The staff is friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. The internet connection is great. The only thing I can say I wish they had was a breakfast.

Very nice room great and friendly staff, very close to the national air force museum, write brothers memorial, a lot of restaurants close by. Very nice and enjoyed our stay!

I like the one in Springfield Ohio better. That one has indoor pool. All no smoking rooms. If your a smoker, you'll have to go outside to do so. This motel is right off highway and close to all kinds of restaurants, see tires, and night clubs.

Pet friendly. Good place for the price. Rooms were decent and quiet.

Had some issues with the room during my stay, but the management of the property really went out of it's way to make it right. I'll definitely consider staying with them again.

Okay I got in the room and my sheets had burnt cigarettes on them, so I ask them to change it for me and nothing happened, so I left a note the next day and ask again… Well you guessed it. Nothing happened… mind you I am leaving tips for the person cleaning my room, each day that I stayed there which was four days and three nights … Needless to say I had to buy some cheets to sleep on.

Noisy, bed bug infested, expensive, and the springs were blown out on the chair. I was completely skeeved out at this motel.

Nothing special just good value.

Absolutely first rate! Room was spotless and the team at the desk couldn't have been more polite and helpful. This is my go-to from now on when I stay in Dayton/Fairborn.

A friend stayed there last week and said it was great. Very clean and the price was great.

I want to give such a wonderful shout out to the Staff at the Red Roof Inn in Fairborn Ohio. The young lady that welcomes you when you come in is so professional so nice and so courteous. The room we had number 136Was very clean just in all very nice. Would recommend anyone this thing in that area to stay. You are also close to many restaurants.

The rooms are horribly smoky even though they claim to be a smoke free hotel. It was so bad that I called the front desk to ask to change rooms, but even after multiple calls, nobody picked up. The beds and pillows are hard. The shower had no water pressure. It was also really loud. Among the worst hotels that I've stayed at.

Not a bad place, very limited amenities. The shower was really noisy. It was fine for one night.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and was nice to let us do an early c heckin for us to rest after being at the hospital for 12 hours of our son having surgery. We thank this place for us to rest.

My mom and I went on a mini vacation, and we got these rooms for a decent price. We thought the rooms were nice. They're nothing fancy, but they were very clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The beds were nice, and we would definitely stay again.

Great price but a little run down … buttons on remote don't work, stains on carpet, no iron or ironing board. Very helpful staff.

It was okay for a quick overnight stay. We went to a show at the Nutter Center. The hotel is conveniently right across the street. It's so close that we actually parked at the hotel and walked to the Nutter Center to avoid traffic. The room was clean enough but there were burn holes in the bed cover. Also, the bed was so hard I couldn't sleep for more than a couple of hours at a time. I had to keep rolling over because the side I was sleeping on hurt. My boyfriend said the same thing happened to him.

Check in was good. Room was clean, but found 2 bed bugs and left immediately. I was refunded and apologized too. The front desk didn't seemed surprised at what I found.

Stayed here for a bit while waiting for my townhome to be finished. The staff and housekeeping was more than helpful I'm very patient and kind and it felt like home almost LOL I highly recommend it and is very close to lots of different conveniences.

I liked the location, but rooms were small and the beds are too small also. There was no room service.

Good price, but rooms could have been a bit cleaner. We didn't have enough pillows and they didn't have extras at the front desk. Ended up using a towel as a pillow. Guess you get what you pay for. Overall it wasn't horrible. I've stayed in much worse at a similar price point.

Furniture and floor/walls of bathroom needs a good scrubbing. Location was good for what we were in the area for.

Definitely needed some updates. The service was okay but the rooms were nice and cool. The cable TV had many other features and it was clean. It was a nice experience overall.

— Needed rags & towels — For what we paid, there should of at least been some doughnuts or cereal. But NO breakfast, that's not cool. — Customer service took a vacation, because there was none there. — Maintenance man stayed next door, hammering, using a saw. This went on at night, and in the morning. — I shared this with the front desk staff, who had attitudes. Like they didn't want to be at work, in the first place. — Not happy at all!

First room had smoke detector chirping. Free upgrade for my week stay. Management and staff very friendly. I enjoyed the newly remodeled room. Elevator to third floor was nice.

