Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Included a hot bar, made to order omelettes and eggs by their chef and lots more. Also enjoyed the complimentary rail drinks and snacks from 5:30-7:30 at the bar. All the employees were friendly and accommodating and our room was very spacious with a living room! We will be back.

This is a great property and the only Embassy Suites in WI. Located close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel rooms are newly renovated and spacious. The bar is a nice atmosphere for happy hour or a meal. Free breakfast and happy hour too! I would recommend this property for business travel and family trips.

This hotel allows staff to look up patrons personnel info on FB and publicly confront them regarding their beliefs. And keeps offending employees employed. They are operating illegally without proper license and have many code violations. Not a safe place for you or your family and when confronted with the issues— they never get resolved. Do not patronize! All this info can be verified.

Booked 2 suites for my sons birthday. The 11 years olds were very excited about the pool. Upon check in I was notified that the pool is by reservation only and was completely booked for the night. I was never notified this in the 2 different times I talked to them confirming our stay and making sure the rooms were close to each other. Then I was like ok what about tomorrow can they swim tomorrow? Then I was notified it was first come first serve and that I would have to call at 7am to reserve a spot. And that I was not guaranteed a spot. I get covid affects a lot of things but, they should make sure people know everything before they book. There was nothing about the pool on their website and the first 2 people I talked to never mentioned it. They did nothing to try to accommodate me. I was left at 5pm trying to find rooms at a different hotel last minute. Very stressful. The hotel next door which was a Country inn and suites is where we went. The rooms were great and my kids were able to swim the whole night. It ended up the best choice. I wish I would have booked with Country inn and suites first it would have saved me a whole lot of stress.

Amazing weekend getaway with my boyfriend! Super clean rooms, thoughtful staff… especially Connie at the Front Desk! I felt safe and comfortable from check in to check out… not to mention the yummy breakfast and happy hour! Will be coming back soon!

Stayed here for the first time for a cheer competition. They were wonderful and accommodating. Love that they acknowledged our teams with a Good Luck sign in the morning! Free breakfast was awesome and such a variety!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the service at this hotel. My fiance was staying there for business and I wanted to surprise him and send him a snack care package to his room. I spoke with the front desk and they went above and beyond to make this happen for me. They put together a beautiful basket and I had emailed a few lines I asked to be included in as note for him. They hand wrote my note on a beautiful card and even included a nice touch of color for the heart :) while this may sound silly to some, to me it meant the world because they truly and genuinely cared about my fiance having a great experience. Customer service these days are hot or miss, and this hotel was spot on and made me a life time Embassy Suites customer. Thank you thank you thank you!

Our experience started with our digital key not being assigned. We had to get another set of keys from the desk. We were then welcomed with a stain on the bedroom floor. We asked for additional luggage racks three times over multiple days and finally received them after I expressed the fact that our previous requests were ignored. The ceiling tile in our room also showed evidence of an issue. On top of that, our room door had to be pulled shut with force. We reported the issue of the door and it was never addressed. A maintenance person did walk in on my family saying they were there to fix a toilet, which we didn't have an issue with. The guest rooms were a decent size and breakfast had a decent variety. They had a cook available for omelettes, pancakes and waffles. If you don't like heights, know most of the rooms are lined around an atrium overlooking the ground floor.

We just finished up our wedding of 120 guest at The Embassy Suites — Brookfield. They were amazing to work with. We wanted somewhere that we could enjoy ourselves and not worry about all the little things. (Getting drinks, set up, clean up etc). The staff was great from allowing us to drop stuff off all week (so we did not have to store at the house with 2 dogs) to cleaning up everything at the end of the night. The banquet staff was always working and having water, wine and coffee available or filling glasses. Everyone said wonderful things about the staff and hotel. Thank you Natalie and Audrey for all your help.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, love the happy hour they provide which was perfectly right before our trip to Miller park! On game nights it would be nice if the bar/restaurant was open a bit later for people to have a couple drinks and get some food after a night at the park. Otherwise a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Will likely stay again with their proximity to the park!

