Great place to stay at amazing prices. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I've dealt with a few staff members, I believe one was named Kristi. Very knowledgeable and makes the process of checking in and out, easy and Hassel free. Will be coming again soon!

Clean room. Well maintained. They were overbooked so my family of three only got a single queen and then they charged us for a rollaway cot. Hard uncomfortable mattress.

Great service. Kristi was fast and efficient when checking me in. She was very friendly. Room was very clean. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you extended stay.

Upon arrival, work trucks blocked the entry, doors were off, ladders, workmen around, made entry difficult. I checked in and was told I needed get dishes from the front desk, when I needed them. Pick them up. Long walk to my room, opened door and the odor coming from it, made me want to vomit (rancid, putrid smell). Back to front desk, another key and to new room… it didn't stink. Things weren't very clean. Both mirrors had smudges, dust on dresser, night stand and kitchen counters. To unload my car, only ONCE was I able to use the cart (only ONE). The LONG walk down the hallway, elevator to the floor and even a longer walk to my room, required two trips, separated by a day. Trouble walking? Request a closer room. Employees and other workers on the premises blocked hallways ALOT with ladders, tools, and laundry carts, making it difficult to get around. Large items should be close to one side of the hallway, leaving room for someone to walk down the other side. The worst thing about this Hotel is the Manager! On my first full day here, someone came to my door and knocked. I went to see who it was (through my peep hole) and I couldn't tell who it was, so I asked who it was. A female said she needed to get into my room, now! I asked why. She replied that that it was something with the TV. And something about a notice. I told her that I was just getting into the shower and asked her to come back a little later. She began yelling at me!

Okay rooms. Rae (front desk staff) was really friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was not that great.

Clean and well maintained. Large rooms and easy access to town. Nice picnic and BBQ area as well as garden dog park area.

Awful! Stains not only on the carpet to the pull out bed along with food in the bed. It smelled & was so old. Need I say more not to mention the worst customer front desk service ever! Never again!

Quiet clean. Friendly staff. Issues are resolved quickly. Pet friendly.

Usual place to stay when we I go for business travel to Waukesha. Decent hotel with attached kitchen. But some of the rooms offered are real bad with water falling from the ceiling because of a bathroom upstairs.

5 star for all the front desk executives are very friendly and helpful, especially Rae. Good place and lot of good shops near by. 2 star for the house keeping staff. They do not do house keeping regularly.

Poorly dry mopped/vaccumed before check in. Lots of dust bunnies/hair along floorboards. Otherwise clean & well stocked. Staff friendly & helpful although "grab & go" breakfast not restocked daily. After 4-5 days, very little if any choice available in food (granola bars & such) as well as hot water options (tea & cocoa).

Good hotel with kitchen but they do room service every week once…

Unfortunately I only stayed for a while so I can't be very extensive. The service was very good and lad beds are super comfy! They Also have reclining chairs and heating:

No place to come to if you want a decent monthly rate for a temporary work contract. No breakfast and they clean once a week. No oven. The floors are dirty so wear your shoes in the room.

Good economic hotel to stay long time, provides small kitchen in the room too. No gym available …

The room was extremly Terrible it had a strong smell of pure cigarettes in whole room the queen bed looked like twin. I will never stay here again terrible.

Breakfast is minimal. My room was very spacious and has some kitchen appliances. Probably nicer than my college apartment.

Economical place to stay. They have studio suites, basic animities like laundry. No restaurant.

The 1 bedroom suite is fantastic and has a room with king bed, huge walk in closet, very large living room, complete kitchen including full stove, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and there is even a washer & dryer. Really enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home.

Home away from home. Beautiful and clean rooms, a full sized refrigerator a cook top stove. Great service, an on-site laundry. Wonderful Staff. Christina, Emily, Gage and Noel will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay.

