This is my second visit to this perticular property. The last visit was when it was under renovation. I have to admit what they have done is quite nice. The rooms are a little small for a Hampton, but there decked out nicely. The whole hotel has a nice refreshed look, and the staff is professional and amicable. Breakfast has some issues as far as being maintained, but what was available was good quality. They need to work out some kinks, but the property has possibilities.

Clean lobby and the employees were super nice. My daughter loves them there. Their head of maintenance is super helpful. Definitely a place worth the stay. Pool and big nice rooms.

Room was very nice and clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Only stayed one night but it was perfect for what we needed.

Wasn't sure about the hotel based on some reviews but this is a nice place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Breakfast is from 6:00 to 10:00. There is an indoor pool that looked clean. Haven't tried it yet.

They are very clean and the workers are nice. Whether it's the girls at the front desk. The housekeepers or maintenance. They are quick to get you what you need. And the whole hotel is super clean.

Talked with one of the owners for about half hour today. He doesn't bass fish but he is into golf. We agree, a bad day fishing/golfing is not better than a good day at work.

Hey convenient hotel located on the east end of town. It was clean the beds were great and the staff was nice. I would go back anytime I’m in the area or traveling in east south east Ohio.

Staff was awesome. Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be that the building has obviously been remodeled recently but wondering on attention to detail. Floors furniture and what not look good. My room door however has a hard time shutting and had a significant gap along the side of the door where you could see out in the hallway. The Ac/Heat system as well had a horrible screech to it anytime it kicked on. When I turned the system off on the thermostat, he loud fan continued to run 24/7. I was here on business, and like I said the renovations look nice, but stuff like poor closing doors and loud fans turns me away a bit, especially when a colleague was downtown Cincinnati at a 4 star hotel, 29th floor, for less than 10 dollars a nice more. Overall a good hotel if you just need a quick night sleep and a bite to eat while heading out in the morning.

The stay meet our expectations for a Hampton. Very clean facilities and friendly staff. Awesome location! Close to everything with a great deal of attractions and restaurants.

Just finished remodeling the hotel in November 2017. Inspection in December proved all that extra work was worth the wait. Rooms are now clean and updated. They have a good complimentary breakfast. Indoor pool was not updated but is still nice. No hot tub but pool is salt water so you don't get that awful chlorine smell and irritation. Staff is friendly and location is right in the middle of all shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is gibs, breakfast is from the paper plate and with plastic cutlery.

We had a great experience. The staff was friendly; the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nice quality; and there are a few restaurants in walking distance. We chose to drive a few minutes down the road and found several good local places for dinner.

My room was clean, check in/out easy, and it was quiet. Bed was comfy and pillows were fluffy. Hotel is going thru renovation, but don’t let the outside deter you, it’s much nicer inside. Construction on the building starts at 8 and ends around 5. Nothing I couldn’t watch TV or relax with. The rooms air conditioning was ice cold which was a big plus! Didn’t see the pool, I was too busy. Breakfast in the morning is excellent. Starbucks nearby and tons of restaurants. Convenient location to everything!

Perfect stay! Room smells like the newly milled wood on the floors. Plenty of pillows, nice and heavy white comforters, comfy beds. Cable TV, fridge, microwave, personal appliances. Plenty of towels, bright and clean shower. Best Continental breakfast I ever saw! DIY waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cheese omelettes, home fries, turkey sausage, cereal, yogurt, and the usual beverages. Staff was courteous and efficient.

Best value in the area. The hotel is going through renovations and what they have done so far has really improved the stay. Clean, large rooms with a very nice walk in shower in the bathroom. Friendly staff always very helpful. You couldn't ask for a better price, which is below the average going rate in the surrounding area.

Our room was clean but it had a strange smell in it. We were only staying a couple nights, so we just delt with it. There is a good bit of remodeling going on in and around the hotel so that may account for part of the smell.

The hotel was under renovation when we stayed but it did not interfere with the comfort. The staff were wonderful and going above and beyond for us. My sister-in-law was allergic to the feathered pillows the staff quickly made it right and even replace the blanket as well since it had feathers. The breakfast in the hotel was great this staff serving the breakfast was just as confident as a housekeeping staff they came out and quickly took any plates that were cleared and mentioned to us when they were closing so that I could get a plate for my husband who is still sleeping in his room.

The hotel was very easy to get to from the highway. Staff was courteous and helpful with check in process. As well as knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Rating it down because they are doing renovations and had to park in the grass, lost water at 9am, and was noisy in the next room at 8am. Didnt try the breakfast so can comment on that. Employees were friendly and helpful.

The room I stayed in was recently renovated. The hotel is still under some renovation but overall was very nice and clean. There were no vending machines due to the renovation so they gave out free drinks and snacks at the front desk. There was no hotel bar at this time but that was fine with me as I am not a drinker anyways. The staff was very nice and helpful. Chances are I will have to stay here again for work in the future and that's just fine by me.

It was overall a good hotel. Wifi didn't work for me though. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a good sized bathroom. Breakfast wasn't the greatest but it was alright.

Clean hotel, good prices, very friendly and helpful staff. Not much to complain about! Very good place to stay if you're seeing a concert at riverbend.

The room was fine, but our whole floor (level 4) smelled like a litter box. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to restaurants and fields we needed to get to for baseball. The service was pretty nice. The front desk provided cookies all day, for no extra charge.