My family has been staying here off and on for a number of years when it was an embassy suites then an independent then back as an embassy suites under Hilton hotel chain. Always clean, staff attentive, services very nice, swimming pool great. Breakfast buffet very tasty. Worth the time to stay here for a nights rest. Good place to put up relatives. Handy as is close to freeway.

Booked ahead 6 weeks and showed up and they didnt have a room for us. Worst experience at a hotel ever. I would highly recommend that nobody ever books with this hotel.

Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming, even at 3am. The breakfast was very tasty and a convenient way to start our day. The hotel was very close to a wedding venue and only a 20 min drive to downtown.

This hotel is decent in terms of cleanliness and service. Free breakfast has a good variety. However, dont get a room above the pool, the chlorine will give you a headache! & they have zero regard for the sustainability of our planet. They recently changed to plastic silverware and cups and when I asked if they recycle. They DON'T.

Very friendly staff. Being Hilton Honors members, snacks and beverages in our room were free, which is always nice. We have stayed here several times over the years. I do not like the new decor. Too sterile for my taste. The couch in the room was very uncomfortable, we chose to watch TV sitting on the bed. No plants in the atrium any longer. Reminds me more of a hospital than a hotel. Happy hour offered Bud products, at a hotel in Wisconsin. Also no brandy. I found this rather insulting to the state of Wisconsin. I assume Hilton has a contract with Budweiser. Breakfast was great, as we have come to expect from Embassy Suites. Made to order omelets and pancakes, plus a variety of other hot and cold choices.

Excellent customer service! Clean rooms, comfortable beds (important for good nights sleep! ). Beautiful atrium style lobby, excellent food!

This place is quiet, organized and clean. Would definitely come back and highly recommend… was 5 star till tonight.

Nice but room is a bit dated. Very large lobby area, nice pool with hot tub, on site restaurant. The carpet in my room has what appear to be serval where the carpet has been burned. Other than that it seems fine, nice staff.

We just stayed here for 2 nights. We walked in to our nice big hotel room to find a dirty bathroom. We let the front desk know they told me they would have housekeeping come and deep clean the bathroom. When we came back there was still hair in the tub, sink and on the bathroom floor. We could tell housekeeping had been in our room as things were moved around. We were in town for a tournment and other families said their bathrooms were dirty also. If the bathrooms are not being cleaned what else are they skipping on cleaning? Absolutely grose!

The embassy Suites is a very modern hotel situated just south of the Boorkfield mall. The rooms are large and spacious with a big hot breakfast selection. Employees are friendly and always willing to help. Meeting rooms are perfect for any corporate event with excellent catering provided. Great for a local business meeting location.

Staff was wonderful — very pleasant and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Bathroom could use better design and some maintenance. Breakfast buffet needs a better setup and flow.

I had the occasion to stay at this property due to a corporate multi-day meeting. From check-in… to problem resolution… customer follow-up… and check-out… The management team and staff provided exceptional customer service. It's obvious they have been trained and empowered to provide the best hospitality experience. On a scale of 1-10, they earned an 11 from me. Thanks everyone!

We stopped in for trivia at Bertrand's bar and were pleasantly surprised. The bartender, Cory, was amazingly attentive considering he was manning the entire bar area with just a single helper. The food was good, if a tad pricier than I'd like but that wasn't unexpected at a hotel bar. Overall, it was a good experience.

This has always been a nice hotel, but since the remodel its even better. The inside atrium/lobby area is awesome. The evening reception and breakfast are nice perks as well. I have been here with a school group as well, and they are really easy to work with.

Upon check in my husband and I expressed I I checked in online, knowing your rooms are not guaranteed, this has not been an issue with any other Hilton property. Attendant told me she didn't see any changes to my reservation and unfortunately the room I requested was no longer available. Hours later we get a room call (10pm) to come to the front desk for a minute. There is a lobby full of guest and we are told there was an issue, step aside and we will be informed after she deals with other guest. After she checks in the lobby full of guest we are told we were give someone else room and we need to move to the room we checked into online, there was a mistake at check in. My family has showered and had dinner in the room and you want us to move. When we informed the front desk we checked into a room, why didn't they ask the other family to move and give us the room. We informed the attendant we had this discussion at check in and that if she had took the time to check she would have noticed this error. We did not move and we will NOT stay at this hotel in the future.