Buyer beware. Save yourself a struggle and just plunk down 30-40 more dollars to go to a real hotel. Their lobby stinks of smoke, mildew, and chemicals. Parking lot and sidewalks were full of trash and cigarette butts. Our room absolutely reeked of mold and mildew smells — — just like a musty old basement. The carpeted floors were damp and felt sticky to walk on. Even bedding felt damp due to level of humidity in the room. Shower had mold in it. No Kleenex were provided in the room, which was unfortunate, as I'm an allergy sufferer. Toilet paper was the cheapest and lowest quality I've ever seen. Room provides shampoo only, not conditioner — first time I've never had conditioner given to me at a hotel. We travel a lot and this is truly a ripoff. The price might be lower than other hotels, but the quality was much, much lower. UPDATE: I would like to add that I contacted management to express my concerns and they handled it professionally and more than made it right. I cannot attest to the quality of the rest of their rooms, but I wanted to point out that my issue was handled and that my husband and I are appreciative of it.

Not bad hotel for money. Newly renovated rooms but must smelling. And not the nicest people hanging around. But all and all pretty good room quality.

Had a great stay everything was clean it smelled nice definitely didn't smell like old men it stayed in the room the night before me like some hotels I've been to. The staff was very courteous although I couldn't understand the girl behind the counter. I wish the vending machine had Skittles I walked all the way from one side of the building to the other just to settle for a bag of M&Ms but that's pretty much my only complaint need more sweets in the vending machine some people don't want just chocolate maybe throw some Starburst in there definitely some Skittles but that's just my opinion.

The service desk personnel were very supportive. They assisted with appropriate directions and provided hot coffee all the time. The location was close to a lot of food, a mall, and just a few miles from a public park. The room we stayed in was musty and smelled of old cigarettes. I pulled the filter from the air conditioner and washed it off in the tub, and the water ran off black. Therea was a digital safe in the room but it was not working. There was Internet advertised but it was not working. There was a nice flat screen TV and plenty of channels for surfing. The TV, refrigerator, and microwave however are not secured to the wall for safety so it is not a kid friendly room.

Stained sheets, no tissues, won't be back again.

It was a nice hotel to stay overnight. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were also. We just stayed one night so I couldn't tell you how room service would be for the next night.

We stayed 2 nights. Friendly people, clean room. Beds were comfortable. It was a nice surprise to have a dorm size fridge and microwave in the room. Very quiet. Will definitely stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

When my mom got to her room, the air conditioner had already been turned on, which was nice with the day being hot. We did notice that there was not a refrigerator, microwave or coffee pot in the room. You can get coffee in the lobby, but depending on what room you're in, that could be a walk. My mom noted that the convenience store next door was fairly quiet during the night, but during the day, traffic can be heard.

I was an overnight guest when attending my niece's graduation out of state. My only real issue was that the mattress felt like a wood pallet with a sheet over it. Other than that, I had no major issues that were not taken care of.

Clean rooms, easy check in, reasonable priced.

We stayed here in April 2016. Because a friend needed a room with an outside entrance we stayed at this motel. Ordinarily, my wife would not stay at a place like this because she is very PICKY, but this room was satisfactory. It was not as new or upscale as where she usually wants to stay, but it was clean and comfortable. I do recommend this location.

It was on Colonel Glenn in Fairborn Ohio the rooms were very nice and the work staff was very nice and helpful.

Stayed there for 2 nights. I had a small problem with the Wi-Fi but the front desk was very helpful. The room was very clean and in very nice shape. I will stay there again.

Relaxing stay. Beds are firm and clean. The rooms are so well kept and most importantly the staff is so welcoming, helpful. I look forward to staying here again and again in the future for our travels to the Dayton area.

Its located right off the interstate next to nutter center the room and bathroom are clean with a microwave and a refrigerator in the room, the staff are courteous and its convenient for shopping with the fairfield commons mall located within a mile frm the hotel and groceries can be picked up at wallmart also located near the mall else emergency stuff can be bought at the petrol station right opposite the hotel… stay has been comfortable so far.

BED BUGS! "Superior King" room was smaller than a 1 car garage and smelled like mildew. Dirty bathroom, single sink, no counter space, prison style 6" x 14" metal wall mounted shelf for your toiletries. The bathroom was dirty and stank. Did I mention the bed bugs? I woke up from a nap with bed bugs crawling on my legs and back and we literally stripped down in the parking lot and left half naked… Horrifying experience. Please avoid this place.

My remote has dead batteries but this is a clean hotel, well kept and nice office personnel.

Very clean, remodeled rooms. Wi-Fi Had a few glitches.