I love how comfortable the beds and pillows are at any Hampton Inn. This one was no exception. Everything was good as usual, except our door stuck sometimes. The basket was decent, but not great, which is what I've come to expect from hotels like this. Overall, a pretty good experience.

Typical Hampton, pillows had no substance and breakfast was lacking, but employees were nice and courteous. They said they could only give 3 late checkouts a day which is very unusual to me.

Location was good just off the interstate with a lot of food both sit down and fast very close. It is next door to a Meijer store that is open 24 hours which makes it very convenient. The breakfast wasnt the best but what hotel breakfast is? Very clean rooms and the shower had good water pressure. The beds were nice too high off of the ground in my opinion and the TV was small. I wish they had a hot tube they only had a small pool that always had little children in it. Also it would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Overall great experience.

Rooms were nice size. Mini fridge would gave been nice. Wifi was excellent. Hallways smelled like fresh paint. Breakfast was decent.

Easy access to interstate. Quite and away from traffic noise. Staff was friendly.

Absolutely horrendous hotel. From the staff service to the actual hotel itself. Tried calling twice once a week before and then 4 days before. Both time they said they would try and get me into a non smoking room. Mind you my mother is trying to quit smoking, so it was important. I look online the day of my stay and I'm booked into a smoking room. So then I e-check in in a non smoking room. I get my room key and it doesn't work, I read the directions on the key, and they are for a completely different lock type. Regardless it should still work. They give me a new key and when I open my door the TV is on, clothes all over and some pissed off people because I just walked in on their kid half naked. So they have my room away. Also the room reeked of cigarettes. So I let the front desk know and hardly an apology. There was never a what can I do to make this right, no Hilton promise. Allison at the desk, very poor customer service and the older lady, even worse. Also we just got in from a Bengals game,. It was 11 and my parents are I'm their sixties. Just what both they and I wanted. If you work for Hilton your a second rate guest at this hotel. Did I say second? I meant last.

We stayed in Room 204. Worst Hampton Inn experience I have ever had. Room was musty and damp and smelled horrible. I let the front desk know and they said "Sorry to hear that". I knew the difference between rooms because other family members were in the room across the hall. Their room was fine. I was disappointed that there were no suites at this location and more disappointed when the staff could not give us connecting rooms. They didn't see even want to try to find one and said "Maybe you could check later on" Well, why would I try if I get the impression that the staff didn't even want to try. Soo disappointed with this stay. Hampton's used to be our favorite hotel chain, but this is changing slowly with each Hampton we stay in. They seem to be going down hill quickly.

A day after my stay, I checked my bank account and found that there was a charge for $111.62 on my debit card. I thought this was weird because my husband paid our bill in cash. I called the hotel and asked why I had been charged. The front desk manager AND general manager argued with be for 20 minutes that I had not been charged, when indeed I had. I was looking right at it in my bank account! They REPEATEDLY told me they 'could not help me' and that no one could, and it wasn't their charge. They also refused to give me any corporate phone number. They told me I was wrong and I felt belittled by the managers. Eventually they found the source of the charge (surprise! It WAS from them! ). They reversed it and I still haven't seen it come back into my bank account so if it's not there tomorrow I will be calling back and I will get the police involved if necessary. And for 20 minutes of arguing and low and behold I was correct all along, with the stress and disrespect, all I got was a 'sorry for the mishap' before the general manager ended the call. Needless to say, I will NOT be staying at this Hampton Inn ever again. Which is sad because I have stayed here in the past and USED to recommend it. Never again.

I can't even begin to explain how amazing the staff are. They always have a smile for everyone. They go out of their way to make sure each guest feels welcome and have what they need. The rooms may look and feel much like other hotels but the staff sets this hotel above and beyond.

We have stayed at numerous Hampton Inns in numerous cities. This one is fine, similar to most others, pretty new and in a convenient location if you need to be on the east end of Cincinnati area. Busy mall area with LOTS of shops and restaurants nearby.

Clean, Partially friendly, Rooms TOO SMALL, NO fridge, NO Microwave, NO Laundry facilities (send you 11 miles away), Same breakfast 3 days in a row. We were in town for a Baseball Tournament and stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights. Everything was good until the last night. We finished our last game at about 8:30 and by the time we got back to the hotel, and kids all cleaned up it was about 10pm. We as a team decided to get Pizza and meet in the Breakfast area. At 10:45 we were approached by the hotel staff telling us that all the kids had to be in their rooms by 11pm. We were still waiting for our Pizza to arrive. I asked them "Does that include my child that was sitting next to me? " The answer was YES! We exchanged words and finally the Hotel Manager was called in. When she came in she told us that we could stay but if we get too loud she would have to SEND US ALL TO OUR ROOMS. She said it as if we were her children. There was 12 adults in the area and approx. 10 kids. I had a personal conversation with the manager about their rules and she listened but I know she could care less about my suggestion and wasn't going to do anything about it. She just kept saying "I have to have a Blanket rule. I can't pick and choose who can and can't stay. " All I was suggestion was to allow kids to stay if their parents are with them. If in Cincy I will NOT stay at this hotel. If we go to this Tourney again next year and this is our "team" hotel, I will find somewhere else to stay.