Went to the embassy suites for a Work event. Nice large sized conference room, for about 100 ppl. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and elegant. There was a large selection for food (cod, chicken and beef) which was very delicious! Bathrooms were very clean!

Overnight stay was excellent as expected when staying at an Embassy Suites. Service at check-in was smooth. Had dinner in the restaurant with two others traveling with me and all agreed the food was good. Unique bar in this location but was too tired to stay up after eating. Service during dinner was excellent. The room had been refreshed/remodeled fairly recently and all was perfect. I slept like a rock. The included breakfast with made to order eggs and omelettes was great. This location had an interesting event-apparently every Wednesday, they host a trivia night. Fun for the hotel guests but almost 75% of the people playing were locals. Something to consider if you are staying here and looking for something to do other than sitting in your room.

It's an older hotel with a center Courtyard enclosed of course. Bar in the middle seating all around. This change names a couple of times one of them being Brookfield Suites. It's worth the stay as long as you get a good price.

The staff is so helpful and welcoming. Me & my girlfriend stayed for our 7 year anniversary The room service was quick and delicious, the room was AMAZING, & the complimentary breakfast and happy hour was awesome. Audrey their sales manager is WONDERFUL! She was a huge part in this stay being so perfect. Would recommend to everyone!

Most of the family attending a recent wedding nearby stayed here. All were completely satisfied with their rooms and the great amenities included. Breakfast options included made to order omelets. Also included was wine reception each evening.

Room — Clean spacious and comfortable Pool — Ahh the water was warm and soothing Amenities — Happy hour, snacks in room and a great breakfast. Will we return? Very nice hotel. Recently renovated. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Freshly made breakfast and evening reception with snacks are an added plus. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great location close to restaurants and a great happy hour free to guest nice wind down after training or work. Staff very friendly and helpful with getting around and making sure that you are comfortable. Would have five stars but steam room was down for complete days there and hot tub was not hot enough as I'm use to.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast including made to order eggs and pancakes. However, when we got to our room at about 10:30 pm the bathroom wasn't cleaned from the previous guest. The staff came by and cleaned right away, but it's not the same as having a clean room from the start.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was tasty and the adults only pool hours are great. Also the fact that the pool uses salt to be cleaned instead of chlorine was nice. Only two negatives; the Wi-Fi is hard to connect to and there was a dirty towel under our bathroom vanity.

I attended a wedding here. All employees were very nice and professional putting up with all of our shinnangans. The space in this hotel is enormous with the lobby in the middle surrounded by the rooms. The rooms themselves are very nice but nothing overly spectacular. They were very clean as well. I would definitely come back for and event here.

Large clean 2 room suite, good in room coffee. Not a good selection of TV channels. Friendly check-in, used electronic check-in and digital key but still stopped at desk just to check in as this was my first time not having too it was a bit odd but nice, next time I'll go straight to my room :) First night out of 10, so far so good. Bed was comfortable.

Everything is clean, no hot water in the shower and the do not disturb sign means nothing to some of the staff. Nice place to stay though. I haven't complained so I still give it 4 stars.

I figured I'd write a review since my stay was so AMAZING! I'd like to give a huuuuge thank you to all the staff that was there while my fiance & I we're celebrating our anniversary. Stephanie, & this other lady (I'm not sure of her name) but they we're both amazing when we checked in. All the staff is nice. I wish I knew ALL of their names but we will be sure to stay again. The room was perfect, We absolutely loved it (We were in the penthouse suite) You guys made our anniversary very very special! Thank you!

The room at the center of the hotel where the bar is located, smells strongly of mold and mildew. It was particularly bad near the elevators.