THERE IS NOT A BREAKFAST! There is however, coffee, muffins, oatmeal and cereal bars and that is it on a small 4' table in the lobby! The complimentary breakfast you seek doesn't exist here! This particular extended stay is "ok". It is a decent place for minimal nights, but not consecutive nights. Water is terrible tasting and they need to install water softners and filters. In addition, the shower/tub isn't really clean but can be suitable for a quick wash. Staff is kinda antisocial where as they don't feel inviting rather avoid than engage. After taxes it is about $135 a night for family of 4. Queen beds are very hard, soft pillows though. Tv was just fine if your not seeking a movie or TV show binge. It was quiet at night. I noticed many many guests were putting "do not disturb" signs on their doors which was led me to believe that the staff may be intrusive so I followed suit. Parking is ok, but they do have a sign that states remove all valuable and belongings out of your car. Again, shows that there could have been problems in the past at this location. There is no pool, or other amenaties for family or guests. Again, not too bad to stop in over night or possibly 2 nights. But for $135 a night I can get much better quality. It's the small things like even flushing the toilet. Very loud flush sound so if you have kids in the room sleeping or a baby they may wake. We are in the middle of summer and the a/c was struggling to keep up but was sufficient.

WORST smelling hotel I've ever stayed in. I spend over 200 days a year at hotels this was the absolute worst. Wifi was so slow I had to tether to my phone to download a PDF attachment. Went down the street to target and purchase two air fresheners and a candle only then did the smell go away. Room across the hall had a pet: The entire hallway smelled like a animal shelter! You could smell the urine as you got off the elevator!

Travelling with my disabled son and his service animal. The assistant manager came to my room, demanded a huge amount of money for my "undisclosed pet" or she would call the police. I tried to explain that it is a service animal, but she refused to listen, so I told her to call the police. She did, and they told us to leave, even though they agreed that she was wrong. We had to find a new room and move everything at night, with no time to pack or book another place to stay. The manager went into hiding when I had Priceline contact them, refusing to pick up the phone (it is now the second day, and he is still nowhere to be found). I paid for 2 weeks. They refunded the remainder of one week, less a $150 "pet fee", which Priceline confirms they are not allowed to charge for a service animal. Still holding that fee plus an entire additional week that they won't discuss with Priceline. Impossible to get in touch with Extended Stay corporate, they just put you on death hold before hanging up because they also can't find the "manager". Truly a disgraceful attempt at customer service.

The "high speed" internet is barely fast enough to check email. The location is surrounded by strip malls, miles off of the expressway though only a few miles from the zoo and 15 minutes from the Children's Hospital. The rooms are OK, though the attention to cleaning leaves a bit to be desired. There was what I hope was a belly button ring next to the hand towels next to the bathroom sink. I did not find it to be too loud overnight. There are no pots/pans/etc pre-stocked in the rooms and my room didn't have any instructions on how to get some, though I believe you ask at the front desk. The Channel selection is the equivalent of basic cable and I believe none of it is in true HD if you care about that.

This was my first stay here for work. Although service was good and the room was clean I unfortunately happened to stay when the power in the entire building went out. The backup generators at this location happened to not work. Leaving all of the guests here without any sort of power. Contacting mangment they could not give a certian answer as to how they would resolve the problem stating that this problem has never occurred before. Three hours and counting and no electricity back on. This is a problem that needs to be fixed for future visitors.

Watch out for this place. I would strongly suggest staying elsewhere. Old, dirty, scratched counter tops, shower drain was clogged with hair. Staff is rude and invade privacy.

My company booked this hotel and while the decor is somewhat modern, the room was filthy. Bread crumbs were on the counter when I entered along with old coffee grounds in the sink. Dirt from the last visitor was still visible on the floor. I felt the need to take photos of these items and my belongings. I don't feel super comfortable with the cleaning staff after seeing this. Other than that, everything else seemed to be in order. This is my first of four nights… will update when the trip is complete. Yes, I have stayed at hotels around the country, so I am a seasoned traveler…

The hotel was good, service was fine but the atmosphere was a bit murky. The kitchen could have been better equipped too.

Great room, recently remodeled and very comfortable. Staff is extremely accommodating and helpful with everything from directions around town to providing me with amenities in the room. Special kudos to Sidney, who helped me extend my stay with a great rate!

Very Worst Hotel, No Proper Cleaning, Amenities given after asking each and everything in the front Desk, Hot water not coming properly, No water between 10am to 4pm. Lot of excuses for you problem. Worthless for money we are spending for this hotel.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Staff is amazing, rooms are always clean, and prices are decent.
