Good service, but the building is old and a little dirty. Duvet had stains that we flipped to the bottom of the bed. Fine for passing through, but wouldn't stay more than a night. Pet friendly is a huge plus!

While the property was updated and attractive, we couldn't believe how thin the walls are. Despite requesting a quiet room. And being thoughtfully placed on the third floor in a seemingly quiet corner, we were across from partiers who were in and out until 2:00 am, waking our kids and our dog for hours. Seeking a shower to wake up after a long crazy restless night, I practically broke my leg on the slippery floor of the tub. When we went to turn on the AC, we noticed hunks of bread had been shoved inside the grate by a small child. The workers were incredibly kind and professional; they gave us a reduced rate, but I would much rather have paid full price, gotten a reasonable night sleep, and walked away without being banged up and irritated to begin an 8 hour drive home.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical — not bad but nothing special. Good internet connection and good TVs.

Annoying Wi-Fi — you have to sign in every few hours. Otherwise excellent. One of the best continental breakfasts I've had.

Great Hotel. Rooms nice and clean. Nice breakfast. Plan on staying at this location next year.

Front desk worker was very nice. He played with my fiance and I kids when we were down in the lobby getting breakfast very nice place very clean.

We did not stay the night, we were there to visit family who did but the hotel was fantastic. The staff seemed helpful, the lobby and rooms spotless. Their room was the nicest room I've seen at a Later Qunita. If I return to the Dayton Area I'd definitely consider staying at this hotel.

Awesome Extremely friendly and so so so helpful. Everyone was extremely professional. Next time I am in town again I am definitely coming back here.

Modern looking place. Hotel was clean and smelled clean too. Decent place to stay. Their free continental breakfast didn't have much to offer, but it was something. Room had a Keurig machine in it, so I'd consider bringing my own pods for future visits. They do provide some though. Staff was all very nice and accommodating. They have a little mini store for snacks, beverages, medicine, and small travel necessities. Everything was priced cheap, in my opinion. I bought an umbrella for $2 and a bottle of water was $1. Only complaints were that our mini fridge wasn't working and the ice machine on our floor wasn't working. If we were staying longer than overnight, we would have said something about the fridge. The freezer part was cold but not the rest. And as for the ice machine, they had a working one on a different floor so we just used that. Overall, decent, clean, place to stay with nice staff.

LA Quinta was a beautiful hotel. The room was very fancy, the attendants were great. The only problem I had was that the only two ice machines they had in the whole hotel were both broken…

With bad weather and sluck roads, I needed a place to stay until the highway was cleared off. LaQuinta had a very nice room for a very reasonable price. It was a nice reprieve from the winter storm. Free breakfast was just icing on the cake!

The best hotel experience I have ever had. Many family lost our home in a fire. When we came to La Quinta, we were blessed by the people the work there. They are extremely caring and selfless people. They made us feel like we had a home again.

Visited a family member that came in town for funeral. Was very nice and clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

We end up at La Quinta Inns quite a bit since they let pets stay free. This is fairly new (2 years I think) and nice. It differs from others in that there is a separate closet and the bathroom sink is within the bathroom. The bathroom seems larger as well. Overall it's a nice, clean, affordable travel option. Especially when traveling with pets. Includes breakfast.

We stayed overnight from Saturday to Sunday. The hotel is located close to the interstate and easy to find. The room was clean and had all the necessary items. The Inn offers breakfast and was good. There is a exercise room and pool. There are plenty of restraunts near by and Wright State university is very close. It was just one night and we were pleased with the stay.

I stay at a lot of la Quinta hotels all over the country while traveling for work because they do allow dogs and are usually nice! This one is by far the best one I’ve stayed at! Very nice! Clean room & amazing staff!

Nice quiet hotel. Looks like it was fairly recently renovated. Short walk to a few restaurants. This definitely isn’t the Ritz Carlton, but it’s a nice clean place at a reasonable rate.

We had an uneventful stay. The location is OK if you are visiting the USAF museum. There are stores and fast food chains around. The rooms seem to have been renovated somewhat recently and Wi-Fi works fine.

Very nice clean hotel. Great breakfast, comfy rooms. A quiet part of town but still close to good shopping.

Typical LaQuinta. Everything that you would expect. Great location for the air base. Plenty of restaurants, Mall, and Walmart nearby.