Embassy suites has an amazing breakfast, a friendly staff, and good amenities. They offer a free drink happy hour from 5:30-7:30. The hotel itself has been recently redone and has a beautiful atmosphere. I would highly recommend it.

Very nice. Recently remodeled rooms. Good service. Only issue is they turned a sprinkler on my car and now I have to get to a car wash to get the hard water stains off.

The hotel is really nice and newly renovated since it will soon be an Embassy Suites. All of the furniture in our suite was new. They have a really good hot breakfast which is NOT a continental breakfast, but rather a full breakfast with French toast, or pancakes/waffles (changes), hash browns, sausage and bacon and then other cold items like fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, and hot and cold breakfast drinks. There is also a made to order omelette area where a live chef makes your omelette the way you like it. They also have a place called Fountain Bar and Grill that offers free non-alcoholic (Coke products) and alcoholic drinks between 5:30pm-7:30pm (not sure how long this will last). They also have a nice pool, gym, sauna and steamroom, but all are under renovation for I don't know how long. The one downfall is the business center consists of 2 computer screens posted right by the front door and not enclosed. Any scanning or faxing is done through the front desk and they must have their computer security set really high because I could click on a link on a web page to print a document out. I called the front desk for towels after 11pm and thought I'd need to go down to get them, but someone was available to bring them up that late at night and fast. Also, the room temperature settings are weird because the front thermostat panel works the a/c and the bedroom one works the heat. It took us a couple days to figure that one out.

We had a wonderful stay, the suites were very clean and beautifully decorated. We had 5 adults and we weren't one bit cramped. The staff were all very friendly. Can't wait for our next stay!

I love this hotel! They have an amazing continental breakfast, with made to order eggs, omelets, and pancakes too! They also have a 24 hour swimming pool. I love the location of this hotel too, easy on and off freeway, lots of stores and restaurants near by as well. The rooms are wonderful at least the one I stayed in was. Private bedroom with separate living room with a pull out couch. The service was very pleasant and the staff had great customer service skills. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff was great very friendly. Our room was awesome loved the king suit great for our family of four! Cocktail hour was great and the breakfast was tasty loved the omelet! Pool looked clean didn't get to swim cause we ran out of time only thing that could change was the shower head there was no water pressure and the head didn't go up far enough otherwise awesome stay will stay again!

I've been going to Brookfield Suites for the past 7 yrs for my daughters birthday and once again we had an awesome time this past weekend. Only down fall was the renovations they are going theu but wasnt that much of an inconvenience for us. The front desk lady, Jessica I think, was very friendly and polite to me and my 2 daughters. I can't wait to see what it will look like after the complete renovation.

The Brookfield suites hotel was fantastic. Their new upgraded suite rooms were amazing, and their complimentary to-order breakfast was beyond perfect, their staff friendly and helpful. The next time I'm in Milwaukee, I'll bee staying there, no question.

It's under construction. I stayed in a room that was old and the old rooms are still kinda crappy. Get a new room if possible. Floors 4 and 5.

Here for a professional event in a small conference/banquet room. Clean well lit comfortable for the group. Separate entrance for that area is nice. My knock would be the restroom was abit far with no real signage.

Rooms were nice and new. They could have warned us that you get either heat or assure conditioning but not both. Our bedroom was set to a/c and we arrived after 11, so no one was available to change it to heat.

I'm sure this place was beautiful when it was built but my god that must have been at least 40 years ago and it hasn't been touched since. The place is EXTREMELY dated. It feels like you're spending the night at your Great Grandma's retirement community. The layout of the hotel is pretty cool with the very open atrium and the hotel rooms are nice and big. That's about where the positive comments end. We ended up not even spending the night because it was so run down. This place needs to be gutted.

Under active renovation, so it's a little loud during the day. Room and bed are comfortable, though. This room seems to have an issue with the bathtub faucet where it will only get warm, not hot. It's tolerable, but should be fixed.

