I really enjoyed my weekend here, our room was nice and clean, everyone was friendly and helpful, nice breakfast and coffee all day close to great restaurants and shopping mall I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. My only 2 suggestions would be it's hard to get to if You're not from that area you can go through O Charley's lot or by Wendy's, theres no sign on the from the road we passed it. The next would be they dont have shuttle service… and if your going to a game or concert. It's hard to get s ride back Uber's prices go high and wait times as well as cabs. Other than that nice and cozy place.

I love this hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, nice gym and pool… perfect for a couple night stay out of town for work.

Marriott rarely disappoints. Room was comfortable, kids had a blast at the pool and loved the free breakfast.

Rooms were nice, and kids enjoyed the pool. It was close to several decent places to eat.

Great Honest Place. You need to drive thru O'Charleys parking lot to get there but the People are exceptional. There was a small minor mistake, the staff apologized and made it right immediately. Clean Rooms and good accommodations all around. Highly Recommended!

The room is very clean and in great repair. Friendly staff and decent parking. Hotel has an indoor pool and exercise room. This is my second time staying here and I would do it again.

The manager, Cindy, was great with all the changes I had to make with the timing of my stay. I've stayed here a number of times over the years and with the facility upgrades it's a really nice hotel. Housekeepers are really nice and efficient. Wendy's is next to the parking lot, and Krogers is a block away for any supply runs.

Room had a bright light outside of it and was a little pricey but overall not too uncomfortable.

The room was very nice, large, and clean. The staff had excellent customer service. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb! I loved the white bedding, very clean. The decor is updated and modern. Two thumbs up.

Good sized clean rooms, practically equipped. Breakfast is basic but OK. Staff friendly and helpful. Ironing facilities and safe in room. Good Wi-Fi connection. Has small gym and swimming pool. Parking free.

Husband ordered Prime Rib medium rare. Manager asked if medium would be okay as no more medium rare available. Received well done. Tater tots fondue always good BUT must always send cheese back to be re-heated. Waited way too long for food which is not normal but it was re-opening night. Myssi is ALWAYS phenomenal whether bartending or waiting tables! May I ask why children are seated in the bar area? I love my grandkids BUT I sit in the bar to get away from the whiney crying kids. Surely there are better places in the restaurant for families than 'the bar'.

The hotel was very clean inside and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast items and delicious coffee 24 hrs a day. This location is very close to various shopping and food facilities. It is also minutes away from the highway.

Im not even sure where to begin, but if I could rate this zero or negative stars I would. I got a free night voucher at this hotel from work. We had called the Thursday before valentines day hoping to get a room. The woman we spoke to on the phone said they had a room and everything was great, took my credit card information down and said I should receive a conformation email. When I did not receive this Email I called again, no answer. 4 days later. I called again. This time I spoke to a young man who said he was a manager and didn't understand why I didn't have a room in their system but had gotten everything figured out for us which was wonderful. While on the call with him I received my conformation number and everything was set to go. Valentines day comes around we check in smoothly everything goes great, we checked out, very friendly staff that day. The 16th there was a charge on my card WAY over what they told me was a hold in case anything happens while we stay (and nothing happened). So I called to wonder what this charge was about. According to their records I had 2 rooms and I didn't "show up" for the "first room" so I was charged because I didn't show up for my reservation. I didn't know I had the first one and the woman who checked us in didn't say anything so how were we supposed to know? When I asked what could be done, the woman on the phone said, since its under my name, my card and my phone number theres nothing they can do.

Great quiet clean place. Would visit again, just wish they had smoking rooms.

It was a very comfy place. But hard to get to! We couldn't figure out how to get to the parking lot. Only a sign pointing to the Holiday Inn. You must go thru the restaurants parking lot. Our suite was laid out awkwardly, but still accommodating. The breakfast was phenomenal. Sadly, other guests put a damper on our stay. (No fault of the hotel)

I've stayed here several times. It's very modern, clean, and quiet. Recommended.

Clean room, competitive price for the area. We had great service from the front desk. Our car broke down on the road right as we were pulling in. We were told by the shop that would not be fixed till monday. The car ended up being fixed on sunday afternoon. They were very accommodating with not only adding the extra night, but also canceling it on short notice given our situation. My only complaint is the area (not the hotel's fault. ) can be confusing to navigate. Don't miss a stop into Jungle Jim's nearby for giggles!

This chain of hotels provides clean adequate accommodations for travelers. I enjoyed the promptness of the cleaning services.

First off let me say the hotel was clean which is always a plus and in very nice shape. Having a ten year old ask "why does the hotel smell like skunk" was more than I can take. We were on the third floor and the smell of WEED was so bad on all floors that I almost immediately checked out. It was absolutely appalling and went on for both nights we were there.

A good hotel with nice amenities. Only problem was that there were a lot of baseball teams there for tournaments and there were boys everywhere. The pool was too crazy for young families. The workers were nice about dealing with it though.

Traveled to the area for the weekend and needed one night in a hotel. I was very surprised at the affordable price of this place, especially with how busy it ended up being. The room was very nice. Clean be spacious. Beds were comfortable. Shower and bathroom was nice. Breakfast was good, though packed with people. Would stay again here if needed!

This is the only hotel I'll go to as soon as you walk into the lobby you can smell the cleanliness front desk workers heather and trainee Linda were great woke up the next morning and walked to the lobby and even more great employees thanks so much.

Decent hotel but front desk worker who checked me in was extremely unpleasant & uncooperative. I think she was a new employee but no reason to treat guest like she did. She was rude, inconsiderate & did not listen. Good luck with her!

Showed up after 11pm room was clean staff was friendly and breakfast met expecations. Great pillows.

Rooms are nice and everything and the location is good and the service was also good.

Stayed three nights at this hotel. My room was clean and quiet. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. The morning free breakfast served hot food instead of just a continental style breakfast. The free Wi-Fi was fast. You can also pay for faster if you want, but the free was perfect. My room was very spacious and the bathroom was large. I am very picky when it comes to mattresses, but this mattress was perfect! I loved the 'down' comforter — it was a nice touch. Even though this hotel was close to the highway, I never heard it. I will stay here again when I am in town for the next geocaching mega event!

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very clean as well. The breakfast they offer for free is phenomenal. I feel like I have been spoiled now that I had all of those choices for breakfast. It was a very good experience for me.