The hotel was very reasonable in price relative to other hotels in the area. The room seemed clean and the hotel staff were friendly. There's a small little shop downstairs for toiletries and snacks. The hotel is a few blocks off the main road so it was relatively quiet and it's 20 minutes to the airport. Aside from the room being a little musty smelling it was a perfectly fine place to stay.

Rooms were really nice & clean. Breakfast the next morning was really good. Staff was friendly. Great place to stay!

Rooms are decent, though walls seem paper thin. It was easy to hear people talking in other rooms. The front desk was nice. No real issues. Would stay here again.

Nice sized rooms with a modern look. The staff is always helpful and a pleasure to work with. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

Dirty floors in room and stairwell. Bed sheets had wrinkles. They we're probably made but it made me feel like they weren't. Was told the floor in shower was dirty because it's "fairborn water".

Location is great, nearby to many eating establishments, right by Wright University. Rooms were clean, free Wi-Fi was fast. Breakfast was a bit mediocre.

I was really disappointed with our visit. I was really looking forward to using the hot tub because it was supposed to be a relaxing day and it was broke. The water in the pool was so cold that we couldn't swim at all. I booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub and didn't get to use them at all. Also when I booked the room, I told them I was disabled and had to use my wheelchair at night because I have one leg. The room was so small and I couldn't even get into the bathroom. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. When I leave a review on the website, I'm going to have to leave one star and a bad review. I'm sorry but if I couldn't get into the hot tub and pool, I would have never booked at this hotel.

Nicely remodeled in the last month with limited number of guests during our stay. Great service from the desk attendant Dharmesh. The hot tub needs to be fixed and breakfast spread stocked with some more variety bit overall very nice.

Staying here while trying to find a house. Been here a week so far & we are loving it! They're in the middle of renovations, so the pool & fitness room aren't open, but that's why the rates are so low. It is so peaceful here & the staff is so nice! They even let me bring my big chocolate pit even though they usually don't allow pets over 35 pounds ~ and are only charging a $25 flat rate fee for him for the entirety of our stay! Plus, we get free hot breakfast every day & free coffee anytime! I'm so glad we found this place & look forward to the rest of our stay!

We stayed here during the summer for a wedding. Their system is set up to automatically shut off your AC every couple of hours. They just hope you don't realize it and turn it back on. We know this is true because of course we thought it was broken. We complained at the front desk and the woman there looked at us while nodding like she had heard it all before. At first she really didn't say anything and then to get us to go away she said she would send someone to look at it. No one ever came and the AC was never fixed. We finally figured out that it's probably because they intentionally set them to shut off to save money. I don't care about AC that much, but when you can't open a window and the room feels like a sauna that is a major problem. It was at least 90 degrees in our room. One night I got up every couple of hours and turned it back on and that made it bearable. I kept waking up because it was too hot. The ONLY bright spot at this hotel was the friendliness of the women who were responsible for the continental breakfast. I will NEVER stay at a Ramada again.

Very nice stay. Arrived Monday 8/4/2014 and greeted by a very helpful young man. Very easy check in. Gave us directions to restaurant due to construction on main road and then provided a discount coupon for the meal. Clerk on AM shift when we left was just as pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was OK. If you are a morning coffee person bring your own cup. The ones provided are very small, Would stay again, Clean room and good customer service.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Was booked for a business trip with another associate. The room was horrid; bed sheets were inside out-their substitution for changing them, bathroom wasn't clean-urine under toilet seat, women's bobby pins in shower, burn marks on walls, spider webs on lights and spider in corner, room decor was extremely outdated 1980's. Jacuzzi tub in room wasn't clean and was awkward for 2 female coworkers to have in room, inadequate lighting that sounded like a bug zapper. The only thing that was new was the TV. Work out room was a joke, one treadmill that didn't work properly and a 3-in-1 weight machine need oiled and attention. Utterly disgusted that I had to stay there, can't understand how they were book solid for the last four months (according to front desk when I asked for a different room). The one positive is that the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

Nice clean hotel. The night clerk ran my bank card without asking me my preferred method of payment and put my checking account in a bind. I was going to pay cash. The pool was cold a little but with the extreme cold we've had it's not surprising. Hot tub was nice though. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Nice continental breakfast including eggs and sausage.