Checked in yesterday and room was chilly. So I cranked up the heat in hopes it would be toasty warm when we got back from the pool, but nope came back to an even colder feeling room. Then my kids were playing in the bedroom and found all kinds of garbage under the beds in the bedroom. I don't know if we'll be staying again. Unsatisfactory stay if you ask me.

Checked in 11/13/15 at about 6pm maintenance called police about 8:45p, said they smelled strong weed coming from our room. No weed from our room officers came 5 deep treated us like criminals failed to investigate real source of weed. The actions of staff & police caused my family to leave hotel because actions were suspect & biased based on race. Hotel staff failed to properly evaluate the source of the weed or noise, but come to my room. Do not trust this hotel.

Quick summary… Very nice place but needs a refresh. Rooms are very large. Layout of the hotel is nice and very spacious. It was a very nice, quiet visit.

Friendly staff, complimentary drinks, huge room, comfy bed, indoor pool, delicious food, these are all things you will find in a stay here. Only complaint I had was the towel rack in my room was broken as well as the bar in the shower.

Full disclosure, we got a decent deal on our room through expedia so I'm a little more forgiving of the decor which is in desperate need of an update. The staff was friendly at check in and check out. We didn't really need anything special, so I can't say how accommodating they are for special requests. The pool area was clean and in working condition. The place seemed very family friendly. The complimentary breakfast was top notch with a buffet and made to order omelettes, pancakes, and French toast. We were overall very pleased with our stay. If they were to update the decor, it would be a five star for sure.

Where do I begin on this horrendous location. From the beginning, everything seemed ok because of the helpful staff. The entire hotel reaks of chlorine from their unkempt indoor pool, which seeps into your room as well. My entire stay there was a frustration of broken elevators either not working entirely or over crowded by teenagers from some high school field trip going on. These kids also decided to knock on every door in the hotel and run away dozens of time during my stay. This didn't stop the hotel from charging 60$ more a night than most hotels that are much cleaner, nicer, and have more up to date ammenaties. The room was dark and dimly lit and full of appliances from the early 90s in desperate need of an update. Our shower wasn't workong entirely and the sink head was busting out of the wall. I heard from my cousin in a different room that when they walked in, their shower head had busted off and they had to be relocated so the room could be water vacuumed. Our ac was "on" but that didn't stop us from sweating all night with no covers on. After all of this mess I still thought the stay wasn't too bad and I could leave without an issue. The real problem came a week later when I was checking my bank statements and they had charged me for an extra night! I called them and was put on hold multiple times and directed many voice machines because only a manager can deal with these situations. After finally getting ahold of someone, I was told I would be refunded the money.

My family stayed at this property for four nights (4th July weekend). My wife and I debated booking at this property based on other recent reviews. We have stayed at this property a number of times over the past decade when visiting family in the area. As most others have stated this property is in dire need of updates. However our biggest issue was lack of cleanliness: mold in the bathroom, blood stained bedspread, air intakes covered in black dust, dirty dishes left in the hallway for multiple days. Funny thing is we received a survey to complete. I completed it citing all of these problems. To date no response from a manager.

I stayed at this hotel for a business meeting and it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The room was dirty, could not control temp in any of the rooms myself or coworkers were in, Internet signal was very poor. When I checked out and informed the gentleman about some of my concerns he did not have the least amount of interest. I would not recommend this Hotel or its meeting rooms.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE! Staff ate my top tier of my cake (the one to be frozen), but were kind enough to leave me a slice. Had a living social voucher for there, which I had called before purchasing to make sure we could upgrade (at least spend the night in the same room for our anniversary) and was told yes. I spent $74 on the living social, When I called to book I was told there would be a $75 upgrade fee. The room is listed as $159, so essentially I would be paying only $9 less with the living social. Then the general manager stated she would be "nice" enough to give the room to me for $149. So it is the same price as with the living social "deal". Poor customer service and the general manager either had trouble comprehending what I was saying or just simply wasn't listening. For the price, do yourself a favor and check out the Iron Horse Hotel.

