. The breakfast buffet was satisfying. Would recommend.

It was nice, we went there because we saw a show near the hotel and didn't want to make the 2 hour drive home after. The only downside is we wanted to go to the bar after the show and even though they said the bar is supposed to be open till 11, they were closde at 10:20. But other than that the room was clean, the check in ladies were delightful.

Most horrible experience I ever had lady at front desk was so ridiculous… My fiance got cut in the pool and when we went to go report it she claims we were doing it to get a free stay and free breakfast… How crazy is that? After explaining to her Wat happened with blood in the pool she still let ppl swim in it… How gross… long story short don't get a room here unless u wanna dirty place.

Definitely not what I'd expect from a Hilton hotel! Made reservation through the app. Picked a room, wasn't ready when we got there. Told us a 15 minute wait, they never came to get us after 15 minutes. Went to desk asked about our room at 3pm, check in time, were told it's not ready and switched us to another room. This suite was not worth $160! Badly in need of a good cleaning, repairs and upgrade. Only positive I have is the bed and pillows were ok. Definitely will not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone else either. We will talk to a manager before we check out.

Simply the most comfortable bed. Very clean and staff is friendly. You also get a cookie upon arrival. Big shout.

I would give Dorian, Chicas, Judy (? a server who has been there for 10+ years) & the cooks 5 stars. They were very attentive, friendly, & helpful. While this hotel LOOKS nice at quick glance, it seems as though the contractors did not care at all about quality. Think first-time flippers: hotel addition. Every time a door closes, you will hear it-even down the hall! When you sit on the bed, you will hear the aluminum frame pop (which is startling). In the shower, there was a large hole surrounding the faucet. A sad attempt at a remedy was a circular plastic thing covering a RECTANGULAR hole more than twice the size of the plastic thing. I really could list many things, as it became a game to see what shortcuts the contractors took to slap together these rooms. The gym had a variety of equipment: free weights, bike, elliptical (but too many treadmills for the space). It was very cramped, & I ended up moving things to have more space for my workout. Out of the 10 channels on the TV in the fitness room, only 3 weren't fuzzy. There was no remote. I expected more from the Hilton name. Thank you to those who work hard related to customer service/housekeeping.

Room was clean, had a fridge, microwave, and safe. Was disappointed that the curtains didn't close and were only covered at most, by a sheer curtain instead of blackout. Also, they were out of cookies at the front desk about half the times I asked about them.

The room was nice, the bartender was very sociable and open, we loved talking to her. The shower took me awhile to figure out how to work, the water however could of been a bit hotter. You could here everything in the hallway, needs better sound proofing.

It looks very contemporary and classy, and its decorations for Christmas were lovely. The people at the front desk are helpful as well.

Touring comedians like our client, Jay Harris are no strangers to hotels and know what it takes to be a great property. This place has it all. Very friendly staff and the room is perfect, there's a laundry room and a swimming pool to use while getting your clothes cleaned. It's close to great attractions if you have the time, and the best of all is the free cookie when you check in!

Rooms are great. Spacious and clean. I had issues with my room being freezing cold. Maintenance couldn't get it to go above 60. They were accommodating and moved me to another room but same issue. Otherwise, the rest of the facility was clean. There's a bar in the atrium if that's your thing.

Great, great, great and great. I'll keep coming back to this place for the comfortable beds and bedding. It's cheaply priced for how comfortable the stay is.

Very nice and comfortable stay. My husband and I stayed here for a night to go to a brewers game. At check in you get warm cookies which was a nice gesture. Room was clean and modern. Price was reasonable.

Nice rooms, no lobby coffee or tea, cool white hallway lighting makes it feel less warm and a bit industrial. Breakfast is okay. The warm cookies are always good. Good location and quiet.

If you are like me and enjoy a quiet evening after work, this place is fantastic. There restaurant is a little slow, but they are super friendly and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The courtyard is a great place to relax and drink a beer.

Upon check in, service at front desk was rude. The room is very clean and comfortable. The courtyard beautiful! But, the pool! Yuck! I entered at 7am for a dip. The pool deck was littered with junk and flaking paint chips, and the drain around the pool not working. Therefore standing water turned to algae. I complained to front desk that the pool area had not been cleaned anytime recently. They told me they would take care of it immediately, however checking out close to noon, it still hadn't been done. This is a health hazard. There's no reason why staff can't keep the pool up and safe for guests. Poor management!

Was an awesome experience, because the person who I staying with is at the highest level in their reward program we were given a premium room reserved just for premium level customers. At check-in we were given cookies and water bottles. The staff were very welcoming. When we got to the room we realized that we were given free breakfast slips for the restaurant and free premium Wi-Fi. The breakfast was quite nice even though one of the cooks was giving me the stink-face the whole time I was up at the buffet.

This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at in the Brookfield area. Looked really nice. Free cookies on check in, comfortable bed and room. Fridge, microwave and a safe. Only thing was the breakfast wasn't included. That was was okay. Checkout wasn't until noon which was nice as well.

Renovated. Feels good. Loved the design all around: lobby, dinning area, and the rooms themselves. Only three floors so feels cozy, yet big enough. BREAKFAST was $16 for two adults — included the usual buffet style items (eggs, granola, yogurt, three kinds of juice) plus a made-to-order omelette with everything you want in it — totally worth it. Friendly staff. Pretty good warm pool and a decent fitness center (two treadmills, free weights, etc. ) Overall highly recommend.

We like the location. We asked for a room by the pool which we got but the hot tub did not work. It was reported. When we checked out next day we were assured the next time we stayed it would be fixed. I appreciate that but that could be a year from now. We stayed to celebrate my birthday.

Nice conference room, however it was extremely cold. It took staff 95 mins to address the situation.

They are in the middle of a remodel, but you would not know it. Everything was clean and the staff was excellent.

Was at the hotel for a seminar. Everything was very nice, staff was professional and courteous.

The hotel is undergoing a complete renovation. Construction workers were hammering away from 9 AM till dinner time. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

The hotel was recently renovated and our room was very clean and modern. Bed was I'd say a 7 or 8 for comfort, of course it's subjective. I wish I could remember the name of the woman that checked us in, she was the friendliness clerk I've ever encounter at a hotel and was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is just a block or two from a large mall and only about 13 minutes to Mayfair mall.

Clean modern rooms, great staff and nice hotel overall. My only problem was there was a wedding and the setup completely blocked elevator to upper floors, it was a crazy setup to see.

Looking at using them for a potential venue for our wedding reception. Currently under construction, but should be done soon. Very nice people who were helpful.

There is sometimes not any staff on at night. The daytime staff are great! It is an older property but is under renovation. Great cafe staff.

They started construction at 9am! And continue all day long. They should invest more money in thicker walls.

Service was very good — both at the front desk and bar. Food was OK for a hotel, nothing special. A bit dated feeling, but it's a clean and convenient spot for my stays in the Milwaukee area.
