My daughter (19) booked a room for us at this motel. I was proud of her for picking an inexpensive place. We pulled up and I was nervous as we had never been in that area before. We were told we could "check" the room before we paid and we did. It was not the Taj Mahal but it looked do-able and the price was great. We enjoyed touring the area, there are some beautiful houses and good places to dine in the area. We went to sleep in the very comfortable bed, had a great shower and checked out. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Sorry lady at desk very bad attitude not friendly act as if she really don't want your business hateful as he'll I will never stay here again if I have to put truck in shop I would rather sleep in truck wish I could give a half star.

My stay at Colony Motel has been a blessing over the past few years. So if yur looking for comfort as well safety. Your only one finger from making it all happen.

Barely OK place. The female receptionist at desk behaves rude and it seems as if you have not paid rather u are living free of cost. Everything is old and quaint. Old furniture, bedsheets and towels etc. Only good thing is that it is near Metra Railway station.

An older motel but well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was nicer than expected but was lied to about the price. When I called twice I was told by two different people that I would get $15 back at the checkout. But when I was checking in I was told that they would not be doing that. Was very disappointed. Other than that I thought it was a decent motel for what it was.

Front desk clerk was a tad cluless and not exactly friendly. Room was very mediocre. The drainage in the shower was clogged on first use and the drain even came up while accidentally kicking it. Overall an ok experience.

Great place at fare price, really clean and nice place to stay for the night Spacious nice room with a hot tub. Feel great.

It's alright I would stay again if I ever go back in that area.

Tv is seated oddly low but clean room though. Fair deal.

It's a cheap hotel. We all know what we are getting into by booking here. It was what I expected except I wish they would have asked me for smoking or non smoking. My state doesn't allow it so I didn't think to ask. But they should ask which I prefer at least.

Guys in colony motel is the best… Next time am taking the red viper hhh.

Good quite place for most part. Except the restaurant/bar across the street. Clean and upgraded stuff. Fairly priced with other competitors.

This Motel quote of the surprise go from Indiana to here to Chicago and then they tried to up the price and said they didn't have weekly rates so we had to go find a nicer Motel pay more money but turned out good anyway.

They got nice rates even a great 4 hour rates.

Really recommend this place if your looking for something cheap, so far no bad experience with the desk there's a lady thats rude and then there's a guy that's really cool, I guess it just depends on who ever u get lol, Love that it has clean rooms, doesn't smell bad, bathrooms are clean, love that it has a fridge and a microwave, honestly for the price Its great! The 4 times that I have been here so far I haven't had any problems and I will continue to keep going here, love it:)

Found roaches and manager is worse ever.

We had wonderful experience very clean rooms although the beds are not as comfortable as we wanted but decent prices on rates. Very close to to the down town Chicago area. We will for sure come back again … thanks.

Manager Rick very helpful. Smoking rooms available. 1/2 the price for downtown. Best deal in western suburbs.

Worst front desk experience ever, foreign accent (Indian), short tempered, not pleasant, no extended rates. Don't even waste your time-sketchy.

This is the nicest 'hourly" rate motel I have been to. Both my partner and I were very very surprised. You will not be disappointed for the price, it works! would definitely go there again and recommend it to others.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by this motel. We were getting a night away from the kids and wanted to go someplace inexpensive to "get busy" and we decided to give this place a try. It was clean (at least it looked that way and didn't smell) and we didn't hear any of the neighbors next door. It cost us $35 for 2 hours and the room they placed us in had mirrors all around the bed and a porn channel (if you are into that kind of thing). We would consider staying in this motel even if it wasn't just to have sex.