Priced way way too high considering you are not next to an airport or downtown, both room and food/drink prices. Pool area is arguably unsanitary considering both the pool and hot tub temps were well above regulation. They advertise there is a sauna and steam room, but what they don't advertise is that neither of them are functional, at all. Decent free breakfeast. Staff was nice, everyone doing their jobs trying to be as helpful as they can. I don't typically complain in reviews or write them, but stay there a nite and try to discredit my review.

Don't stay here. The night manager was the rudest I have ever met. When I checked in she repeatedly insulted and made fun of me. Honestly, I should have walked out and stayed some where else. The hotel was dirty and in poor condition. The room was poorly stocked and out of toilet paper. Then cigarette smoke poured out of the vents from the room next door. The management offered to spray air freshener, but made no attempt to address the people that were smoking in the room next door. At midnight there was a fight in the lobby and 6-7 police cars surrounded the hotel. I have been here a before, but it is getting really run down and the poor management seems to be the main reason. If you want comfort and peace of mind then avoid this hotel.

We have been coming to this hotel for years. It has completely gone to trash. I write this review from our room with very low internet connectivity. That follows our arrival where we were greeted with a sign at the desk telling us that there is no pool or hot tub available. Broken pump. What did they offer us? 10 dollars off! Wow, what a slap in the face. However, we can go to their sister hotel 5 minutes away to use their pool and hot tub. Thanks, it's raining. Also when we arrived we were greeted with what looks like somebody had taken a break on our bed before we arrived. Wrinkled sheets and bedspread? Hmmmmmmm. The manager was basically useless. She was no help at all and almost seemed that it would make her day if people would take advantage of the "free cancellation". What a lazy unprofessional person! We have been here 8 times and are very loyal customers. No more.

Was included in a reservation for a block of rooms for Saturday in June 2014. These reservations were made many months before. Arrived early Saturday around lunch and asked to see if we could check in early. Was advised that we would not be able to til around 4 PM which was understandable. Came back at 8 PM and was told that our rooms were not ready. AT 8 PM AND THE ROOMS ARE NOT READY YET? And we were not the only people waiting for their rooms. Was told by management that they were completely booked and they did not have enough workers to clean and make up rooms. Summer Fest and Brewer Game going on and not enough people scheduled? After standing around waiting with a packed lobby of others, we were told our rooms were ready. Our block of rooms were reserved to be together on the same floor as we wanted to be together for our stay. Well, they were not together and on different floors. We took the room as we were tired and close to missing our dinner reservations. We were offered $10 off of our room after we had to ask for it, which would not even cover the taxes on the room. The hotel is nice but the service is horrible. Would not recommend unless they can get their sh together.

The rooms are great. You get a suite with two separate rooms for the price of a regular hotel room. The staff was very courteous at check-in, the restaurant, happy hour, and the housekeeping staff was very accommodating. The people who leave negative comments here must be a pain in the ass to deal with in anything they do everywhere they go. They'd find something to complain about at the Ritz Carlton. Stay at this hotel and be nice to the staff and have a little patience and they will be nice and accommodating to you. If you think you'll need to do some laundry bring your own quarters. Be prepared.

I am not sure were to start. The breakfast was very good. This was the high point of our stay. Room was very warm, could not get air to come on. After a 30 min wait and 2 calls to the front desk and maintence guy came. He stated they must have forgot to turn off the heat in this room. It was June 21st! He had cool air blowing in 5 mins Extremely outdated Our double beds were very small and you could feel every spring. Could hear everything from the room next door. Thank god I brought ear plugs! Could not use the hide a bed, mattress was 3 inches thick, from the 1980's We asked for extra towel. They never showed I needed change for the coin-op clothes dryer, when I went to the front desk at 8 am Sunday morning the clerk said she was out of quarters and I would have to run up to the gas station on the corner. Are you kidding me! The pool looked gross. I was hesitant to let the kids swim. We made them shower down after their swim, this is why we asked for extra towels we never got. On a scale of 1 to 10, this place gets a negative 5. But, the made to order breakfast was very good. If I was the owner or general manager of this hotel I would be very embarrassed.
